We boarded our cats at the Greenlin in Camp Hill over the holidays. They’d never been away from us for longer than a day or somewhere away from home. Safe to say, we were nervous. But from the minute we dropped them off, the staff were completely reassuring and were so lovely with our two girls. The pictures posted online were so much fun to look at while we were away; we could see that they were having a great time on their own little vacation! 10/10 would recommend Greenlin to friends looking for reliable cat boarding in the Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg area.

Only the second time I ever boarded my pup. Really liked that they post pictures to show how they are doing. Nice facility, very friendly people. Even got a report card of how things went. Very happy. Glad they take older antisocial pups.

My doggie loves going to both camp hill and mechanicsburg. They take good care of him. Started with mechanicsburg west. When covid hit and work from home use camp hill. Pictures having fun and coming home. He does miss John

I recently had my dog Journey stay at Greenlin in Camp Hill for 4 days . Journey has never been away from us since we got him 2 years ago and of course was wanting a great place for him while we were out of town. A few friends recommended Greenlin. The staff is very caring and sent me pictures with updates daily . I had picked the pool for Journeys activity however they let me know he was a bit scared of the floor . They picked a different activity for him . I did appreciate that level of attention and caring . He looked like he had a great time playing with other dogs for sure . He was very tired when he got home! Thank you so much, Kay

*Do not recommend!!!!* We dropped off our 6 month old Corgi puppy, Tito (attached a pic for reference, this was not taken at Greenlin), at Greenlin Pet Resorts Camp Hill to be boarded for one week while my husband and I went on our honeymoon. He is currently enrolled in training at Petsmart and our trainer told us to tell Greenlin “no training” since they have their own training program and it would mess up his current training. She said they use harsh punishments. I didn’t think much of it. During our trip we did receive some photos of him outside with other dogs, but I paid extra for a bedtime story to be read to Tito daily and for him to have two walks per day but there is no photo evidence that it happened. Fast forward to when we picked him up this past Sunday, November 21st. We were only told about possible respiratory illnesses being spread throughout the facility after we picked him up. He was acting off. I noticed when we got home and he rolled on his back, his outer penial area was red and swollen. Our vet can’t tell if it’s a UTI or a prepuce infection. Either way, he is on antibiotics now but had no health issues prior to his visit at Greenlin. Negligence?? Dirty kennels/outdoor space?? I’m not sure. What really made me angry was what I witnessed last night. We have NEVER EVER used our hands, objects or any sort of physical punishment on Tito EVER. I went to feed him a piece of chicken while simultaneously holding a spatula in my hand and he flinched when I tried to feed him. I tried again and he cowered in fear and ran away. Later that evening my husband was sweeping the floor with a broom and got too close to Tito and again he cowered in fear and ran away. He NEVER acted this way before!! Seeing the fear in his eyes made my stomach turn!! Do not send your babies here!! I trusted reviews.

We have used the Mechanicsburg center for years and have recently moved. So glad that Greenlin's staff and quality facilities have other locations. Ziggy had a great time.

This facility is always clean and my dogs are returned to me happy and whole. I enjoy checking the Flickr account each evening to see them playing and appreciate that staff members are sensitive to their needs, particularly my very nervous lab mix. I have complete peace of mind when I leave my dogs with Greenlin Camp Hill!

My dog, Norbu, has been enrolled at Greenlin, Camp Hill, for six months. He absolutely loves going there for daycare. He loves the staff and his dog friends. He spent the night for the first time on 10/15/21. I was nervous about him being away from home overnight, but it was a positive experience for both of us. The staff is fabulous! So thankful there is a Greenlin in Camp Hill.

Great place for your furry friends. My dog misses his pals who passed away and I bring him there occasionally to have new experiences, and vent some of his high energy ????. He just did an extended stay and it's great to check-in on line with Flickr to see posted pics! They treat him so well and he sleeps really well after being there ☺️.

Our dog we a rescue. We have never left our dog overnight anywhere, but after doing some research and visiting Greenlin we felt very comfortable about leaving him there. I visited and toured two locations. The staff at both locations were very helpful, Professional and polite. The places were clean and the dogs were having fun and the staff was very attentive to the dogs. They were separated by size and the dogs all had their own separate large sleeping Spaces. All of our concern and questions were answered. We really loved seeing the daily pictures of him one flicker. Although We missed our little family member while we were away we will definitely go there again.

We booked a stay for our two dogs but needed to cancel. We paid the $50 deposit for the stay and we called to ask for the deposit to be added to our account/transferred to a different date. I explained to the extremely rude receptionist that I was not looking for a refund and that I would have loved to book with them again. She continued to explain that they do not offer refunds and I continued to explain that I did not want a refund, just a transfer. The receptionist proceeded to hang up on me. I’ve worked in customer service a long time and that is something I would never do. I didn’t raise my voice or say anything that could have been construed as hostile. When we made the reservation it was certainly explained to us that the deposit was non-refundable but nothing was ever said about it not being transferable. I would appreciate some clarity. If Greenlin had allowed us to transfer the $50 deposit hassle-free the only thing that would’ve come from it is a repeat customer and great appreciation. I certainly appreciate businesses that are more flexible especially during a pandemic.

Postives: The facility was nice from the drop off area. The staff is friendly. I also appreciated seeing the flicker photos of our dogs while they played outside each day. Our dogs appeared to be enjoying their playtime. Negatives: We also were not informed of the presence of a respiratory illness prior to drop off. There was only a sign posted on the door. We were leaving for vacation that day so I had to leave my dogs in their care. One of the two did contract kennel cough. Both dogs are up-to-date on vaccines. I am also disappointed that we were not informed that our other dog was experiencing anxiety symptoms. She ended up having large sores on her paws from excessive licking. I did pay extra for the TLC package for this dog in which a staff member was supposed to sit with her and pet her for 30 minutes twice during the week and read her a story. I didn't see pictures of that so I am not sure if it actually happened. I feel like if it had then they would have noticed the sores forming. The dogs received one combined report card at the endwith generic comments. I feel a separate report card for each dog would have been more appropriate as they were in separately runs and play groups. Both dogs required vet care with antibiotics after their stay. The vet office even stated they felt the resort should have contacted them to report a concern.

My pup’s first day and it went smoothly. Dropped her off on way to work and picked her up after. She was happy and played out. Fell asleep in the car on the drive home… and is still sleeping ????

The staff was friendly and I loved that they would post daily pictures of the dogs. However, the day of drop off was when we were informed of a respiratory illness going around. The notification was a note on their entrance door. I understand that animal respiratory illnesses happen but this would be helpful to know prior to booking or even at the time of booking. Unfortunately, our dog caught the virus and is very ill.

First time leaving our 5 month old golden doodle anywhere. We were very nervous because we couldn’t take him. I can’t say enough about the staff, I could see my dog daily, I was able to set up a special routine for him since he is still a puppy. Our dog was very happy when we picked him up and we got a report card on his time there. I will be using them when I am not able to take my dog with me. Great place

My dog, Peppe, has a blast every time he visits—so much so that he doesn’t even say goodbye to me when I drop him off! The staff is extremely caring and attentive, and I take comfort in knowing that my dog is having a great time in a safe environment.

Nora had her evaluation today with Greenlin. They gave me a report card for her and she did really well. It's a charming building and everyone was SO nice. I plan to board Nora there and take her to doggie day care at least 1 time a month! Thanks for making our first day great!

Our dog Callie was boarded here for about 8 days and she had such a blast with all the other dogs and staff. I loved the pictures they posted daily, it really took away anxiety I had leaving her in a boarding facility to know she had doggy and human friends to play with! The staff was always responsive with emails and phone calls. Will definitely continue to use them going forward for boarding and doggy day care!

Our boy has been to two locations now. We wanted to keep him at Camphill where he went for his first time ever but my mom was in a car accident and they were super understanding and were able to fit us in the closest location to us. However both Camphill AND Mechanicsburg West locations are amazing. The first photo I shared is how our boy sleeps after he comes home. He had never been away from us before but we had to keep him home this time and I was so scared. (He's my first puppy and has never been away from us) but he's so happy when we pick him up. He's a bulldozer so of course he almost knocks me over. As soon as we walk out he darts towards the play area. Now he knows the word daycare and now gets in the car with no issues. Thank you all so much for caring for Egypt. And don't let me forget I love the picture updates and his "report card" at the end. Please bring your fur babies here!

My dog enjoys going to "school" we call it to see his friends and teachers. He even starts to cry/whine in the car when we pull in the driveway to Greenlin. He pulls me to the door, and into the building, because he can't get in there fast enough. They play him out for me, and give him lots of love and attention. The people are great and his fur pals are great for him. He is so much more social since going to Greenlin for play days. We use Greenlin on the days when nobody will be home most of the day and then we have something planned that evening. We pick him up at 5pm, feed him dinner and go for whatever we have planned. When we get home, he is still asleep on the bed, recovering from an active day of playing. Works EVERY time for our family! Thank you Greenlin. Yogi love Greenlin.

Greenlin did a great job watching my Plott hound for a week while we were on vacation. Received text updates and pictures daily. Our dog seemed happy and content when we picked her up, so I can tell she was well taken care of.

A friend recommended Greenlin to me when we were looking for a good place to board our 2 pups while on vacation. I have nothing but good to say about the resort. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Their response time to emails or messages was very timely. It was nothing to them if I would contact them through the week to see how they were doing since it was our first time boarding our rescues. The boys had a great week. Thank you for all you've done in caring for our furkids. It helped us to relax and enjoy our time away. We will definitely recommend you to others and use your again.
