They are so accommodating...and really care

I went to Dr. Parkman with a stray kitten with references from all the workers at concord pets and a woman I met that had multiple animals and volunteers at the SPCA. I was in an extremely difficult situation and I found Dr. Parkman to be the best vet experience in my life and I've had multiple animals and rescues. I highly recommend. Extremely compassionate, ethical, humane, and a great experience!

I am so happy to have found this place for our boy, Rome. The staff is friendly and professional and the vet treats Rome as if she is the owner. I have had nothing but positive experiences over the last 6 months and will loyal customer. Rome has no stress or anxiety going here and he loves how the staff greets him! Dr. Amy Parkman is the most compassionate caring vet. She takes such great care of my Bichon and Morkie as if they were her own. Very knowledgeable in every aspect of veterinary medicine from routine care to surgery to acupuncture and beyond. This practice is filled with such a caring attentive staff you can feel their compassion for our four-legged friends as you walk through the door. Dr Parkman has been treating my dogs for about ten years. I honestly could not think of a more kind, caring and better vet. She has gone above and beyond what is expected many times over the years! We followed her from her former practice even though it is not as close because we could not imagine being as happy with anyone else!

If you seriously care for your pet(s), the staff compounds that care as though your pet and you were part of their family. Kudos beyond!

Great place to take care of your pet

Dr. Frost and the team are great with our 9 yr old foxhound...I feel informed when I leave and always feel our pup is given quality care...The price is a bit high but I have to remind myself that I'm now living on the Main Line and not back in rural Northern New York where a buck goes a lot further...

HI GUYS!! WHEN MY PUPPY BUGZY BROKE HIS LEG DR. FORST AND HER STAFF TOOK SUCH LOVING CARE OF HIM. HE CALLS THEM HIS GRIL FRIENDS. WILL NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE. THEY ARE BEST LOVE BUGZY, LEROY & BOBBY.

Rani & Alice love to come see Dr Frost! Very professional and friendly office staff and make you feel good about being your dog to them. Always comfortable boarding there so if there is a problem they are immediately taken care of by people who know them and care about them.

I have been going to the practice since my dogs were puppies. My oldest one is almost 9. Dr. Frost has been great. She explains things and seems to really take an interest in the well being of the animals. They have incorporated dental into the practice now, which I really need to get mine in there for that. I must say that I do miss Phyllis. Phyllis if you read this, please get in touch with me.

I found Whitelands a few years ago when I moved to the area. Dr Frost and her staff have taken fantastic care of my two dogs. From emergency visits to preventative care they are thorough and love my animals as if they were their own. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Other Vet could not handle my dog when she was going blind with her eye problem. I could not make my dog to enter the other hospital. But Whitelands Animal Hospital staffs were able to cure my dogs problem and she is always willing to enter the door without forcing her. I think that tells you a lot about Whitelands Animal Hospital! We have been with this practice through 17 years, three moves, and 8 pets. It is now the BEST that it has ever been. We love Dr. Frost and are very happy with the changes she has made to the practice since she took over a few years ago. Dr. Frost is smart, thoughtful, compassionate, and dedicated. She never rushes us at appointments or on phone calls. She takes time to explain any health concerns or treatment options and to answer questions so we can make informed decisions on behalf of our pets. I also really like that she has taken the time to get to know our family - she knows what our family is like and does her best to help us find medical solutions that will work within that context. I feel that our pets receive top-notch care at Whitelands Animal Hospital.

This is our first family pet needing vet care and our experience with this practice has been amazing so far. They handled our puppy and our family like family.
