This was our first visit at VRC. All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They listened to our concerns and cared about our dog. When the results came back Dr. Cappella was great at making sure we understood everything. Everyone was very nice

Staff was very courteous to me and very gentle with Homer. He gets very nervous in new places with new people. They made us both feel good. Calmed Homer so they could exam him & talk to me. He laid down in the exam room. He never does that!

Great place to bring your pets, with a friendly staff and nice facility. I would not hesitate to bring our dogs there again, while I hope we don't need too, they will be our first call after Vet hours!

VRC 2asVRC was able to see Jolene today after a few other hospitals had extremely long wait times. VRC treated my Shepherd Ramsey with cancer and were amazing. I will never go anywhere else! Very accommodating, friendly

Our dog accidentally ate a piece of chocolate cake. We came in a rush around mid night. The doctor and nurses helped and handled the case very professionally. I understand that it was late and they were probably exhausted. They still took the time writing notes and explaining things to us. Our dog is recovered and home now. Thanks so much for the attention and care, guys.❤️

Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Came in clutch with sick dog on Christmas eve. Pricing can be astronomical. Make sure you ask for all the treatment options!

We had to take our dog here on Christmas Day. They accommodated his special needs for us. He need a surgical procedure and they did a great job cleaning up his wound. Thanks for being open and caring!

The staff was patient and courteous. Dr. Rotoloni was gentle and caring with my dog. She took the time to answer my (many) questions. I would have given 5 stars if not for the almost 4 hour wait during my recent visit ( and an even longer wait the previous visit).

My cat, Jaxson has always received excellent care by Dr. Sadanago & his assistants. They are caring & gentle with him, and they provide very detailed information for me. I have complete confidence in the care VRC provides my pets.

UPDATE: Very unprofessional and rude front desk staff including LISA, who said she was the reception manager. I paid the bill in total immediately after my dog’s operation in July 2021. Days after, a receptionist (who was very rude to me twice) sent a single line emailing saying “$65 for home meds” they forgot to add. I emailed follow up to manager and secretary) and got no response till an invoice a week ago. I called to pay and mentioned I was upset nobody he contacted me in months and Lisa matter-of-factly said the receptionist had passed away. As sad as that is, what about management? Where is the accountability: she did not even apologize at all on behalf of the company. She was rude and full of attitude. If this is your receptionist manager it’s no surprise you staff is so rude and disrespectful. This is a terrible vet clinic. I will never go here again and you need better receptionists. There are many other options out here.

The male doctor we saw was extremely knowledgeable however has a bit of an odd attitude. he wasn’t rude or mean, just kind of talked to us like we were dumb. i tried telling him that greyhounds have issues with their blood clotting and he sternly cut me off to tell me “if the dogs blood didn’t clot, it would die.” and almost chuckled as if what i was saying was absurd. …i was fully aware that all dogs blood DOES clot. what i was SAYING was that greyhounds are not like normal dogs. we took her somewhere else and sure enough, she has a problem with her blood clotting and we needed to put her on Amicar. so essentially, he misdiagnosed my dog twice. first time said it was just a fatty tumor, second time said it was just a bruise and it’ll heal. he made me feel like i didn’t know what i was talking about when i actually did. anyway, the front desk staff is AMAZING. everyone up front was soooo sweet, friendly and down to earth. they made a scary trip a little easier by cracking jokes and talking with us. the woman with the short red hair and glasses in particular was fabulous. 3 stars because front staff was simply wonderful.

I tried multiple times to get an appointment. Caller is required to leave a message and somebody will call you back within 24hrs (if you are lucky). I left them at least 5 message an still waiting for the return call….

Everyone at VRC has been very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the exam room to the surgeon who preformed Jethro's procedure. They have been very compassionate and pleasant to partner with during a difficult time. The ability to get a consult for Jethro's ACL surgery and then getting the surgery next day was a blessing for us. The communication prior to the surgery and after was top notch! This was my first experience with VRC and I could not be more impressed.

I wish I could give 0 stars! The communication was terrible, the prices are outrageous, and the doctors push surgery as the only option just to make more money. The worst part was that we were given results for my dog's CT scan and told that everything came back fine. A few days later (on my birthday no less!), they called back and said actually he had lung cancer that showed up on the CT scan. We switched to Blue Pearl Malvern (they are WONDERFUL and communicative!). I would NEVER recommend VRC to anyone. Even after we complained to management, they never did anything to resolve the issues.

Dr. Miller, the cardiologist, was excellent. He provided wonderful care, and thorough explanations. Also, we received such prompt service at VRC, a rare treat in healthcare today!

This was the first time I visited VRC.I am very pleased with service I received. I had an emergency with my puppy and had to rushed at 3am, the staff attended to us immediately and started taking care of him. On call doctor promptly contacted me and updated me of the situation and we returned home by 5am. They even discussed the charges and various options upfront.

Recently had to take my dog here on a holiday. Despite being extremely busy, they were able to take care of my dog and put my mind at ease after I experienced a scary 24 hours with him. All of the staff were friendly and empathetic. After being warned about a potentially 4 hour wait for an update, they ended up calling me earlier than that with an update. We obviously never want to have to use emergency services, but I was (and have been in the past) very happy with the services received!

The staff was super understanding and accommodating. The dr was amazing in making sure he explained everything throughly and made sure I understood . They made it so easy by getting all my dogs records for me from other vet.

The staff and vets are always so wonderful and the clinic is nice and clean. I know I can trust them and have visited more than once for my guinea pigs. I would consider taking my pup here too if my primary vet is ever unavailable.
