Great Valley Pet Hotel Malvern, Pennsylvania

Two of my dogs stayed there. Paid extra for special care. Both dogs were very very sick upon pick up. After an extensive veterinary stay and treatment care, One of my babies survived the infectious parasite they contracted while in their care. Unfortunately after efforts to save my other baby failed, she died. . Terrible experience. Terrible loss. Lesson well learned. RUN!!!

We brought our two 5 month old German shepherd brothers for 8 days. They came home well bathed, very happy & tired from playing w their new friends. The staff members are friendly, organized, communicative & take great care of our boys. Planning to bring them for 1-2 day camps a week for playtime & socialization.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! My dog came back happy and safe!

We recently boarded our cat Henry (it was his first time). The staff was great! Kept us posted on how he was doing - that included some photos. One of the best features of GVPH for cats is they give them free time outside of their "condo" and they also interact with them. Pet and cuddle time if your kitty likes that. There are local places to board your cat that do not offer that service. Special thanks to MaryKate and the rest of the staff.

My dog loves this place and wants to go every day. How bad can that be

I’ve been bringing my dog to GV Pet Hotel since my 10 year old dog was a puppy. He loves it and gets excited when we drive in the parking lot. I’ve been to other places but is the best. I love the personalized attention and trust my dog is safe, well taken care of and having fun.

I love that my dog has such an expansive outdoor play area at Great Valley Pet Hotel, and that she is so clearly loved by the wonderful staff. Highly recommend!

Dewey loves GVPH because as an only child he needs socializing and friends at daycare. He's even ok boarding.which tells me a lot. He comes home ready to nap.

We recently boarded our three dogs at GVPH. Two of them had been there before but the third was a recent rescue with some trust issues. The ladies took very good care of all of them. When the old guy got a little testy they called me to let me know that they planned to have only two people working with him to limit his having to deal with too many strangers. I was very satisfied with this and with their feedback about the dogs.

My dog has lots of anxiety and tends to nip when being groomed. So, needless to say, I was uncertain if he would do well with the groomer, Christina. Since his first grooming about 3 years ago to now, he has not had one issue. He's been calm and lets her do whatever she needs to do. It's such a pleasure to deal with Christina--not only is she a wonderful groomer but she is kind and patient with my dog. I really appreciate that!

My pup, Mischa, absolutely loved staying here when I went on a long trip to California. I signed her up for daily play time and she was so happy, in shape, and content when I picked her up! The girls were great to her- especially Alyssa!!

My two puppies are regular day camp participants here. They had been to another daycare in the area and it concerned me that they weren't too excited to enter the place when I dropped them off in the mornings. Not the case with the Great Valley Pet Hotel - they run in with wagging tails. This weekend the pups had their first overnight stay at the hotel. They seemed to have enjoyed that experience too. I think it's the affectionate staff and camp like natural environment that has totally won them over! : - )

Great place for playtime or boarding. My dog loves coming here. The people who work there really care for your pet and are very loving. I highly recommend them.

It is a place where you can trust your pet .I have been taken my Stella for years. Even though Great Valley is not close to my home , I'll do all the ride when I need boarding.She is always happy and comes home with more energy , even chubbier! ( she is very picky eater at home). The communication it's easy and they are always available for your concerns.

This was a great option for my puppy while I was out of town for a family wedding. They were very accommodating to provide options that met her individual needs. Of course she was happy to go home, but she was also very comfortable interacting with the staff when I picked her up. Thank you!

We have been boarding our dog here every summer for 15 years! She has been happy and well cared for. She seemed to enjoy day camp, especially arts and crafts!

We've been going here for grooming and boarding for many years. Our 4th and 5ths dogs are now customers, and 1,2 and 3 loved it as well. They take great care of them, they come home happy, and the groomer deals with our difficult dog wonderfully. He hates most people, but he loves her! Highly recommend.

I’ve both boarded my dog here and taken her for daycare and I’m so happy to have found this place. My pup gets plenty of playtime and always comes home tired - a tired dog is a good dog. They offer grooming services as well and is complimentary after boarding stays. I would recommend Great Valley Pet Hotel to anyone in the area with a dog!

I LOVE this place. My dog does too. My pup is shy with people and with dogs. She's been doing doggie daycare and some overnight boarding. It's helped her come out of her shell and she's gotten more comfortable around people and dogs. The staff is simply fantastic! And they always have room for her, even last minute. I've had her groomed there and their groomer is so sweet to all the dogs. Highly recommend for boarding, day camp, grooming, and LOVE!
