Mackenzie and Dr Bolush were so nice and took so much time to answer my questions and listen to me. My cat was scared and anxious and they treated her with kindness and patience. It was a great experience and I will be bring both my cats back.

We had a great experience at Affinity. Our dog is very nervous outside of our home and the doctors took their time to really ease into the visit and make her feel as comfortable as possible. We will certainly be using their services in the future.

Everyone here takes excellent care of my dog, Sonic :) More than satisfied with the care and precautions that have been taken to help solve any issues with him. I absolutely love and adore the team at Affinity. 1000/10 recommend you bring your pets here because they put 110% of their efforts and time to ensure that your pets are happy and healthy!!!

I’ve been taking my dog to Affinity for over 3 years now and I have absolutely no complaints. They truly take care of her like she is their own dog and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, loving vet’s office!

Affinity saw my puppy right away when I had concerns and 2 other vets had turned us away. The Dr. and vet techs were so nice and explained the situation to me clearly and they took such great care of my baby! Highly recommend this vet!

I could not be happier with the care my 1 year old lab/retriever mix dog receives each time we go to Affinity - so thorough, caring, and incredible follow up - I highly recommend

Dr. Meredith and Affinity Vet staff are great! They have been an integral part in managing our cat Junior's diabetes over the past 5 years. Dr. Meredith is knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. While her focus has always been on Junior's well being and his quality of life, she is also practical, advises me well and prescribes a treatment plan that I am able to follow every day, on a long term basis. I am certain, that without Dr. Meredith and Affinity Vet, Junior would not have fared so well.

7 months after moving to the area, my husband and I brought home our first puppy, a Sheepadoodle! They have cared for Henry as their own and have been more than professional and reliable. They are organized and timely. Every person from the Vets to the vet techs and other applicable staff have been very friendly, too. And since you are unable to go in, they call you once they are finished. And every call is never rushed, you are welcome to ask questions, and it is very thorough. We had an emergency visit yesterday and I was very thankful they were able to fit Henry into their schedule as he needed attention quickly. Over the next 24 hours, they have followed up with me twice to ensure Henry is recovering on pace. I love the follow ups. From a business standpoint, I just really appreciate when people/companies say they are going to follow up and actually do follow through with their word!

Despite the trying conditions, they did a great job in tending to my 2 cats at the same time, for their annual shots, blood work, and checkup. Careful attention to protection for themselves and me, and the cats....

I had a first appointment set up for my dog, with a 2 week wait, which was cancelled by the vet on the day of the appointment due to an emergency. That was totally fine but meant I had to reschedule, and they would only put us on the back of the queue which would be another 3 weeks away. They were completely unwilling to accommodate considering they had cancelled on us. But that's not even close to the worst part. To reschedule we had 3 communications: 1. A short back and forth text conversation (where I sent 3 text messages) trying to reschedule sooner. At this point they began pushing me towards other veterinary clinics. 2. An 8 minute phone call when I decided it would be faster to work out over the phone, in which they continued to push me to go elsewhere, but ended up with agreement to set up another appointment at the aforementioned 3 weeks out. However we did not set up an official appointment. 3. A final 2 minute call where I attempted to set up an official appointment, at which time they told me "the machines were down and they would call tomorrow" Later that night I received a call that they would no longer be taking my dog as a patient due to me being too high maintenance. Due to 3 text messages and 10 minutes on the phone. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. From what I hear, these people are good quality in terms of actual animal care, but they will treat you like trash if you take more than 10 minutes of their time. EDIT: In response to the owner's comments: As I stated repeatedly in our personal conversations and this review, I was completely understanding of the need to cancel the appointment for the emergency and I was happy to reschedule. To claim I harassed you with 3 texts and 1 phone call to discuss rescheduling, plus 1 more follow up call to attempt to set up an appointment is ludicrous and completely unprofessional. I have attached screenshots of our text conversation to show our conversation. To be clear, I do not hate you and do not appreciate being called hateful or a harasser. It is upsetting to be treated the way I was today and I believe it warrants a negative review. Just because I give you a negative review about a bad experience does not mean I am "mean" or "a hater". That is all.

If you care about your pet, do not bring them here!!! Do not be fooled by the positive reviews. I have never seen a doctors office refuse care for a patient.. They clearly do not care about the wellbeing of the animals. I waited 6 weeks to see the doctor and they ended up canceling my appointment and refusing to reschedule. The staff here is completely unprofessional and will not care for your pet. They have to put in some effort to communicate properly!

I can't thank Dr. Karen Goss enough for all her help, guidance, support, patience and care. Dr. Goss was highly recommended by a very good friend and I consulted with Dr. Goss several times regarding my 8 1/2 year dog Winston. I took Winston to see the specialist Dr. Goss recommended I am ecstatic to say all went well.   Winston and I will return to Affinity for "general practitioner" care when needed in the future. Picture below is post surgery and chemotherapy. Thank you so much!

Hesitant to give this vet a good review. Told me to put my dog down last week because of skin issues (MRSS) after spending $300 there for the visit. She had dry eye asked for optimmune which has always worked for her in the past, but she insisted on giving her Tacrlimus which turned out to give her a very bad allergic reaction and told me she's never seen an allergic reaction and would not do anything about it. Told me to go to her Vet Dematologist and ask him for something. Every time I asked for anything someone suggested worked for their dog she always pushed me to use something else. Later in the week I went to my dogs Vet Dermatatologist and he was so pleased with the way her skin was improving and gave her cytopoint to stop itching. He prescribed optimmune for her eyes and she seems to be way more better than she was ealier in the week.

Dr. Meredith and the whole staff at Affinity Veterinary Center provide a warm, reliable and incredible visit and service for any animal. We originally brought our aging, failing basset hound [16 yrs] in for a second opinion, thinking the worse. He got such a thorough exam, loving care and even had his picture taken. He was given a new lease on his life--good thing too, as we just aren't ready to say goodbye, yet. He has perked up, moves [ as much as a basset moves] and eats, talks and manages 2 walks on most days. With a few medical problems, we hopefully will have him for another year or two. Thank You All.

I cannot say enough good things about the Affinity staff and Dr. Cross! My dog Mako has allergies, and had a flare up recently that caused him to chew up his back feet. I couldn't be more satisfied that I decided to take him to Affinity. The entire staff I interacted with was very professional, friendly, and most importantly they made Mako feel comfortable. They have great COVID precautions in place to keep everyone safe and healthy, and even though I was waiting in my car, it didn't feel strange at all, since they communicated what happened in the appointment so well over the phone. Dr. Cross is incredibly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of explaining to me not only what was wrong with Mako, but the mechanisms behind his allergies, and why we were following the protocol we were following to clear up his yeast infection in his paws. Mako can be sensitive with new people, but he loved the staff, and even showed off a few of his tricks! Mako and I have definitely found our veterinary home. :) [Mako also gives them one big paws-up, 10/10!]

My cat has been diagnosed with Cushings disease, very, very rare in a cat. If I had not taken her to Affinity Vet we would have never found out. They are meticulous, direct and demonstratively compassionate. I am so very grateful. Excellent work all the way around.

I took my dog here for the first time and it was supposed to be a wellness visit, but ended up being a sick visit because he swallowed some string. Not only is this facility two minutes from my house, but Dr. Meredith is absolutely WONDERFUL. She is caring, knowledgeable, and detailed. One of the technicians, Sam, is also wonderful. They made me and my dog feel secure and I knew he was in good hands. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I've been using Affinity for our dog since moving to the area several years ago. Every experience has always been top notch! Caring vets and techs, easy scheduling, excellent COVID precautions. My dog did have dental surgery earlier this year, and they did a fantastic job. If you need a caring, careful, and high quality veterinarian, look no further.
