I really liked the caring attention given to my unwell pup. I was given several options for treatment. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been taking our pets to Lititz Veterinary Clinic for over 30 years. Dr Bill, Dr Chris, and Dr Mel are all very knowledgeable and highly skilled They and their excellent staff each put all of their hearts into caring for all manner of pets plus they genuinely care about the pet parents and families. Their facility is set up to handle everything from hospitalization to surgery ( Dr Chris is a world renowned veterinary surgeon) and anything else your furry, feathered, or scaly family members may require. You will not find a better veterinary clinic anywhere.

My dog broke his leg and dislocated his hip. We were in the ER from 8pm till 2am. They estimated his surgery there at $5,000. I called over 10 other places (which ranged from $4,000-$6,000 for the surgery). Lititz responded quickly and reviewed his x-rays. They gave me multiple options s low as under $3,000. They were very nice and professional. Thank you for all you help!

Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else

I would give them 100 stars if I could! My cat went to the emergency vets late Thursday and I was told he had bladder stones and needed surgery. Without surgery he would die. They estimated me $6000. I was able to pull together $4000 and started looking for another option. I called 17 (!!!) Vets from 3 separate counties. Dr. Runnels and Donna were the ONLY people willing to help me. At noon on a Friday Donna told me to get him there as quickly as I could. Within the hour he was in Dr. Runnels care. He had surgery and the team all stayed late to do so. It was also $600 CHEAPER than they estimated! If it wasn't for Lititz Vet, I would have had to euthanize my best friend. They saved his life, and I will always been in their debt for helping us when no one else would.

Dr Bill is a miracle worker and the staff go up and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommend.

I was a very proud police dog handler who felt my partners were my best friends. If it wasn’t for Dr Runnels, Doc Bill and the staff of Lititz Vet Clinic I would have lost a best friend. Long story short, Reky, the Lititz Police Dog and myself were on patrol one night when we were called to assist other area units in need of Reky. We assisted and the outcome was as expected. The next morning after starting a regular day, Reky, was unable to walk, my best friend laid wanting help to stand and be his normal prideful self. I contacted Lititz Vet and was instructed to bring him directly into their care. Within a few weeks Reky was running and being himself. I’m not posting this for a decision where you should take your best friend but I owe them something I will never be able to pay. Hopefully my Thanks for being the best Lititz Vet Clinic!!!!!

The best veterinarian clinic EVER! They truly care about your pet as well as their owners. They are thorough and give you every option available when it comes to treating your pet. They give their recommendations but don't force anything on you. I can't say enough about the staff and the way my pets and I have been treated here for 10+ years. A+++++

Dr. Runnels is fantastic. She convinced me that surgery was the right choice for my 12 yr old dog; she spent time talking to me about the surgery and the alternatives until I was comfortable making a decision. The outcome was excellent and my dog is doing great. Thanks for the exceptional care!

Dr Runnels has been the most professional doctor that we have dealt with. She recently performed ear surgery on one of our dogs and her practice followed up before and after the surgery. They deserve an award for being honest and fair. Very hard to find anymore!!! I am sending their practice flowers for treating us so well. Thank you!!!

Dr Bill and his staff are the best.

I brought my 5 month old puppy in to have surgery on his knee for an avulsed tibial tuberosity in 2019. They fit us in on short notice. Dr. Runnels was transparent, kind, communicative and personable. Now almost 2, my pup is a hiker extraordinaire and you wouldn’t know anything had happened. Thank you Dr. Runnels and LVC!

Out Rotti Bailey had an entire hip replacement. You cannot see the scar at all and he is doing well. Dr. Runnel was fantastic and the crew there was kind, helpful and lovely. Great job!

Where do I start with how wonderful these people are. We had to bring our cat here for surgery he had bad cancer of the ear and we were not sure if the cat would be ok after the surgery. Unfortunately the cat died couple hours after the surgery. The doctor was very professional and you could tell she had a deep love for cats. The doctor sent us a handwritten card and the paw prints of our beloved cat it was so touching my wife cried but loved it what doctor does this it was a beautiful thing to do. We would like to thank Dr Runnels I think that’s how it’s spelled for her actions no vet does that you went above and beyond.

Only been here once for a rabbit but the doctor I had seen (Dr. Runnels) was very kind in explaining what was wrong and giving us options. Unfortunately they no longer do rabbits so I won't be returning

Dr. Bill is the best!

This vet is No longer seeing rabbits. The day we took our rabbit to be neutered, they had his file in the wrong folder. Picking him up, they had me wait while they argued about the bill because they accidentally took off a charge for the pain killers they were sending home and then nicely asked me to pay for it afterwards. Dr. Bill was not a soft man to be dealing with a rabbit.

I cannot day enough good things about this veterinary clinic. Although I’ve been going there for only a couple years I can always appreciate the care, sympathy, and support from the staff. They’ve always been amazing to me and my fur babies, even when it comes time to say goodbye. Dr. Bill especially is a vet I recommend to anyone, especially those with pocket pets, he’s assisted my rats and I through many journeys and I could never be happier. Thank you so much to the sweet staff here for everything you do! Your work and dedication is always appreciated.

This clinic is about 25 mins away from me. There are vets that are much closer but Dr. Bill is the best. He truly cares about his patients and their owners. I just had to put my dog to sleep. He was 14 years old. Dr Bill provided the name of a vet that would come to my house to put my baby to sleep. Dr. Bill called me 2x the following day to share his condolences and to tell me they were there for me even if it was just to talk. I was so touched by his kindness. Definitely sticking with him for my next dog.
