I OBVIOUSLY forgot that I had given them ONE STAR three years ago for being RUDE and SMARMY when I had called when they were at their old location, but NOW they have REALLY perfected their CONDESCENSION on the phone. How DARE you talk down to people that way, AMANDA, when someone is trying to find a way around your INSANE TWO MONTH wait for an appointment! NO TRYING to work with a potential client's difficult schedule, NO OFFER of ANY SOLUTIONS, WORKAROUNDS... NO CANCELLATION WAIT LIST.... NOTHING!!!! WOW! A REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PRO!

They are amazing with our babies and so compassionate, all of the staff are great but Amanda (I hope I got her name right!!) went above and beyond to help with two crazy pups and I couldn’t be more appreciative.

Does not take your pets in emergency situation, which is poor value for a veterinarian facility. They suggested driving to Lancaster or Harrisburg, which is a far drive for veterinary services.

More than happy to help customers over the phone.

Friendly people who care about for your pets

We have 6 cats and now this little girl. They take great care and always spend time to answer questions about my cats. Dr. Semmens made sure this little girl was seen right away that we were concerned about. Romeo needed his teeth removed and the surgery went well. He recovered quickly. I trust them with my cats.

Although my pet didn’t received any treatment because it was an emergency and they are working by appointments only they were very informative and guided me through steps to follow and referred me to another place “emergency room” so I could take the pet.

I'm sorry, but if a vet doesn't know the difference between an allergy and a congenital heart failure. They should go back to school! My pom died because of their incompetence.

During the pandemic no one is allowed in with their pets in order to keep transmission of covid down but the service and attention is equal to the times when we are allowed to be with our pets.

My appointment was at 1:30 so I got there extra early to fill out paperwork. They called us back to a room 30 minutes early! My pup loved the doctors and they were so so gentle and made sure we were both comfortable and confident in their care. Thank you guys!

Very good vet I trust taken my animals there. The staff is very nice and has a lot of compassion for you and your animals which that is how it should be because your animals are your family!!!!!!
