Very kind staff and they had a cat waiting side and a dog waiting side which I really appreciate because my elder cat hates being barked at.

They took my girl in on short notice on CHRISTMAS EVE. Everyone was so nice and the doctor was great. She was being cranky and they loved her anyway. Thank you all so much!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped out with both my cat and dog. They have called multiple times just to check in on the animals. Very nice touch. I would 100% recommend them. I'm very very happy with them!!!! The only thing I would complain about and it's not even a real complaint. It's just very expensive and I'm sure its not their fault!! It's the going rate for medical care and prescriptions.

We just started going to VCA Gwynedd Animal Hospital. We had a very good experience.

Customer Service, and the vetranarian assistant were pleasant. My appointment was on time.

I lost my vet in hurricane Ida...my 13yo dog was scheduled for surgery to remove a tumor. I tried 9 vets that wouldn't help. VCA came to our aide and scheduled Gracie for a consultation in 5 days...surgery is scheduled...everyone's wonderful and really cares!!

Highly reccomend! Dr. Thies is very client centered, holistic, and does a wonderful job making sure she understands your concerns/ questions. Masks are still required, no curbside appointments at this time. All staff are friendly and helpful. Super clean too!

I never thought I would say this but going to the vet was an absolute Joy they loved my dog my dog loves them they treated him with tender loving care and it was just a wonderful wonderful wonderful experience

We have always had a good experience at Gwynedd Animal Hospital. Dr. Torrance has always been there for us.

My cat had a heart condition and needed to take Lasix. When it was time to refill they wouldn't unless i had more trsts done which were several hundred dollars and had just been done a fee months previously. They refused to regill so I has to go elsewhere. They were always trying anything to get more money

Really like this place! Friendly, through and knowledgeable. Dr. Thies is great! Will be bringing my other kitties here.

Very impressed by initial visit for new cat. The staff was professional and communicated perfectly during both making the appointment and the visit. They Answered all questions and was upfront about costs and plans, which were very reasonable. Due to COVID restrictions only one person could enter. My teenage daughter went in and they treated her like an adult and made her comfortable. The love and care for animals there is obvious. I was having a pretty bad day before the appointment and honestly the service and staff made my day better!

Today was my 2nd. Appointment with our new puppy "Addie" for puppy shots. Dr. Tanya Thies is great, takes time to answer all my questions and makes an effort to get to know Addie. I have found the rest of the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

They may help and care for your pet but they really done care about your pet. Totally in it for the money.

My two Cane Corsos love VCA Gwynedd Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Tanya Theis! Her knowledge and love for animals is astounding. The staff is exceptional, as well, as they are emergency care trained. All staff is kind, prompt and thorough. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I use to wok there in housekeeping and they took very good care of every animal that came in the door the doctors were amazing the owners were the best and all the staff were amazing as well I wish I was still working there they took care of all my cats and my dog to the upmost you will not be upset with this hospital I miss them so much

I am very impressed with VCA Gwynedd. The staff is excellent and Dr Kane is wonderful. They are organized, caring, and they listened to my concerns and answered my questions with compassion. Follow up is incredible. My cat, a stray who chose to live under my deck, is a darling little angel and I only want the best for her. She is receiving the best care at VCA Gwynedd.

The staff and doctors at VCA Gwynedd are always kind to me and my two dogs whenever I come in for check ups. They made accomodations to see my one dog with a paw issue during the pandemic and made me feel comfortable while they took care of my dog Bella.

I am not sure how this place does not have 5 stars. My dog and I are in PA for a few months, and we love our vet from a VCA in TX so we figured we’d check this place out. Dr Kane and team have gone above and beyond to make our experience great. After a recent diagnosis, my dog was allergic to the original medication, and they made sure to get him on the right meds and we’re very accommodating with cost. The entire staff is quick to answer the phones and all of my questions.. it’s obvious that they care about my dog! Thanks VCA Gwynedd!

We moved here about 2 years ago. We could not be happier with the service and support we have received. We had to put our old dog to rest and we bought a new puppy a year later. Gwynedd was so helpful and supportive with both experiences. And they are always accessible. We would recommend them 100 times over!

Kind and able to work with my rescue

I like the staff here, they are kind and knowledgeable. My only minor complaint would be their prices on medication. I'm glad that I can look somewhere else for a cheaper price. Overall, this place meets my expectations.
