NPAH is the best. We have been using them for 2 years for our dogs and cat. We recently lost one of our dogs and NPAH sent me a sympathy card the whole staff signed, which meant so much to us. They respond to calls and questions quickly. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They really go above and beyond!

I cannot say enough amazing things about NPAH! I was having a minor emergency with our dog (who was not an established patient here) and called within a half hour of them closing since they were the only vet in the area still open. Not only were they able to see us immediately, but since they had a cancelation they were able to charge me the normal visit fee instead of the emergency visit fee. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we were able to get in and out with medication for our issue within about 20 minutes. I was so pleased with the experience we had and would definitely recommend!

I transferred all my pets to NPAH recently and I have been very happy with the care they received so far. Doctors are nice knowledgeable, take their time to answer questions and they care.

Great vet and super awesome with my dogs

My brand new puppy had a fall and on a crazy busy night they took her in 30 minutes before they were closing. The staff and Dr. Rossi we’re so helpful and friendly. They took AMAZING care of my pup (even clipped her nails) and made this over careful loving puppy mom feel so much better. HIGHLY recommend! Could not thank them enough for everything and will definitely be going back!

Staff was very pleasant. I took my skunk for laser therapy and everyone was amazing even though they do not see skunks for other issues. Thank you all for your kindness.

The vets and staff at NPAH know what they are doing and are very compassionate. They have taken very good care of our dogs and cats.

Great doctors and friendly staff!

My cats vet wasn’t answering their phone today when I needed an appointment for an emergency and I have heard great things about North Penn so I decided to give them a call. Not only were they able to get my cat in within an hour, they also told me what it would cost to see him for an emergency before I even scheduled with them. They were very clear with me and told me it may be a little bit of a wait because the vets scheduled was booked. The vet took us right back, examined my cat immediately and was able to give us all of the available options. They were prompt, clearly stated all available options and were friendly on top of that. I highly recommend them and have found a new vet for my other animals

They are so caring and so reasonable on prices. I will never go to another place for my fur babies. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Dr. Volpe is great! The hospital has extended and emergency hours. Very accommodating and caring staff. Go there with confidence.

First time I saw a veterinarian office with separate entrances for small and big animals. So right when you come in there is thought into making your pet comfortable. They have been great every time I brought my cat there. And he is an old grumpy man.

Doctors and staff are kind but they made me take xray unnecessarily and pay for me which makes me feel like they care about business and money more. And handle my pet too roughly. My pet was nervous and became aggressive they wrapped her with huge blanket and put in box carrier upside down with arm stretched weird direction. I dont think i want to go back

When I was looking for a new vet for my quarantine puppy, I looked at every review so I hope this is helpful to someone. North Penn Animal Hospital has been the most incredible vet. Because of covid, I never went inside with my dog but she was always EXCITED to go in and see the team at NPAH. This showed how much they cared for her like their own. Unfortunately, my dog had to be hospitalized at NPAH and they were nothing short of amazing. They were so communicative and compassionate as I handled a sick dog. When she got even more sick, they referred me to a specialist but never stopped checking in (even though she wasn't in their care). The vets and techs took so much time to explain everything in an easy to understand manner, while showing their compassion for me as an owner. Ultimately, my puppy passed away from cancer with the help of the team at NPAH. While this was excruciating, I don't think I would have made it without their support. Their honesty and support helped me with my decision and I knew my dog was loved and cared for until the very last second. When it is time for me to get another pet, I will 100% be returning to North Penn Animal Hospital.

Very caring and clean vet hospital. Not over priced for their services.

Initially, I was happy with this organization despite getting bad advice for my dachshund who went blind, got diabetes and died under their care. The doctors seem qualified but you never get the same one twice and they try to sell you a lot of useless treatments. In May, we took our remaining dog in for his shots and of course we’re not allowed to go in with him. Now we find that they did not renew his rabies vaccination, even though it was due in June. No reminder. Nothing and two months before they can fit us in for a rabies shot. Time for new vets.

They are the best. Dr Rossi is one of the best vet's.

Staff is understanding and listens

We went to NPAH to get a second opinion for our cat who's been chronically ill since 2019. They suggested a few tests and, within a few days, the kitty was diagnosed with asthma. Now we have an actual treatment plan. Very happy we chose them.

Great Drs. And Technicians and staff. Very good with your pet. Resasonable fees. My dog loves her vet.
