Animal Crackers Veterinary Clinic Lansdale, Pennsylvania

She's a very nice vet and she's great with cats and dogs but I don't trust her judgement any more as a reptile vet. I bought a bearded dragon that had a severe impaction and MBD. She said we did a great job getting the impaction out but we need to halt the MBD. She offered an x ray to confirm but said it didn't matter since it doesn't change the course ou treatment. I called on the 23rd and she refused to see my pet because of Christmas. I did everything I could for my beloved pet. I even called every vet in the area and nobody would see her. On Christmas I rushed her to an animal hospital in New Jersey. The told me she has been sick for sometime and said the damage from the impaction cause several internal injuries and that it finally caught up to her. Had we known sooner there may of been a small chance we could of done something. She died on Christmas. I only want the best for all of my pets and she was not a good fit.

Animal Crackers is amazing. I highly recommend taking your fur babies here. Michelle (vet) is absolutely wonderful. She walked me through everything and showed me everything I needed to take care of our new puppy Nova.

I grew up in this area and have taken animals to numerous vets over the years. Howevet not one can compare to Dr Cowley. She is professional and knows what she is doing but does not pressure you or make you feel badly in any decision you make. I will not take my pets anywhere else.

Dr. Cowley and her staff are excellent and very kind! My dog was recently diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Cowley has been awesome! She makes herself available at all times to make sure my Jaxson is doing well and to answer any questions I may have during a scary time. She and her staff are almost like family! I highly recommend Animal Crackers to anyone in the Lansdale, PA area.

My sweet kitty creamy has been suffering from skin condition from the day we adopted her. We have been to multiple vets and spent so much money on prescription foods and visits. Creamy was so bad to the point she was missing half her hair on her body and looked so ill. My husband said to try a different vet, we came across animal crackers veterinary. My husband took creamy and they took such good care of creamy. Our sweet creamy is doing amazing and I will continue to bring my pets to this vet. We were extremely happy with the services that were provided. Thank you for going above and beyond to treat our creamy.

I met Dr. Cowley while transporting dogs for a local rescue and she was really sweet with my young son, letting him "help" with the puppies and teaching him about their microchips etc. Now that we have a foster puppy, she worked with us to have an affordable spay as this rescue often has to take the dogs farter away for better pricing than most vets in our area offer. I soon found out how often Dr. Cowley helps out rescues. Dr. Cowley showed a lot of care for us and our dog. The guy who is often there during check in and the person who called to let us know our pup's surgery went well were also appreciated. Both professional and warm.

We are new to this practice. This veterinary office is nothing but top notch! As a dog breeder it is crucial to have a veterinarian that you trust, respect their decisions. Dr. Cowley was absolutely amazing with our emergency. I highly recommend this veterinary office. Thank you! Ann

She is fantastic she treats my dog like it’s her own. She gives lots of treats and really takes her time with you. She is amazing and we love going there and our dog loves it too!

Very easy to deal with and personable. Was not like a robot machine. The Dr got up close with Chloe. Took the time to get to know her. I told the dr she is really panicky going to the vet. Always has been even doing treatment there for stage 4 Heartworm. Vet office told me they would only look at Chloe if she was drugged to point of not being able to stand up. I wasn't liking that. Now that she is in remission and her dr was no longer with the practice, I searched out a new Vet. A friend referred me to this dr that comes out to your house, which would be less stress on her. I was emailing back and forth with the practice telling them her whole terrible story til she got recsued. Little did I know I was emailing direct with Dr Cawley. Chloe's first appointment I was sick and sent my roommate with her. Now my roommate Bill seen how apprehensive she got and afraid, but the Dr got her to trust fairly easy. Got the blood needed and cut the nails on her with tricks. I wish I had witnessed it.i will next time as I will have a cyst removed that has started to grow. Definetly would recommend this Vet for animals that have a hard time going to vet.

First time for a wellness visit today. They were available, friendly and very thorough. Dr. Cowley spent time educating us and providing great care for our puppy. Great bedside manner! Thank you Dr. Cowley!

Our dog, Bubbles is a bit of a handful but the love of our loves. She really only likes the family and us ladies at that. She is loud and growls a lot around others but is actually so sweet and loving. So when the other local vet told us they would not take her she seemed too dangerous we were at a loss. We found Dr. Cowley and she was great! She took Bubbles in no problem! She has never acted as though Bubbles is a problem. She has been kind and caring to her just as any other pet. She has even boarded her for us with no problems other than her missing us. Bubbles has had issues with her ears and skin and Dr. Cowley worked hard to get her better. The first year was awful and took 4-5 visits but the doctor just took it in stride. She managed to get her better and give us a plan for management. The same time each year she gets this way but it is better and better. I couldn't say enough positive things about Dr. Cowley and her staff as well!

My family and our dog live in PA around the corner from Animal Crackers Vet. I live in NC and came up for a week visit and when I called for a wellness visit I was able to get an appointment right away for our dog Milo. Dr. Michelle Crowley and her staff were very kind and helpful. Our Milo is not always comfortable or friendly with people and after explaining this to Dr Crowley she really took her time and made sure Milo was comfortable ànd did not get spooked. She explained all the different types of vaccinations and suggested giving him only what was necessary. Never did I feel she was trying to sell me things as I've read from another review. She called a few days after appointment to check on how Milo was feeling and to make sure there was no reactions to vaccinations. During the call I explained to her that my son had asked to come back to NC with me and bring the dog for a few weeks and if it was possible to bring Milo back for the Bordetella Vaccination before I left. She was very accommodating and fit us right in. Milo even picked up a new collar that was very reasonably priced. We are very satisfied with the service we received here.

I would highly recommend this vet service as she is phenomenal taking time and really talking to us about caring for our dog. They are very thorough and very nice. I have not had any issues in the four years that we've been going there.

I was only here one time, as my sweet dog passed away a week ago, but I found the doctor and staff to be very thorough and nice.

Very quiet and secluded great for boarding

Dr. Cowley is a very compassionate vet. We have been going to her with our animals for 15 years. One our dogs loved her so much, he would escape our backyard and would run to Dr. Cowley's for her hugs. If I call with a concern she will tell me if its necessary for me to bring in my pet or she will ease my mimd and reassure me everything will be fine. Hoghly recommend!

I love this place nice staff! They really care about your pets like there own! Had my cat get emergency there when many hospitals turned her away but they didn’t! They are there to help!

Haven't been to a place that was more interested in selling me products instead of telling me how healthy my dog is. For a dog who is completely healthy besides having tapeworms they ended up charging me $455. If my dog is healthy, why is it costing me $455? I understand they gave me all her vaccines and the 6 months of heartworm medication, but I refuse to believe this is how much a healthy dog should cost. I dont even spend that much on myself for the doctors a year. Its just disgusting how much they overcharge for everything. I love my dog, but this is way too much for a dog. $200 to max $300 for a dog is completely fine with me, but this is too much. I will not be going to this place again. I am only writing this review so others understand that you can find better preventive care somewhere else.

Dr Cowley performed emergency surgery on my granddaughter’s dog. She was immediately available and showed to be an excellent surgeon, little “Jackson” is progressing and recovering well. I have scheduled for Dr Cowley to give my male pup surgery and am happy to have someone of her caliber in the area..

All 3 of our pets are seen by Dr. Cowley. We have been with this practice for approximately 6 years. The personal and loving care that we have received for our pets has motivated us to continue to use this practice for all our veterinary need. I would highly recommend this practice!
