My dog will not let anyone cut his nails. I brought buddy there and wham bam he is done. No worries. They are great with him.

5 stars for dr Hall and the nurses! They did a great job with my bird and he had me come over right away - this probably made the difference in my bird's life! The lady at the desk "Tracy" was loud and abrasive, I guess she had a bad interaction with someone and I could hear her bad mouthing a customer to a coworker which is concerning. And she didn't have her mask on properly if you are going to ask us to wear a mask make sure your employees are wearing them the right way! All in all the place is great just concerned about your receptions.

The staff are always so helpful and friendly I always bring my cat and my duck there. Tracy one of the Receptionist is a wonderful lady. I always look forward to talking to her on the phone. They always treat my animals so good! Thank you VCA Bridgeport animal hospital for always being there for me and animals!!

We found ourselves in an emergency travel situation on a holiday weekend. VCA Bridgeport Animal Hospital worked us in on a Saturday even though we were from out of town. I can't say enough how grateful we were. They bent over backwards to make pet travel as pleasant as possible and seemed genuinely happy to do so. If I was a local, they would be who we used permanently.

The veterinary staff at VCA Bridgeport cares deeply about their mission, and it shows in how the animals seem to trust then. This is all the more important because under Covid rules, the owners may no longer come into the office. In all my visits there, they have been on time, provided helpful advice, and only charged me as needed. Our family has brought two dogs to them for care over the past couple of decades, and each time, we felt welcome and knew our dog was in good, caring hands.

Had an emergency with my duck and they saw her right away. She was egg bound and they helped her pass the egg and she came out her old self.

I would give it a 5. Dr. Hall is a great Vet. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The office has a homey feel. I totally with my baby girl

They are wonderful people. Dr. Hall took great care of my African grey also.

Good service and in and out with no issues

I visited last Friday for first time with emergency for my cockatoo umbrella and I will continue with this clinic. The doctor is unbelievable he take time with your pets. Doctor was professional and I feel comfortable with his desición. VCA is the clinic for my all babies, highly recommend!!! Thank you doctor Sam now back talking to us

Dr. Hall is great with our birdie girl or Ms. Fussy Feathers depending on her mood. ☺️ Takes time even in an emergency situation to take care of your feathered family member.

They really care. The vet came in to the office to help with my pet parakeet. They are reasonable too. I'm going to bring all of my pets here.

Staff & Doctor are very nice. Very accommodating to the patient needs. I appreciate the staff & Doctor being straight and direct with any issues or problems.

I mainly came to VCA because all other clinics weren't taking new clients due to covid. my poor cat had to go to pets emergency and then for a follow up at vca. the vet who examined my cat didn't see it necessary to do the follow up uranalysis that pet's said should probably be done. i had to take my cat back a second time and i tried to still explain that something wasn't right. the vet said he seemed okay, i was ignored! my cat is in so much pain, slowly climbs our steps, eats very little. i wish i was listened to, i wasted my money on these exams, just to be told he seems fine. now he's getting surgery asap at another clinic, so obviously there was something wrong and this vet at the other clinic aggreged with me!

Takes wonderful care of our birds! Love them!

Our first visit here with our boy Duke was easy. Staff was very friendly and informative. Planning to go back again in a few weeks for his follow up appointment.

Expensive but great service and they care about your pets

We had to put our Budgie down after u beautiful years. Dr. Hall and the staff at VCA Bridgeort were incredibly empathetic and supportive through the process. I highly recommend VCA Brodgeport for all your non-tradotional pets

They have always been amazing with my kitten, Elvira, even during her spay this week. They have been amazingly understanding, i know ive been an annoying first-time cat momma. Even with billing issues, they have always helped me with them, even when I got agitated. Always have been nice and sincere and I really appreciate their help and understanding when I'm freaking out about my kitten. Thank you so much for your help and checking in on Elvira all the time!

The veterinarians are top notch! The assistants are great too! Everyone working there always looks like they truly enjoy what they do and it shows in the way they treat the animals. I've owned many pets through the years, some with serious problems. Whenever a diagnosis was something out of the ordinary they didn't waste what could be precious time and will send you to specialists who are better able to assist your pet. That proves to me they have your furbaby's best interest in heart. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Hall worked with me and my male parrot extensively. He was thirty years old when I adopted him. My parrot could NOT be handled at all. I believe that is why he was given up for adoption. He would as soon bite me and everybody in the bird rescue very hard as look at me. Dr. Hall searched and found an implantable medicine which changed his hormones around. I took a chance with the implant, it started working soon afterward. My parrot gets easier to handle every day now. I had him for ten years before we got the implant, but it was worth the wait. This parrot is 70% more tame than he was ten months ago, I thought I would never see this happen. I can now see the day when he will be totally tame. The implant allowed me to work with my parrot and get him used to being handled. Many thanks to Dr. Hall!

VCA is the vet of choice for the local SPCA and I've been taking my cat there for several years. Good place.

My dog Sara loves them. They are respectful, give lots of hugs ( to sara ) and answer any questions I have about sara care.

Nova loves them, and we know they ♥️♥️ her too!
