Employee was rude acted like we were bothering him when we asked for a algea eater, he was throwing things basically throwing a tantrum we spent over a $100 that day mostly on fish....

Fish and plants were infected with fungus and still being offered for sale to infect the tanks of those who purchased them. I no longer trust purchasing them from your store.

Was able to get a grooming appointment for my Mini- Bernedoodle and had never used this grooming service before. Brenna did an awesome job -My dog is a bit timid and scared, but she was great with Brenna.

I had a horrible grooming experience here. I bought in my miniature dog to be groomed and he left looking like the bare minimum was done. His haircut was rushed and very uneven over his entire face. As well, one paw was furrier than the other 3 paws. I would not return to this location for grooming.

The groomer for my one dog got sick and went home early and was never offered a discount for the inconvenience.

Bad bad the give me my dog in really bad condition all dirty i don't so sure what the did to my dog but she was crying and super scared to them the trying to say it was my dog but she been grooming before and she has been in a veterinarian with absolutely no problems 3 time on train no problems Petco is a really bad place

Came in looking for supplies per our new kittens. Employee's were very friendly, and knowledgeable via locations of products + discounts; plus explained the adoption process for ferrets! Plan on returning soon, for another exceptional experience!!

I bought 4, 12 count containers of super worms and when i got home and counted out the worms for my lizards had 12 worms between the 4 containers. Im very disappointed i pay more then you should for the worms and dont even get the amount of worms i paid for.

We did private training lessons for my Aussie. Dana was great and answered any questions I had along the way. She gave great suggestions and helped me understand what my dog might be thinking or why reacts a certain way. We learned a lot and are very grateful for Dana. Dallas will miss you.
