Lincoln Highway Veterinary Clinic Lancaster, Pennsylvania

I few years ago I switched vets and started going to Dr. Lewis after seeing him for a second opinion. I was so impressed with the staff and the doctor that there was no question I wanted them to care for my pets. It is a 45 min drive one way to have Lincoln Highway as my Vet.. but from the first visit they treated my dogs as if they were part of their family. Sadly I recently had to say goodbye to my 18 yr old dog. I cannot thank the doctor or staff enough for the way they treated the entire situation from start to finish. They were more then understanding on how sensitive the situation was. Not only did the entire staff take time with my dog before saying goodbye but they were so kind to us. They made the best out of the worst situation. After getting home I received a flower with a condolence note, followed by a card a few days later with my pets paw print. In my opinion this is well above and beyond anything I could have expected. I am so grateful for the care they provide to my pets I would recommend them to anyone.

I have looked all over for a vet who had experience with greyhounds. I am so thankful to have found one. He has experience and knowledge for the complex issues my dog is facing. Highly recommend ❤️

I have just recently started coming here, it started with my bearded dragon.He needed to be seen immediately for an issue that he had and I could not find an exotic vet anywhere that could see him and Dr. Lewis got him in within a day or two which was amazing! Then not too long after my kitten decided to jump from high up and broke her front arm and sure enough I was able to get her in there immediately and she got the best of care! Just recently my bearded dragon swallowed a small rubber chicken eraser topper for a pencil and needed surgery to have it cut out of his stomach Dr. Lewis and his team did an amazing job they got it out and my bearded dragon Ringo is all healed up doing really well and the price of the surgery was really affordable I was very surprised! Everything there that they do is very well affordable! I highly recommend this place to anybody that is wondering or needs a veterinarian all the girls that work there the vet technician the girls behind the counter they’re all amazing and I’m thankful for everybody there!

AMAZiNG!! (I still drive an hour 45 min) to go here after moving ,These have got to be the nicest caring veterinary around . The Dr. Luis has just been amazing . I now just had my Doberman Jaydon put to sleep I was so very upset ! They explained everything! And then sent ma a cute floral vase ! Thank you ???? all so much !

I've taken my two kittens as well as my bearded dragon here and had wonderful experiences each time! The prices are better than previous places I've been and they are always so professional and kind, you can tell they really care about the animals and they take their job seriously, and they're very prompt with appointments. Can't recommend them enough! Also- if you're looking for a reptile vet, they are the best I've found in the area. Dr. Lewis actually has reptile experience and knows what he's talking about (unlike other places I've been in the area where they've charged me $90 to weigh my bearded dragon and then give me handouts for the incorrect type of lizard) They are also just as excited to see scaley pets as they are furry pets, which is always so nice to see! I have nothing but trust in his knowledge and experience, and I truly believe him when he tells me that my pets will be okay! Genuinely wonderful experiences here and they're always very kind and professional on the phone. Keep up the good work, you have a wonderful team and I hope everyone gets the appreciation they deserve!!

We have taken our dogs here for several reasons. Each time we have came to our appointments they have been on time getting us back to the vet, less than a 5 minute wait time. All of the staff treat your animals as if they are their own. Diagnosis and treatment are always spot on. Very clean and friendly office with people that genuinely care about your animals. We drive 45 minutes each way to bring our dogs here, so that should tell alot on its own...

Absolutely the BEST Veterinary Clinic we've ever dealt with. Great with our dogs, very reasonable fees, very friendly service and all very knowledgeable!!

My parents have been with this veterinarian for 15+ years with 2 of our family dogs, Jesse and Lucy. Our last dog, Lucy, was in terrible pain and we knew the end was near. When we called the veterinarian to move our appointment up to an earlier day, “Pam” the very rude and insensitive receptionist (or whatever her name, title is) told my mother that Dr. Luis would not see her right away and would only recommend more medication (even though nothing was working at this point)and then after that appointment, we would need to schedule another appointment have her put to sleep. Our dog was suffering and she died 2 days before Dr. Luis could see her. Thanks for nothing. We are very disappointed in the professionalism of this practice and will NEVER recommend this veterinarian to anyone. Terrible customer service and lack of any empathy. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but thought this was necessary for other families to see before having Lincoln Highway Veterinarian care for their pet.

Love the vet and the techs here, my dogs not the calmest so i have to keep him away from other pets and they always accommodate for me and Gambino so i can get his 94lb self in and out of there safely!! Pricing is also super super good, im very grateful for them ♥

This was our first time there. I was impressed with their friendliness. Dr. Lewis was VERY caring with my Lab. Very clean facility. Good prices. I will use them again in the future.

I absolutely love the staff and vet here. They take great care in our cats and have never given me an issue. Text reminders and very clear and precise instructions. We had our cat spayed there. They also called to ask how she was doing as a follow up. The only "complaint"I have Is that they just need a sign. I went in trying to pay with my Amex card only to find out they didn't take it. Thank god I had cash. But the staff was friendly through out the whole situation. Won't take my pets anywhere else. ????????‍⬛

Dr. Lewis is the best vet that we’ve ever been too. He takes care of all four of my mini Aussies Arie, Morty, Hudson and Onyx. They love Dr Lewis and they get lots of love and kisses from him and the staff. I can’t say enough great things about Dr Lewis. He loves animals and his job, it shows. A+++++

The staff at this clinic are so friendly, patient, helpful, and caring! My dog hates going to the vet and gets pretty bad anxiety, but the staff are really gentle and kind with her. It makes vet visits less scary for my dog and less stressful for me. I'm really happy with the quality of the service!
