On a cold wintery day I adopted what I thought at that time was a female stray kitten. On our first visit to the vet they informed me she was actually a 6 year old malnourished cat. On our second visit (once I could afford insurance) we found out she was actually a he, turns out he had been neutered at some point in his cat life. On our third visit I was informed my baby had leukemia but a few minutes later I was told it was actually FIV (HIV). Throughout our journey at Banfield the staff remained consistently helpful with answering all of my questions and welcoming my new baby. Highly recommend Banfield for new and old pet owners!

Problem after problem with these incompetent people. The doctors seem to be the only ones who can do their job properly. 1st issue i had a nurse abused my dog by trying to drag him by the collar while holding another dog. Now i had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled it without my permission and want me to come in twice. I schdueld my dogs appointment for the 8th of November because he had his grooming that day as well to save me a trip. They cancelled and now want me to come in thursday for the appointment. I dont think so. You're not paying for my time, gas and mileage.

The staff is friendly and funny. The service is quick. And they are great with our dogs. We have Rottweilers.

Veronica is a grate person to talk with very professional and very good at her job. Staff up front are very nice and place stays clean in and out in a timely matter.

I don't know if it's because my partner and I are somewhat young, but the scare tactics they used have finally gotten under my skin. Despite explaining that our cat is 15 and (at that time) was freshly removed from a neglectful household, they kept pushing that his underweight issue was FIV despite not being able to say so with testing. We obviously didn't want to pursue such a thing because we needed to stabilise him first, so we changed up his diet and the next time he was brought in, FIV wasn't even mentioned. Third time we came in, they found his glucose levels were high. They told me he had jaundice and his temperature was fine. Their paperwork said jaundice, kidney/renal failure, and mild fever. $300 for a general appointment for his teeth, became 2 hours of worry and stress. Obviously we took him to PETS Emergency Room immediately. $1,400 from PETS to keep him overnight and say that they don't think he has jaundice, and that he's simply old, and sent us home with antibiotics as a just-in-case measure. I don't think I can trust this vet clinic anymore. The contradictions on paperwork has bothered me too much. TL;DR: Our cat was misdiagnosed with multiple things and got a steep bill for it.

Love Banfield and the staff! They're very caring and accommodating! You can tell they love animals! My dog is very anxious about going to the vet, but they help him get through it and make it a great visit for him!

I have taken all my pets there and never had a problem, I told my daughter about how they treat my baby Riley ???? and now she takes her ???? she loves how they treat him so when she goes on vacation she leaves him at the pet hotel they love him, and she recommended them to me.

I arrived an hour before my appointment because I thought it was for 2 and it was for 3. They were kind enough to fit me in anyway. I was grateful because my boy gets anxiety attacks. Thank you so very much for taking care of him. He is my ❤.

Very happy with this location of Pet Smart and Banfield hospital. Always pleased with the staff. They are very good with the animals and their owners. The care is excellent.

I recently rescued a kitten. They offer vaccine and wellness plan including spay or neutering for a reasonable monthly fee. Substantial savings versus individual pricing.

I have 4 furbabies on their ultimate wellness plan. Dr.G is a gift from God and knows my furbabies well.. staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, always returning calls and getting answers when necessary straight from the doctors. Urgent appointments are always available when needed!! Beth their office manager has been amazing and makes time for me whenever needed!! Just wish they were closer to home but well worth the drive to Lancaster!

They are still charging me a month after my dog died because of their Negligence because they did not take proper care of her. I’ve called him three times to tell them to stop charging me after paying $43 a month for 11 years. STOP CHARGING ME!! My dog died

Absolutely love this place would highly recommend this place to absolutely anyone. They did a great job with my 3 month old chocolate Lab coco. She frost right at home. Thank you!

Excellent service! We took my aunt's dog here to get a checkup and have is nails done, and I expected him to be upset after the visit, but he left super happy, and was giving the vet goodbye kisses! Big surprise because he's a very anxious dog most of the time, but they treat the pets really well I guess!
