Heart + Paw King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

We love Dr. Youello!! He always lays out different options for all three of our dogs. He takes the time explain things and never puts us down if a dog has an issue or problem. Before Dr. Youello and Heart + Paw we left vet appointments feeling like bad pet parents because of tiny little issues. Now we are excited to see our vet and leave feeling confident about how we care for our fur babies. We appreciate the time and care put into appointments.

My dog pepper always comes back from her grooming appointment happy and clean. She loves all the staff there. They are all so kind and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with my service.

I have been taking my dog Rollo to Heart and Paw since we got him at 3 months old. The staff is amazing and he actually looks forward to going to the vet. I appreciate how responsive and friendly everyone is and how I communicate via text and pay my invoices via text before picking Rollo up. He underwent a neutering procedure today and I was given updates every step of the way, which I am extremely grateful for.

I would recommend this vet to anyone. They know their stuff, and their doctor is very informative and friendly. He even offered me alternate solutions so I could choose what better fit my budget availability. Gotta say, most just push what makes the most money. I respect this place.

This place is great for taking your money when everything is “fine and dandy”. But, don’t bother contacting them when there’s a true problem with your pet. Our dog had a allergy attack and they were literally useless and refused to help us. All they did was text us a list of “other” vets. That’s the kind of information I can get by myself on Google. I’m sure they will respond to this review with some lame excuse, but the fact of the matter is they are supposed to take care of your animals during good times and bad. Otherwise, what’s the point of going to school to be a vet? Clearly they’re only in it for the “easy” money.

I had a great experience here and my Siberian Husky Kai really seemed to enjoy his time getting pampered. The staff were very friendly and they took amazing care of him. I've never seen his hair look this good from at home baths and it was well worth it to have him professionally groomed. Thank you so much!

We have used various groomers in the area and most fall short on quality, reliability or responsiveness. I appreicated that they communicated well with us and the facilty was nice. Only thing is parking but that's a challenge with the center they are in

I had an unexpected scheduling crunch this morning and they did everything they could to make sure they were able to finish my dog’s appointment to accommodate. Can’t thank them enough! Plus, he always looks so handsome when he’s done - best grooming around!

Second time using H&P King of Prussia. My dog is anxious but never has a problem at H&P. Always feel comfortable leaving her in the staff's capable hands. The reception is friendly, efficient, and professional. The groomer meets with you before attending to your dog to make sure you're both on the same page. Bottomline, very organized trustworthy and professional.

My first time at Heart + Paw and it was a great experience. No long wait for my appointment, they answered all my concerns, and was able to comfort my one cat that has bad anxiety. The entire staff was great!

When I bring my Newfoundland, Eloise, to Heart and Paw I know that I am leaving her with people who love dogs and treat them kindly! The groomer, Helen, who bathed, cuts and dries her is amazingly patient and receptive to how Eloise feels. She also listens very closely to what sort of trim I’m looking for and calls if she comes across any issues like matted hair or skin issues! It can take 4-5 hours to groom a Newfy, and I know that at Heart and Paw they are taking great care of my dog the whole time.

Cool spot for pets , caring but really cool work environment , workers definitely add character to the facility and overall know how to do their job , really helpful and flexible , love the place and definitely recommend

I cannot say enough good things about Heart and Paw in King of Prussia!! Everyone from the front desk to the doctors are extremely professional and thorough!! I'm always nervous to take my pup anywhere since he's pretty anxious, but he's always comfortable at Heart and Paw and literally is smiling ear to ear after each visit!

The groomers and service were excellent. Our dog was very happy and he came out nice and clean and looking handsome.

I have been taking all 3 of my animals (2 dogs and a cat) to Heart and Paw in KOP for over a year now. They are great with all of them and I trust them with their care. They are also quick to respond when I need appointments and can fit us in last minute, if needed. They never try to sell us on things that aren’t needed and are upfront with costs prior to any procedure or test. I would recommend this vet to anyone!
