As a business owner and a dog owner- finding a Vet Team that I am comfortable sending my personal dogs and clients dogs to is extremely important to me. Dr. Gallagher and his team have not only helped with my personal dogs and family dogs but also opened their practice to my foster dogs and working dogs. The entire VVH team is smart, compassionate and dedicated to animal welfare. From a client standpoint, they educate on why certain vaccinations are given, make recommendations for your own pets lifestyle (for example we are avid hikers and swimmers so my dogs need a little bit of extra protection) and help give you appropriate vaccinations based on your pets age. The entire team is fabulous and I always get a good laugh from Adrienne, all of the vet techs, and most important Mr. Spot! One of the best things about the entire VVH team is how caring and compassionate they are, their dedication to the clients and animals they are supporting. Dr. Gallagher and the team at VVH has assisted me through the diagnosis, management and passing of a couple of family dogs. Supported our Foster Guide Dog! Dr. Gallagher also guided one of my dogs through her pregnancy and pre/post natal-care which was extremely important to me. The reception & tech team helped me track down missing records from my dog adopted in Texas! The whole team listens to my needs and concerns of my all of my pets, from hip x-rays to the occasional emergency visit! As a trainer and business owner, I have no doubts when recommending Villanova Vet Hospital to any of my clients, friends or family.

The best place to take your dog ????. We have a Golden Retriever and Dr. Gallagher so professional and kind. Is staff are amazing . And Haley my dog love going there for visit.

We have a new puppy. He is an 11 week old Dachshund. We brought him to Villanova vet when we picked him up, he was 8 weeks old at the time. Dr. Gallagher and his staff have been accepting new patients, but curbside appointments only. This means Albert was brought into the office by one of the Vet Techs and my husband and I waited in the car in the parking lot. As a new puppy parent this was not an ideal situation, as we are also new to this Vet practice. It could not have been a more exceptional experience. Dr. Gallagher came out to our car, facemask in place and gave us Albert's checkup overview. He (Dr. Gallagher) spent quite a bit of time explaining the series of puppy shots that our puppy would be requiring to prevent worms, bordatello, etc. He was very thorough and personable. We have been back for subsequent visits and each time his staff have been so friendly and make a fuss as we hand over our new bundle of joy. We have yet to be inside the office, but hope to, once the coronavirus restrictions are lifted. This is an unusual time and I have to say I felt very comfortable with how the Veterinarian and his staff are treating their patients and their parents. We are very happy with Dr. Gallagher and his staff. Professional and kind. They all make you feel as though your pet is the only one they care for. I would highly recommend. We had to change vets as we just moved to the area and we couldn't be happier with Dr. Gallagher, Andrienne, Dan and everyone else who cares for our Albert.

I have moved quite a bit since getting my 2 yo golden retriever in Tennessee. I have had three different vets thus far, and I have never received the same level of care as I have with Dr. Gallagher. Even through the pandemic, he makes his way out to your car (with a mask and socially distanced) to ensure you know what is going on with your pet and you feel comfortable. There have been two instances where I have called concerned, and they were able to get me in within hours. I barely leave google reviews, but when it comes to our pets I know how important it is to find the best care!!! And that is DEFINITELY Dr. Gallagher.

Dr. Gallagher is a wonderful vet! We've been taking our three cats here for a couple years now and it's always been a good experience. He will take the time to answer any questions or concerns about your pet. They also have a very quick response time for scheduling appointments or ordering medicine. (If you stop by, say hello to their friendly office cat, Spot!)

I had such a great first experience with Dr. Gallagher. We just got our dog a month ago and I realized very last minute that he needed the flu shot prior to boarding. The office was able to fit me in the next morning. I never felt rushed while at the office and really felt that the vet spent a lot of time with myself and my dog. Honestly, it’s probably the most thorough exam I have ever been witness to during the four years I’ve had dogs. I felt super comfortable and will definitely continue to take my dog back!

Dr.Gallagher helped us find out what was wrong with our 10 year old laborer. He is full of knowledge and great advice. He fits us in everyone time we call. We have now switched all 4 animals to his practice. His staff is very friendly and so nice.

Oh. I could write a short book about the superb care under Dr. Lawrence Gallagher and his staff. He is not our regular vet and yet, in each episode, he treated us and our pets with the utmost of high quality veterinary care. We are very thankful to have Dr. Gallagher as our special cases veterinary consultant. Update. We recently had to euthanize our grand-dog. My only regret is that I took her to our regular vet for the procedure instead of waiting until Dr. Gallagher was able to come to our home. Our regular is a wonderful vet and yet, all things considered, the whole episode would have been much more comfortable for the dog and for me, if I'd waited for Dr. Gallagher. Lesson learned.

I absolutely love Dr. Gallagher and his staff! They are so kind and funny and they are so amazing with our cat. Dr. Gallagher has given me the best advice on how to overcome some hurdles that happen when you have a young cat. He also gave me great advice on finding a rescue for a puppy. He is so gentile and caring and I am so glad that we found him. My kids love going to his office. They feel so comfortable with his treatment of their sweet kitty! If you are looking for a Vet that will care for and treat your pet with as much love and concern as you would, then Dr. Gallagher and his staff are the practice for you and your fur babies!

This is the nicest, best Vet and staff you will find. Dr. Gallagher is compassionate, highly responsive, and very smart. We see him a lot because we have a lot of pets. Highly, highly recommend.

We have used Doctor Gallagher a few times and a lot of our clients go to him and we have nothing but great things to say about this place. Kim the receptionist is always great at working with us and fitting us in and Dr. Gallaghers care is fabulous. We highly recommend!
