Tara, the assistant manager (I think that was her title) was extremely helpful in choosing food and supplies for my dogs allergies.

Good place, cute hamsters and birds. But there's a lot of dead fish in their tanks.

Everything I needed was in stock and was easy to locate and everyone was very friendly.

It's a place to buy pet food. It's the staff that kinda makes me wonder cause when you see Satan's star tattooed on someone's hand head half shaved nose pierced ear gages etc it really makes me wonder if i really want to shop here especially when you see someone that looks like they got in a fight with a nailgun and lost badly! Everybody has the right to choose anything they want but when it effects business and sales well.......

It's a good place to get cat supplies. I was looking for some catnip and found just what Buster likes.????

Huge selection but a but expensive compared to online shopping.

Littermade litter box is garbage do not buy. Nothing against PetCo complaining here so everyone knows and because Littermade doesn't respond. We have had 2 in a year and a half. Both times the motor has quit working. Don't waste your money!

Picking up my online order was not an issue, but I also did in-store shopping while there. All I purchased was small dog and cat wet food items. However, upon checking out, there were many other random items all over the counter. The cashier rang up a box of cat litter that was not mine. It was just sitting on the counter. I told her that wasn't mine, and she removed the charge. However, I just went through the bag at home, and she also rang up a large rubber dog bone, which was not an item from my basket. It must've been with the other junk on the counter. Now I need to drive over 20 miles to go return it. Very upsetting. I also had a small box of dog food chicken broth that is not in my bag, so that must've gotten left on the counter with the rest of the junk. I was not charged for it, but it was an item I actually wanted to purchase, unlike the toy bone. Checkout counters need to be clear and organized so these mistakes don't happen. I usually pay closer attention, but I had my dog with me and was looking for my pickup order # in my email while cashier was ringing me up. If checkout counters were clear and uncluttered, this wouldn't have been an issue.

I like Petco. Clean, well organized and a nice selection of fish.

I'm giving Petco a 4 star rating so people can see on the higher rating. My mom went and got a guinea pig and they forgot to put a sign out saying they can't get a bby Guinea pig. When they realize that they messed up they tried to fix the situation and called then messed it all up with fixing the situation as well. My mom called today and a women was on the phone told her to wait a min. Laughed and hung up. Fix your issues. You actually deserve no stars but if you want to be petty I can to.

I absolutely love the fact that I can order online and save 20% by picking up curb-side or at store. This makes my day!! I have 5 dogs and a large fish tank so everything bit of savings really helps!!

I went in to add an edition to my fishtank but didn’t seem to know what they were talking about, I recommend Gitlers for aquatics though. Staff was nice

Employees are very nice and helpful. Brought a friend here to buy a fish and even though we had to wait a bit for someone to be available, the staff was wonderful and even listened when she chose her fish. (Wanted the new fish to be the same size as the others)

Bailey just got home from getting groomed. She looks and smells great. Thanks Petco!

Excellent and wide selection of pet supplies

Clean and very nice workers, but very expensive to go to on a limited income, in particular, the catnip section was just too much and did not have what my kitty loves. Other than that, great staff,

Bought a fish and it died in 12 hours bit it happens. Other than that usually have some great deals going on.

We got our guinea pig here 5 years ago & she was very healthy & is still doing great. We love all of the different animals from rodents to reptiles to birds & occasionally cats. Also their grooming service is wonderful.

The manager/customer service rep took her time to help me on the phone and in the store to make sure my fish traveled safe from NJ to our new home. She went above and beyond and her kindness and knowledge were unmatched by any experience I've had at a store before. Cheers to her. Fantastic employee and human being. My little fish are safe and happy. That's the kind of help that is becoming more rare these days with all the digital prompts and communication in life. That's the kind of help and personality that really stands out these days.

Stopped at the stop sign in front of the store to allow people to cross, haven't been inside in months.
