My first visit to Lakeside with my Beaglier puppies. Beyond satisfied and extremely impressed with the quality of care, the value and the caring and friendly staff who are extreme thorough and efficient. My family has had multiple pets over the years and because we've lived in many states, multiple vets. I have never had this incredible level of service. This is my first Spaniel mix and Dr. Brooke and the entire staff were caring, answered all my questions and provided vital information on caring for this breed. We'll be going back next week to get our girls spayed. Thank you for the AMAZING CARE Lakeside staff!!!

Every single one of the staff were compassionate, helpful and so caring. They answered my call for help on the 2nd ring and asked what was wrong and got my dog in right away. Within an hour or so got the test results back. I can not express the thanks I have for them with an extremely difficult and emotional situation. Every one of the staff did what they could to comfort and help my dog. I highly recommend Lakeside Veterinary Medicine! Thank you so much!!

Took my Rotti an hour away who was lame to get blood work or/and X-rays. He’s a vocal dog and I understood them muzzling him but they said he was too anxious to treat and didn’t even do blood work for Lymes. Then they gave me drugs and rescheduled for the following week with their office that was closer to me. So they released him with no services (unreal). By Saturday he was wining in pain and very lame. Thank you Dr for nothing and not sure why you got in this profession

My 12 year old chihuahua has heart failure. We didn't find this clinic right away, it was a recommendation from another veterinarian. There is a very attentive and qualified team of veterinarians and staff. They are ready to help always. I feel comfortable being a client of this veterinary clinic. A warm atmosphere of support and care reigns in communication. In my opinion, this is what frightened and upset people with sick pets need the most. My dog ​​has been living for almost 2.5 years after being diagnosed with CHF, largely due to balanced and qualified treatment. In short, if your pet needs veterinary help, here you will receive it in full volume and at a high level.

Tried to call for help for my pet who won’t stop puking and isn’t moving much and they told me to go elsewhere. Asked me if I had called around and said “we won’t be able to help you today” and hung up even though I wasn’t rude at all just scared!! .... why does a vet not take emergency visits? Completely unprofessional

I love everything, Doctors, Technicians and all that work at this facility are wonderful, they also care about the owners of the pets and are so kind to your pets. Its my opinion its the only place to go to bring your pets as everyone knows your pets are part of your family.

Professional, respectful of time, actually see you when the appointment is scheduled. Harper wasn't happy LOL. Three shots etc., shook like a leaf poor baby!

Dr. Farrell is an absolute mensch. I brought my cat here - he had a bad infection as a wild kitten and had significant eye damage. Our previous vet insisted he was 100% blind - Dr. Farrell not only confirmed he wasn’t blind (duh) but performed a minor surgery on him that our previous vet didn’t even tell us was an option. My cat already has improved vision and quality of life despite still going through ongoing treatment. Really professional and quality place.

Seemed decent via phone but was unable to help in the small farm animal area.other than that seemed responsive to common animals.

Had my Shih-tzu seen today, and was overwhelmed by how thorough and informative the visit was. I had been seeing another vet, but felt like my pup was being written off and pumped full of steroids due to his age. Lakeside took the time to find out what could actually be wrong, and prescribed a more appropriate medication, considering he has elevated liver enzyme levels. Most likely due to the steroids he was given by the other vet. Very happy they gave my little buddy the care he deserves.

Some of the nicest people ever. My dog loves to go see them and they are in love with him... They also saved his life and did more for him than any other vet would.

Expensive, a bit slow to get pets during Covid, but great care and I have my happy healthy dog back

My dog has been dealing with dementia. The vet and staff are very compassionate. My Smudgeon is now on medication that is giving both of us much better quality of life. She is not as anxious as before and has actually started looking at me and following me for little walks. Thank you lakeside veterinary medicine
