The waiting room rotted like urine, the entire floor was sticky. When I left my clothes smelled disgusting from being in there 20 minutes. The staff that were administering the shots and clipping my dogs nails were very rude. They insisted on handling my dog by themselves after I told them he does not like to be handled by others. Even after I told them tried to take him in a back room away from me which I would not allow. We were already in the room with the table. I've never been in any establishment so unprofessional in my life. I will not be going back and possibly hiring someone to look into it

My large umbrella cockatoo was displaying very odd behavior and decided to go to this location for the first time in a pinch. It was during covid restrictions but still. Wasn't able to go in building with my pet. She was only in there about 5 minutes and I'm not even sure that she was examined. I sent in a list of things to address and nothing was. They Charged me $100 for the 5 minutes and said she was in perfect health. Later took her to an alternative aviarian vet and found out she has multiple deficiencies and parasite infections. I tried to mention this when the vet called. He said she was 100% fine healthy and happy but being the Pet's owner I recognize and understand her behaviors and they were not normal. This place may be good for other animals but I would not recommend taking a large bird there. It would seem they do not have the knowledge needed. I would not recommend this place to a specialty bird large parrot type. Anything else I cannot vouch for. I mean no disrespect to the practice.

It's always a pleasant experience. Very prompt. Treat my pup with so much love and tenderness. I don't mind the almost hour drive. It's so worth it!!!

They are so good with my dog. They are very caring.

I never have to worry about the care, but they are more expensive and super busy so they seem to book apts a ways out. I went this month with both cats and it was their first day with the lobby open to customers (with restrictions) so they were adjusting to it. I hadn't planned on having to complete a lot of paperwork for both cats at drop off and how busy they'd be even super early, so I was late to work. Plan extra time! They've been good with our dogs and cats over the years, even with the new vets, and the location is convenient for me.

Quick and easy, seems to do everything they can to make your pet comfortable. A little bit expensive, but all vets are.

They're so tentative to our fur baby's needs. Super nice staff, the car side assistance was actually pleasant. Would recommend them to everyone!

The best and most caring staff around

I took my cat to this Vet for an ear exam and cleaning. The visit was strangely quick and the paperwork given to me didn’t even match the instructions on the medicine. After applying the meds as requested, they did not work. I took my cat to another vet who told me that she not only had the same issue (but worse) but now also had a RUPTURED eardrum!! Thanks Jamestown Vet. NEVER coming back.

I don't know. After being switched to several automated phone messages I finally gave up. I wouldn't select any stars but it won't post without it.

We have been to Jamestown Veterinary for several different reasons for several different animals and have always been treated with compassion and care. Dr. Schrope was fabulous the night our puppy was hit by a car (that didn't stop) and was almost as upset as we were. Can't recommend this place enough!

As a fellow veterinary technician, I know y'all dont get enough praise especially right now. I am a vet tech way down here near Dallas,Tx and my sister is all the way up there in Jamestown. My sweet sister has severe dyslexia and grew up in a time where there wasnt help like there is now. So needless to say she has a very very hard time reading and understanding sometimes, especially medical terminology etc. Normally I get calls while shes at the vet to help her understand or have to go back over and read everything to her for her pets care. Although I still had to go back over meds with her a little bit, today was the first day that she already understood most of it. For that I am so very grateful. Job well done to all the staff. Lucy will definitely be back. Also stay strong I know curbside has been insane. I hope you guys have a great weekend.

They are GREAT! My only complaint is their prices. But I'm willing to pay for the great care they give my pups.
