Very compassionate doctors who are but one part of the experience. It is expensive, and the bills/receipits provided had charges that weren't fully explained to me (different blood work tests that weren't provided or made apparent in discussion, 2 sets of x-rays-only shown one, and an $11 boarding charge I disputed, but tyo no avail, that the young girl stated was for the cleaning of the cages-despite my cat having his own carrier, seems, they put him in a cage for the 20 minutes it took me to return once they'd called. Mind you, I think the Docs are great, but the business deserves some scrutiny

Dr Meghan Brown is the most competent, informative, compassionate veterinary Dr.. We have ever found. A RARITY. A JEWEL. She thoroughly explains all treatments and procedures in a way average non Dr's can understand.

Great place for pet care vets are top notch

I took my cat in for a follow up appointment after being at Orchard Park Emergency twice. Upon entering I had second thoughts of going any further because of how dirty the entryway was. Filthy windows too. So I left my cat ,they won't let you in, had I known that I wouldn't have gone at all, I waited in my car for the vet to call. Dr. Brown went over everything and different treatment options. I did feel comfortable with her diagnosis. She was to call a script in to their pharmacy and then the pharmacy would call me. Why a vet hospital doesn't carry their own prescriptions is ridiculous. They said it would be a day or 2 before the pharmacy would call (thank God it wasn't emergency medication. I waited...a week. I called and was told that there was no record of any medication in his chart! I told them that the doctor and I spoke specifically about this medicine and that she would call it in. I was off and on hold for 20 minutes and finally was told that Dr. Brown would call it in. Guess what!!! She didn't!. I would never recommend this place. Very unprofessional, dirty facility and a bunch of liars.

Great Place! I drive a hour just to go there! Every one is very nice and professional!

My little girl had to have her eye removed due to swelling. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Would like to thank them for a wonderful job.

My son is in basic training and left his dog with me.....his ears were acting up during his last vet visit (which was in the last 3 weeks)but it was clearly overlooked for some reason. I have 3 pets(2 were just were fixed at $500/each)of my own and can't afford ANOTHER vet visit(2 in a month???). I asked if there was anything else I could do for him(I just don't have the $ for the visit)and the only offer was an appointment over a week from now anyway. I'm so glad that I use someone else and he is taking him without an office charge because it's the same thing that always happens to his ears and he will be treated tomorrow!! Feeling better within the next 48 hours! That's the vet I want. Pay more for less (no) care.

They are without a doubt the best vets in the area. Great bedside manner with your pets and they send you condolences cards if you have to have your pet put down.

They're a little pricey, but they do an awesome job.

They always treat my girls with so much love and patience, even when Ms.Zoey gets a bit snappy due to her persistent ear infections. ????

As usual great. I've never had a problem with anyone there and they answer all of my exhausting questions even if they need to be repeated.

Doctor Rappole and his staff are awesome. I have been going there for 40 plus years and can't say enough about him and his staff

Dr. Rappole is a kind & caring man who has been my family's Veterinarian since 1992. He has guided me through some of the most difficult days in my life with such genuine love for my babies. For that I am forever grateful for him.

The staff are dedicated and the Dr. Is excellent and very caring for your pets.
