I love this place. They have fabulous doctors, especially Dr. Borland. She's really compassionate and definitely cares about you as a dog/cat parent making the right decisions for your furfriend. The only dislike is that it's gotten really busy in the last 2 years since the pandemic and wait times can be up to or over 1hr. Their parking spots are also limited and it can get crowded quickly.

Would not recommend this vet. I brought my SICK cat in, was told "it will go away." Called back to get my paperwork sent over to a different vet and was hung up on at the end. Multiple people I know do not trust this place as a reliable vet for their animals. Per the owner's response, the Veterinarian was told it was a reoccurring sneeze with eye discharge present as well. The veterinarian was also informed I would be out of state after the visit, so antibiotics should have been prescribed the day of.

I have an older, sickly Yorkie. The vet I've used for her since she became mine was Dr. RADBILL. He was on bustleton ave. for many years, but some months back he relocated here. Dr. RADBILL has taken care of my 2 dogs and also my daughters 2 dogs. He's amazing with these dogs and his years of experience has made him amazing at diagnosing what's wrong with the animal very quickly. It seems to me the pricing here is rather high, but I suspect the old adage of you get what you pay for applies here. Emma, my Yorkie has been my constant companion now for over 14 years. Due to her smallness I've been able to take her everywhere I go, with very few exceptions. I credit Dr. Radbill for allowing me to keep enjoying her, henceforth I wouldn't go anywhere else...

Last Tuesday we had to do the most painful thing a pet owner has to do. We had to put our sweet pup, pepsi down due to his cancer becoming worse and his health slowly failing. We were taken into a room and greeted by Dr. K and her assistant Justine who went over everything with us and agreed that it was time. They brought Hershey kisses to us and our pup telling us that every dog deserves a chocolate kiss before they pass. Then they brought him food so he would have a full belly. After a bit it was time to sedate him. I picked him up and laid him down on the bed and covered him with a blanket and his favorite toy until he drifted off to sleep. Dr. K came back and gave him the potassium chloride that took him away. As heartbreaking as it was to say goodbye to our sweet boy of 13-1/2 years, I don’t think I could have asked for a more peaceful way for him to go. They were both just amazing and so comforting to me and my husband that we can not thank them enough for their love, sympathy and compassion they gave to us♥️???? Our heartfelt appreciation, John and Lisa E

I was a happy customer for more then 2 years until now. I called ahead to schedule an appointment for my dog on 10/7 The lady was super nice and helpful. I called today 10/19 to check what time my appointment on 10/20 and the lady keep saying that I never been at their clinic, and if I am sure if I ever went there. I confirmed that yes, this is my clinic and I am not mistaken anything. She kept saying that they have no records on my file and seems like I never been there…. Lady was pretending that I screaming at her. I pulled out my bank statements to provide last day of the service and it did not worked out. It is scary that my clinic lost all my dog records, they do want admit it and saying that I never go that place. All vaccinations, microchip information all gone. No apology, only rudeness and ignorance. I don’t understand how it is my and my dogs fault. They wish me luck and hang up on me. I am shocked to be honest. I pretty sure that I never was a bad castOmer, or disrespect anyone there. I have proof of all my visits and to be honest I don’t understand why I have to proof it. I don’t know what to do.????♀️ Oh now I read reviews and see that they do not accept new customers, probably that is the way how they get rid of old ones????

I took my dog to this clinic a long time ago for surgery so I decided to make an appointment this time because she formed a bad lump on her arm. The lady on the phone straight up denied us service and didn't bother to take our information down. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and attitude of this veterinary.

I prepaid for treatment and my appointment time was changed twice in the same day which is not okay because of work. I was shocked when the doctor told me that if I cannot accommodate their schedule to be seen somewhere else. Very unprofessional.

I have been using Dr.Radbill for years he recently joined WOA .My one cat wasn't feeling well ,this was the first time calling the center.I was so impressed with how friendly the front desk was. And how quick the vet nurse called me back. During this trying time for the staff to do curb side ,each staff member, I was greeted with a smile. And as usual Dr.Radbill was the best.P.S. my cat needed dental surgery and once again Dr.Radbill and staff were wonderful keeping me informed. Thank you

The Staff is knowledgeable, they educated us on things we didn't know about our pet, they were friendly, seemed to genuinely care about the needs of our pet and our concerns. They even did a follow-up call checking up on our Madiba. Their recommendations are working, his ailments are starting to disappear. Overall we love this place!!! We give it twenty stars.

We have been taking our dog, Donut, to World of Animals at Bethayres since the Elkins Park location closed last year. Our Donut has had her fair share of problems over the last year and every single member of World of Animals has shown kindness and compassion at each and every appointment. Dr. Borland and support staff are knowledgeable and deeply care for their furry patients. My concerns are always taken seriously and Donut has received top notch care that we are so thankful for! Thank you everyone at World Of Animals for all of your hard work! We appreciate you!

I have been going to this Vet office with two dogs for over 15 years. I remember how amazing this office was from the receptionist to the doctors and staff they were premium staff. I dont know who is running this place now because its a total mess. From the incompetent receptionist who give me one set of instructions when making an appointment then switches up after I missed work to bring my dog there. The staff, receptionist and female doctor are simply lazy. Act like there is an assembly line of animals where patient and doctor relationship does not exist anymore. They too busy for my dog. They act as if I have a wolf when they see my dog. Poor handling of patient relations. I understand its a business but its a total disappointment In response to your response owner; Cursing at your staff NEVER EVER HAPPENED. If that was reported to you by your staff its simply a lie. I would never do that. The service there again is terrible but I wouldn’t disrespect a staff by cursing.

This hospital is great! Me and my boyfriend found our yorkie Diggy on the streets. We brought him home noticed he was limping someone recommended us to Bethayres and we took him the first day we found him. He was very scared and extremely skinny you could tell he was abused. Soon as we walked in the staff was so very nice and caring. They did an x ray showed us where his leg was broken and gave him his shots. Then we set up an appointment for surgery. To save money they told us that if we wanted to get him fixed that they would do that while under anesthesia for his leg. Most vets would have made us come back separately for that just to make extra money off of us. He had his surgery they took good care of him and his leg is fine now. I definitely recommend Bethayers animal hospital.

Thank you Dr. Radbill at World of Animals at Behayres for the wonderful care that you provided for my dog, Daisy, this past week. Daisy suffered from a leg injury, colitis, and intestinal upsets. You examined Daisy, gave her the appropriate medications and food, and asked me to keep you informed as to how Daisy was doing. We have used Dr. Radbill with our four dogs since 1996 and followed him from his private practice to World of Animals at Bethayres. Dr. Radbill is very knowledgeable, caring, and professional. Thank you, Dr. Radbill, for being such an amazing vet.

Dr. Stupine and staff, thank you for taking such amazing care of Kahlua in her final days. Your kind words and assurance that we were doing the right thing meant the world to my husband and I. Today I received your card with the staff sympathies and Kahlua’s paw print. I will be forever grateful for that card along with the staff at World of Animals. A million thank you’s.

First time pet owners and cannot say enough about World of Animals and their staff. With the current pandemic, we haven't been able to come into the office and meet with anyone face to face but the staff, especially Char, have been super professional, helpful and patient with all of our questions & care. I feel like I know Char and team personally. Recently, Parker was neutered here and the entire team from start to finish did a great job with him . Again, everyone was helpful and detailed with care and the procedure went well. THANK YOU-THANK YOU!!! highly recommend this team of professionals!
