My pup is always taken care of thoroughly and quickly, the people are extremely helpful and very nice.

2 stars only because they have meds for our fur babies. Wanted to give 1 star. I have tiny 4 dogs. Why would you give me the giant liquid vitamin pill for them.. I'm betting that others said no to those gigantic pills!! And p.s. they HATE to give you aboquel (miracle drug for itching.. allergies) just sooo you have to bring fur babies back to them...

The entire staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Always making sure allour questions have been answered.

VCA has been looking after my dog for 5 years now. Even though the vets switch quite often, the care is still great. The receptionists know us and are very friendly and very easy to work with. Unlimited check ups with the care package but it's a little pricey and shots included.

The absolute best care for your pets. VCA Knightswood has the kindest, most knowledgeable and skilled staff. I recommend this specific location of VCA to everyone. I am so very grateful for how caring they are towards my dogs and how kind they are in general.

I've only been here twice now, but I love the way the staff has taken care of my cat, as if he was their own pet. They're also great at communicating what they're going to do for checkups, any findings they have, and they ask the right questions to make sure they know the best way of taking care of an animal. They also ask if you have anything specific you want checked with your animal, which is great in case you forget to mention something! Overall lovely and friendly staff, to both the animals and their caretakers. And they have 2 lovely cats that live in the premises, so be sure to say hi to them during your next visit!

I have all good experiences with Knightswood. I trust them with my furry babies.

My dog gets the best care here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire staff is helpful, kind, and compassionate. They go out of thier way to follow up on your pets health, as well as thier owners state-- as some situations aren't easy to deal with. They are always available and willing to answer any questuons or concerns. Really a wonderful place to take your furry family member :)

Dr. Debbie is just the best Veterinarian and the staff is great. I have been with Knightswood over 30 years since Dr. Debbie's father was the Veterinarian there...great family Veterinarian!

They were lovely. I had never taken my cat to the vet before, and they made it a very easy and pleasant experience.

Was not able to get an appointment for 5 weeks.

They did a very nice job laying here to all the restrictions for covid-19 you deserve a lot of credit I've been bringing my pet here for treatment since I was a young lad

I took my cat McRib in for the 1st time and every person I met was just super nice and helpful. It's a great place to go and I plan to make it my permanent vet

Wow Amazing service. Technicians are friendly and patient. Doctor Erin was so great to talk to over the phone while she was checking our puppy ???? Duke. Such great service and very comforting while social distancing.

Went to this place in a Saturday after noon for my cat's appointment. There was only 1 person ahead of me and being it's curb side much like everywhere else they called me & told me they would be right out to pick up my cat and it took the 15 minutes to do so. The service is poor and there more about money then sympathetic for a pet.

I recently adopted a reactive dog with health issues & going to the vet is nerve wracking. I initially brought my dog to VCA because of a (very generous) voucher I received when I adopted her and I’m so glad I did. They are SO KIND. They do everything in their power to put my not-so-little basketcase at ease- and me too. They are super competent and thorough- all the things you want in a veterinary practice- but generally I think they are just awesome. Dr. Rubin has reached out to me personally several times to follow up on her recommendations & Dee’s overall well-being. I’ve never experienced that before. VCA Knightswood is not at all close to where we live but I’m happy to make the drive on account of the care DeeDee has thus far received. Big shout out to the techs and support staff, too. PS Their COVID protocols are likewise 100% on point.

Dr. Debbie and the staff are AMAZING, loving and caring people! Dr. Debbie saved my Lucy's life literally, she is an Angel in every sense of the word.

I have been going to VCA Knightswood for 7 years for the care of my dog. The staff here is great and even though I now live an hour away. I still commute to bring my dog to see the wonderful Dr. Pangakis! Highly recommend!

Friendly atmosphere, very pet and family focused. Clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Deb is great. Called half hour before closing and she agreed to see my cat who was crying and going a little crazy right away.

Great vet office, was in and out in no time! Best of all, my puppy is healthy and happy!

Love this place .

We started going there almost 50 years ago with our 1st dog, Benjy. Now one of my sisters brings her dogs and I bring my cat here. In fact, a cat for adoption notice was posted there and that is how I got Pumpkin. That was almost 10 years ago.

Dr Deb and team are amazing. Had an issue with our boxer tonight and they fit her in right away. Left with some medicine and feeling much better about the situation. Staff members have been there since my parents took our childhood dogs there. They remember you and your pet. Looking forward to getting our puppies on the puppy plan and having them meet this team. They are more expensive than other vets but the level of care you receive is well worth it. The staff has always been kind to us and they the love for animals shines. There are also more expensive vets out there with less customer service/compassion. You get the whole package here. Highly recommend.
