Hershey Pet Food Company is a privately owned raw food pet store focusing attention to a well balanced diet for our beloved pets. The owners are passionate pet people and very knowledgeable about the dietary needs of cats and dogs. There store is quaint and we'll stocked. Dogs are allowed in and their own girl is friendly and behaved.

Great place to go for all your animal needs. Only top quality items. The best nutrition for your cats and dogs. The owner John is awesome, very accommodating and so very helpful. Very knowledgeable about all the products and helps you find exactly what you need. Great store all around. My visits are always pleasant. ????

My chocolate lab had been having weight issues as well as ear infections. John got me on a raw diet that has eliminated both problems now my 11 year has as much energy as ever! He really knows his stuff!

We wanted to give our business to a local Hershey store. They didn't carry our dog's food but said they could order a bag to keep it in stock for us. Twice we tried to buy it from them. Once, they didn't order it in time. The second time, we called and they said they never heard back from us even though we called and said we wanted it. They were very short on the phone and didn't seem to want our business. We will be sticking with friendly Pet HQ in Palmyra.

Loved the experience I received here. Very informative in all my questions about dog food that I had and was able to leave here with a lot more knowledge about the nutrition and brand that works great for my dog. Definitely be back

Convenient location right on Main Street! Pets are welcome and the displays are placed wide enough for pets to actually walk around. The owners are very knowledgeable about pet health and behavior, and helped me find food for my two large dogs to replace the old brand I was buying that is becoming more difficult to find. I was also assured that they have a very lenient and shopper friendly return policy (if your dogs or cats don't like the food you can return the open bag and try something else!) and free samples available if you have a picky eater at home. They have a really great selection of toys and treats, and are extremely knowledgeable about dog food quality and ideal pet diets. I didn't need to poke around the cat food unfortunately, but I'll be back to try that out soon! They obviously love animals deeply-- definitely worth a visit!
