Greenlin Pet Resorts Middletown, Pennsylvania

We have a high-energy border collie and we found Greenlin East while searching for a day care for him. We initially checked out Playful Pet Retreat because it’s closer, but the staff were uptight and wouldn’t even give us a tour. So we checked out Greenlin East next and immediately loved it! The manager, Lisa, is wonderful. She absolutely loves what she does and it shows! Everyone on the team is friendly, they love dogs, and they are all trained in pet emergency care. The dogs participate in a variety of activities, like morning runs, toy time, treat hunts, a playground, pool, and special holiday activities. The dog-counselor relationship is just one thing I really like. They really get to know the dogs and their owners. Our dog loves going there, and he comes home happy and exhausted. We highly recommend Greenlin East to anyone looking for a quality doggie day care. You can call and schedule a tour, meet the counselors and ask questions. It’s the staff that really make this day care the best! In the photos, you see Spunky getting ready to go to camp and after. Like I said, happy and exhausted ????

I have used the Middletown location several times for my dog Rhino. I am always very pleased with the staff and service. Rhino is known by name and gets so excited as soon as he notices we are pulling into the driveway! I would definitely recommend and will continue to take Rhino when needed.

I just had my 10 month old puppy there for a few days. I was obviously very nervous about leaving her for the first time but the staff there were wonderful and made me feel comfortable leaving her there. They took wonderful care of her and I will definitely use them again.

You guys are the best, the pictures we received every day were awesome, Jax will be back soon for daycare and some training, all your people went over and above with their treatment of our Jax, thank you so much

Our dog seemed to love it at Greenlin. I loved being able to look at the pictures of her on Flickr. Our dog always looked like she was smiling. :) We will definitely use Greenlin again

Staff is accommodating to owner ' s schedules ( with lots of flexibility ) and assists with advance reservations ( within 12 - 24 hours ) . . . - and listens to dietary concerns and other concerns of person ' s pet. A staffer from one of their facilities was able to connect with another facility ( that was closer to my residence ) to assist with reservation. Sometimes - it gets so busy in there that Front Desk gets backed - up ( - especially during AM hours ). Pet was relaxed during stay at facility. When boarding at vet - animal flipped over food bowl. But - it didn't do that at Greenlin Pet Resorts. Fees were reasonable ( - as well ).

I have been going here for years and love it. Recently started getting my grooming done here as well, which is great for a quick bath!

The staff is professional and friendly. My dog always comes home happy and healthy. She loves outdoor play with the other dogs. The daily photos are fun to see.

My dog Hippo had a blast and clearly loved his stay. They posted pictures of him and his big smile enjoying time with the other dogs, and he loved all the staff. I was worried about being away from him for the first time, and I shouldn't have been concerned at all! He will be back!

I take my dogs Bishop and Daisy there regularly. They have been going there since they were puppies and they will both be 4 years old this year. The staff is great with the dogs and they’re pricing is reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Won't ever go anywhere else.Staff very friendly and the most important thing is the dogs love to go.

My dog loves this place. He loves the people and is always ready to visit. My Tazwolf starts to "remind me" to take him to Greenlin Pet Resorts. He starts looking for his away meal because he know that is the signal that he will be with all of his friends. He absolutely loves Greenlin.

Harley loved his stay at Greenlin East. He was very well taken care of and pampered. I loved seeing all the photos of him while I was away.

As first time boarders of an 8 yr old tri paw doggo and an 18 year old cat, we had no idea what to expect. But the amazing folks at Greenlin East set our minds at ease! Right off the bat, everyone was super friendly, kind, and put up with our anxiety over leaving our kids for the first time with anyone but family. The daily pictures allowed us to see our fur kids daily and keep up with their days, as well as see their wellbeing for ourselves. We made a "worried fur parent" call to them halfway through our trip, and they took the time to talk about each of the kids. 10 out of 10 would recommend this amazing place.

Boarded both my dogs while we went on vacation. I wasn’t sure how my latest rescue would handle the separation or meeting new dogs. No need to worry as I think my dogs had more fun than I did. The daily pictures are a big plus and a reassurance that the dogs were doing fine. They will be coming back next year b

Horrible experience. Made a short notice reservation because of a family emergency. Agent took my deposit over phone was told “just bring updated vaccine records, please.” Arrived to drop off dog and was refused because of incorrect vaccination. Never mind that my dog has stayed before for both day care and boarding with the same, identical vaccination records. I offered to go the vet to correct the record. To which I was told no, there’s a 7 day waiting period after a veterinarian visit. Sure wish I would have been informed of all of this while making the reservation and while my deposit was charged. Now I am without recourse and missing an important family event. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve been taking my mini Aussie here for her first time at a dog daycare and she is excited at drop offs which makes me happy knowing she’s having fun :)

It’s nice to have daycare on the weekends. The staff is friendly and caring. Lots of activities for the pups.

I love the staff here. I feel like they really care about the pets. And, my dog is very happy here.

My dogs are in good hands at Greenlin. They are always excited when we pull in, whether it's for boarding or daycare. I also love getting the daily texts while they are boarded.

Very pleased with the employees and experience with greenlin east. They took excellent care of our two dogs. Kept us updated with everything.

The staff at the Hershey was unprofessional and non responsive to my requests. I recommend you look elsewhere.

We've got 2 boys who go bananas (in a good way) when they realize they are headed to Greenlin. They love it there. Greenlin provides us complete peace of mind when we need to board them. Both of the Lisas and the rest of the staff are exceptional.

We have been bringing our dogs here for years now, great people who care! Our one dog has anxiety issues after she was attacked at a dog park; they truly make sure she feels 100% comfortable while she is staying there. When we are approaching the Middletown location, both dogs get extremely excited once they know where they are going. I would recommend 100%, my wife and I both always suggest this location when people are in need of a pet resort.

The folks at Greenlin East accommodated a last minute need for boarding as well as multiple pick up date changes without skipping a beat. I was dealing with a family tragedy and knowing my dog was in good hands and getting to see him playing and having the best time put my mind at ease. Every staff member I spoke to or came in contact with was kind, friendly and all around wonderful. I had only moved cross country to PA less than two weeks prior and their willingness and ability to help and provide such excellent care puts me firmly into loyal customer territory. I look forward to bringing my big guy Skye back for day care and boarding in the future. Thank you!!

My dog was nervous about being boarded and so was I! They’re very understanding and seems that they all really care about the animals. We don’t board often but will definitely use them again.

Very good staff and the doggy resort had several workers. Finn got first rate treatment during his 5 hour stay. Very reasonable price.
