This place is great. I get my old dog acupuncture here it really helps his balance and pain.

We stopped in to see if they had freeze dried duck heads for our gsd. They did and a bunch of other stuff too will definitely be going back cuz its super close to us and he loved his duck head.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Take my dog cocoa to get groomed here with Holly. She always does a wonderful job! Cocoa took the puppy social classes as well which I highly recommend! Each and every member of the staff is friendly and will help you with anything you need!

Extremely disappointed with the grooming of our husky, we had to brush her again when she got home, had to file her nails and brush her teeth. Our first time trying won’t be back. Rather go to petco or the one spot in Briarcrest square.

Excellent selection of very high quality dog food.

None of the employees aside from the groomer were wearing masks and there were lots of Qanon things behind the counter ????

I have debated writing this review the past few months, but after today I feel the need to share my experience and honest opinion. The bottom line is that this business does not following the Pennsylvania COVID19 mask mandate, even with a newborn present. The pros of this groomer is that the quality is great. The groomers have always worn a mask (while the staff behind the desk generally do not). The cons are the price ($70 for my 40lb terrier's hair cut), but most importantly that his business chooses not to follow the mask mandate. When I was 9 months pregnant in December, I felt extremely uncomfortable dropping my dog off to be groomed as the business had a holiday celebration with "take your picture with Santa" day. There were 15+ people inside this tiny shop and I was the only one wearing a mask. Customers and staff were walking around eating and drinking without a mask. I told the older woman (I believe she is the owner or manager) I was uncomfortable being 9 months pregnant and no one wearing a mask, so I waited outside. She was not phased by my concern. Today I went to pick up my dog, but had to bring my 6 week old baby with me inside. I was disappointed to see that 2 of the 4 staff members behind the desk were not wearing a mask (one of the unmasked employees was again the older woman I expressed my concerns to in December). I asked this woman what their mask protocol was, since every time I have been in the business staff are not wearing masks. Her response was, "It is a mandate, not a law, so we are not enforcing it." I told her I was uncomfortable paying since she was not wearing a mask and I had my 6 week old with me (she was a foot or so away from the register). Her response was "we'll keep our distance." I went up to pay and she barely moved. It is one thing to decide not to wear a mask because it's uncomfortable, but I find it extremely despicable and shameful to put your comfort above the health and safety of a newborn. We will not be back. This saddens me as I would like to continue to support the groomers (who do wear masks), however I am appalled by the behavior of the staff behind the desk.

Would give it a five, but it was our first time there. Came highly recommended. They're very knowledgeable!!!

Our most favorite place to get our dog supplies! Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Tami is extremely knowledgeable on holistic modalities for dogs and cats. A true treasure that close by.

Doglicious Spa has the best staff of any pet place I have been to. PetSmart and PetCo WISH they were Doglicious. When I go into those other pet places, it's like pulling teeth to get help. Or Heaven forbid asking a clerk who is busy stocking shelves to turn away from the stack of dog food long enough to wait on a customer. But the first time I went into Doglicious, staff behind the counter stopped what they were doing just to say 'hi' to me, welcome me into the store, and ask if there was anything they could help me with. Isn't that the way it ought to be?

Not sure about products or service. Walked in and zero out of 5 people, including staff, were wearing masks. No masks, no business from me!

I took my cat here for the first time, and we had a somewhat comical but disappointing experience. First, let me say that the service was very friendly. This was my cat's second time getting a summer cut, and I was told that the groomer would be experienced with cats. I was a little worried because my cat is very nervous around strangers, but she did well at a different groomer in Hershey (currently unavailable due to COVID). So, I dropped her off for her appointment for a cut, wash, nail trim, and ear cleaning. About 25-30 min later, I received a call that they could not continue due to her behavior. I picked her up already in her carrier, and did not see her until we got home. I know they had to stop early, but she looks really, really bad and there is really nothing I can do about it! So now my cat has an uneven haircut with one shoulder trimmed and the other nice and long. I'm not sure if the pictures do justice to the horror. They charged me $25 for this. (And she still needs a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning.)

Disappointing experience. The store was packed at the time of my dogs appointment and most of the employees were unmasked. I kept my commitment to the appointment scheduled out of respect, but was extremely disappointed that they didn’t have enough respect for others to follow basic CDC guidelines.

They had 4-5 employees behind the counter, all not wearing masks. The one women, whom I believe to be the owner, cracked jokes about how they “should” be wearing masks. Intake with our dog was chaotic and unorganized. Seems like it could be a very nice place with lots of good products, but I will not support people who cannot support simple science and state mandates.

Took my 100lb lab, who absolutely hates getting bathed, there yesterday to get groomed. Angela did an awesome job. I know he’s a handful but she was awesome with him. He came back smelling great and super soft. The prices where very fair and honestly better then most groomers I’ve been too. I will definitely be going there from now on.

They cut my dog and didn't even tell me the owner said the lady that cut my dog has been doing it for over 20 years which i don't believe. Due to the fact the cut was uneven and she cut her nail down too low til . No refund no free cut no nothing so they get no business from me and all the owners that i knew that went there.

I get my dogs CBD oil here because they have the best products! They do a lot of research on each product they sell to ensure our pets get the best products! Very friendly staff and they are very helpful!

Best dog (and cat) food store plus groomers ever! My dog turns and runs when he sees his groomer because he doesn't like getting baths but until he sees his groomer, this is probably his favorite place to shop.

Walked in--no one wearing a mask?! Walked out. Overpriced anyway.
