Been taking pets here for many years. The staff is always friendly. Right now I appreciate their covid rules which some may view as a bit extreme. This is just their way of ensuring everyone is not put at risk. I really get the feeling that they care about my pets welfare. Some people doctors could learn a few social skills from the staff here. If your looking for high quality pet care I do recommend them.

I couldnt imagine taking my pups anywhere else. I have NEVER had a bad experience with a single staff member here. They can give me any of the Veterinarians and I am totally pleased.

Great vet office with helpful staff and caring veterinarians

They took care of our 3 precious dogs, two beagle and a yellow labrador for over 13 years. They were friendly, kind and loved by our precious pets. We lost all three now and are starting to look for another friend/family member to share our lives with and this dog to will go to Animal Health Care Center. Thank all of you there for all your help and support.

Dr Hoffman is awesome. Great staff, and affordable prices.

I love this place so much, I drive 40 minutes. I tried a closer vet, and my dog was really sick and I was just not getting anywhere. I think its hard to find a good vet, so it says a lot that I love them.

I can’t speak highly enough of the Animal Healthcare Center of Hershey. We’ve taken multiple pets here over the years, and we have only ever had great experiences. Today was another of those times, as we had to put our cat down. Dr. Bilder was so compassionate, kind, and caring. The rest of the staff was as well. If you read different forums online, people will tell you it costs hundreds of dollars to put your pet down. But the animal healthcare center does NOT charge nearly what I was reading that other places charge. I think this demonstrates that they are truly in this business out of care for pets and their families. Thank you, Animal Healthcare Center, for being a great office.

I have been going here for nearly 7 years and can say the customer service and medical staff is not only great but place they're love of animals and care as the number one priority. Prices are reasonable , and in my opinion, one gets more than they pay for. I would recommend these LADIES without hesitation to anyone that wants a working relationship between themselves, their pet and their veterinarian...and all this comes from 60+ years experience with the worst to now the best Vets!

We have been using them for several years and have been happy with our dogs care. We had 1 German shepherds and 2 Shepherd/Husky mix. We had 2 cross the Rainbow Bridge and our Mixed Shepherd they are treating her for her diabetes. They told use to get her Insulin and Syringes at Walmart cause Walmart gives use the best prices on her meds, which save us a lot in the long run. Their prices are reasonable, compared to some others. This is SUNSHINE the one with Diabetes. She loves laying and playing and eating the Snow.

During this time of covid all went well. Basically curbside and phone call is used by the staff. Kinda think this process helps the team stay on track with their schedule.

This is the only place we take our fur babies ... the people are great and they truly take a interest in the problem and search for a right solution !
