Real, down to earth treatments

Very nice with the pets. They are still doing curbside covid protocols that I am not fond of.

They took my Duchess ???? and gave excellent AFFORDABLE care. (Not cheap) Also explained everything that I needed to know and made a plan for my baby girl's health. ❤️

They've taken excellent care of my age-12'ish needy-baby-kitty, and are nice to her sometimes-stressed daddy-owner. I've been happier the past two years than anywhere else the previous ten.

This veterinarian took extremely good care of my puppy! They are intelligent, professional & have an excellent bed side manner. They also understand that middle class people are squeezing the budget to have pets! They know it’s extra & they are reasonable & fair with fees & costs! I will only be taking my pets to one veterinarian! Derry Animal Hospital for my Blaze & Milo!

While the vet is good, they're expensive. Techs are always upselling, refused to give scripts to obtain cheaper meds elsewhere. Phone calls are not returned.

Rabies and distemper shot 147.50 for a 15 minute visit, thats 590.00 an hour, my cardiologist doesn't get that much.

Service is great, Reasonable prices and very thorough exams.

Fantastic experience. Took great care of my German shepherd with excellent customer service and more than an ample amount of time spent to explain. Got her in the same day I called and was definitely more than affordable for the visit and meds required. Blown away by the great customer service from start to finish. Will be returning with both of my dogs as Dr. Crescenzi really cares for your pets health!

Absolutely wonderful staff and service. They took great care of my cat and I will be bringing all my pets here from now on. Expect lots of follow up from them.

I have been a client at Derry Animal Hospital for several yrs. The staff are friendly and professional. Dr Crescenzi is absolutely wonderful. She is very compassionate and works w you and your pet to accomplish what is best for your pet. She recently put my beloved Snowball to sleep. She was compassionate and caring, as well as gentle to Snowball and to me. She and her staff are very supportive!!!! Today's visit was for my new fur baby Chloe who is 15 wks old. I know she will do great and be w me for a long time because of Dr Crescenzi and her staff. Thank you everyone at Derry Ani.al Hospital!! ❤

This particular Derry Street Animal Hospital is great and loving for your pets the staff love your pets like their own..Yes I would recommend them to people, they are wonderful for in caring and treating your pets

Parking lot drop off, but staff and doctor were excellent in communication. Can't wait to meet them in person!

Long story short, I have seen many vets for my pets as I've moved a few times in the past 4 years, and out of all of them these guys have been my favorite. I first started seeing this vet because I was previously using Colonial Park Animal Clinic to treat my Cindi kitties spot that she would lick until it was a raw wound. Needless to say, the other vets treatment options were not helping Cindi at all. With Dr. C, they used a different route of treatment that worked AND they found a heart murmur that no other vet had found. This is important when deciding what medication to prescribe, and believe it or not the previous vets had Cindi on a steroid that wasn't good for kitties with murmurs. When my Cindi kitty got very sick and it was outside of their office hours so we ended up at the ER. After the ER visit Cindi still didn't seem okay so I contacted Derry to see if they could suggest anything. They called the ER, talked to the doctor who saw Cindi, and prescribed an antinausea medicine for her even though they hadn't seen Cindi. I just had to go pick up the prescription. When was the last time your vet called the ER and prescribed some medicine without having to see your pet first? I was shocked and very grateful for them. They now see my Riley kitty. She is a kitten and needed all her shots and boosters. With these guys, when you come in for a booster shot they only charge for the shot. They don't charge an office visit just to give Riley her boosters. Everywhere else I've been, whenever I need a booster they charge the full $60 for the visit plus the shots. I personally feel these guys go out of their way to really help you and your pets. They want to limit costs where they can and help you keep your pet healthy. I'm moving again here in a couple months and I truly will miss having these guys around for my fur children.

Kitty has been to Derry Animal Hospital for her 1st & 2nd visit and both times were great. The people there do a great job at taking care of my Baby Kitty. I am very thankful I have a great place to go and Kitty is well taking care of when she is there. Thank You for all you do!

I cannot say enough great things about Derry Animal Hospital. Yesterday, my Yorkie underwent multiple surgical procedures at their facility. Their doctor and staff members made us feel safe and secure every step of the way. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I understood the procedures as well as aftercare instructions. I admire their commitment to adhering to strict protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic. They truly care about both pet and pet owner. Highly recommend! Do not let these one star reviews prevent you from seeking care here!! They are crystal clear on their business practices and patient care policies before allowing you to commit to an appointment. The poor reviews are the exact type of clients that they are trying to deter. Their time is valuable and those appointment times/doctors knowledge could be offered to other patients that are in need. Keep up the good work Derry Animal Hospital!

Very caring group for your furry loved ones.

I love everything about this clinic!! The staff is exceptional, very devoted and caring as well as the Dr. They all go above and beyond and my family and kitties are so grateful. FYI, thank you all for working during the virus period, you are all heroes!!!

The price is a little high but dr. Krasinski it's good with what she does
