Responded swiftly to a worrisome situation with helpful information and patience which was greatly appreciated. Consultations & treatments are expensive but staff is up-front about price increase so invoice shock was minimal. Facility is clean. Staff if friendly. I recommend them & will keep them as our pet's veterinarian.

The vet took care of our kitten and answered my questions and my 10 year old sons as well. They took time to get to know our pet and family.

The place was filthy. There was dried poop on the floor in the examination room. There was some type of slime on the scale. I kept moving my cat away from it. The doctor was 45 mintues late giving my cat his shots. And I had to go ask if they forgot me. They never came to tell me what was going on. I just kept waiting. The doctor was very nice when she got there. But I think I may look for a new place.

They meesed up my appointment. I showed up on time and they told me I was an hour earlier. Had to wait. People there look very indifferent and not friendly. Changed my vet for the future.

We recently had our pet there for some care. This was literally taking place as they were changing hands again. The doctor treated her well. Gave her medicine to take and took a stool sample to test for other things. He was great. But he was done working there that week. Due to Unforeseen circumstances when the doctor got back to us, we were not able to get back to him/them for a bit of time. Once we did, they didn’t seem to know who our pet was or what needed done. I called to original doctor, that no longer worked there, and told me to call them back again anyway. I called them back and they said a doctor will read the notes and get back to us. A couple days go by, I call again and they say, her medicine is here to pick up. Was anyone going to call us? For the second dose to be picked up two weeks later, I called and now they won’t give it to us because we scheduled at another vet for some future appointments. Just from the nature of my first few calls, I certainly have no confidence in them. So basically my pets treatment has been abandoned. They are extremely argumentative when calling and talking to them. So fortunately the other place will pick up treatment where they left off. I would think they would want to try to keep patients and not run them off to other practices. But that’s what we will do to get the best treatment for our pets.

I was taught if you have nothing good to say then don't say anything. So, not going to comment.

I kennel my dog Maggie here every time we go away on vacation or for a few days. They are very thorough with all pets having up to date shots and they take very good care of her. The kennels are very clean. They also have doggy day care, one-on-one play time and every kennel is spacious, has an outdoor run and a separator between so male dogs can't pee on female dogs. (Who knows why they do that) And if requested they will give your dog a bath before pick up so they don't smell like a kennel when they get home. Very happy.

We were long time customers and in general were happy with them though we always wondered why they switch doctors so frequently. The new doctor we had on our most recent visit was unprofessional and offensive. We will be finding a new vet. The good news is our dog is healthy and happy after recovering from her injury.

2nd Review: I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Jen. She was so incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with me. Our boy is now on prescription food. We received an initial supply from the Vet, and placed an order online through the company we used to get his food through via Repeat Delivery. But, they were taking too long to get the Rx approved, order filled, and shipped. Noah's Ark only had a limited supply of the Rx food in stock and there wasn't enough to get us through to delivery of the new food. Jen called around to other offices to get us enough food to hold us over. But in the end, got us set up with a Hills to Home account instead and the Rx food was delivered to our door THE VERY NEXT DAY! We are all set on Repeat Delivery via the Hills to Home program she set us up with and at a cheaper rate than our regular Repeat Delivery company. 10 Gold Stars for Jen! Thank you so much! 1st Review: Our boy (dog) was sick for a couple days with vomiting and diarrhea. I called our Vet's Office (Noah's Ark) and they squeezed us in to see Dr. Richard Silverberg. It was our first time seeing Dr. Silverberg. He was very thorough. Gave us all the options for what could possibly be wrong and all the tests and options available to us. His diagnosis ended up being correct and we were sent home with the meds and prescription food we needed just in time for the weekend. Our boy improved over the weekend. We are so thankful for Noah's Ark for squeezing us in and for an accurate and quick diagnosis and proper treatment.

The one vet is very unprofessional and argumentative. I heard some negative rumors towards the one vet that is there. We are seeking a second opinion for our dog because the vet just seems money driven rather than actually caring for the animals. They actually snuck $70 worth of supplements into my last med order with out telling us about them. When we got home we found them thrown into the med bag and the bill with out it ever being discussed. We are almost certain they gave us the wrong pills for our dog also. It is sad because we have been taking our dogs there for over 20 years.

Our family had an awesome experience with Richard, Tank and Maddy's vet, and staff! Both dogs were in for wellness visits, update of vaccines and some concerns about our senior boy, Tank, Monday. Everyone was super courteous and friendly. Richard, as he asked to be addressed, came out to our car to discuss our babies visits. Maddy passed with flying colors. Tank is a senior pup at 11 years and required a more thorough exam for his age. Richard kindly explained why senior dogs should receive the special attention, providing scenarios on early or late detection of serious life-threatening conditions that saved the animals life. Previous Vets never brought this to our attention prior. Tank also sustained a nail injury Easter as he likes to dig in dirt with his back paws after potty. He also had a growth on his left eye and a few tumors needing removed with surgery. The staff was able to get Tank in today. Our boy was well cared and the staff worked late to accommodate us. We truly appreciate everything you all have done for our Tank!!! See you for stitch removal on the 19th. Highly recommend Richard to care for your animals... You are fabulous!????

I've been going here for the better part of 15 years. They seem to have a hard time keeping their Vets very long but they have always taken good care of my babies.

We have been attending Noah's for years for our pets. It used to be a really good high quality center. Now, every time we go, we are always seeing a new vet and there is a complete disconnect between diagnoses and expectations. One time we were told our dog was completely fine, then a couple months later it was basically that our dog was on his death bed and in terrible shape. They are constantly trying to schedule us for tests, even ones that we have had recently with in the last couple months. It is extremely unfortunate that we have to choose between our pets and money, since we cannot seem to walk out without spending under $200. Then, with the expensive meds that we are given, it is difficult to have them refilled, we went over a week trying to get in touch with them for refills. I feel like the health of our pets are not a concern there anymore, I wish for consistent, caring, and honest vets.

The receptionist went through trying to spell my name 4 times and my other information 3 times till I got fed up and went somewhere else... I figured they can't be too reliable if this is the first experience they put you through.
