Great service for an elderly couple with a "firy feline."

Great place staff is awesome and Dr Regina Tan is amazing and is best vet I've ever used.

Really friendly atmosphere. My dogs love the staff and they usually don't like doctor visits. My German Shepherd has anxiety and they were able to calm him down and make friends. This is my new vet.

The staff and doctor are very nice. They were patient to answer all my questions and treated my cat professionally. I would recommend Dr. Petfixer to anyone.

Everyone is so friendly, loving and caring to our pets. We had a minor emergency and of course it was after hours. I was able to communicate to the doctor through email and she got back to me very quickly. She answered my questions and was able to squeeze me in the next day first thing to follow up and make sure everything was ok with our pet. Thank you for taking great care of our pets

This vet saved the life of my dog! I was using a vet in Royersford as that's where I live. My dog had mites, a horrible little parasite that lives and lays eggs under the skin, and was misdiagnosed with a food allergy by the incompetent Rofo vet. My dog and I suffered 9 weeks with this until my daughter brought her to her vet. Dr Petfixer knew right away she had mites and began treating her. Finally I had competent help!! My poor dog was losing her mind! Crashed right through a window in my house! I'm so happy with Dr Petfixer and will continue to use her for all my pets!!

Very nice staff and clean facilities

We honestly don't know how our experience here could have been any better. Jenna was fantastic right from the first call to get our cat in for an exam. She explained everything to us and provided great follow-up throughout the day. With the current social distancing and guidelines in place, she made our experience here very comfortable for us and our pet. Thank you for all you do! Our cat is part of our family and we thank you over and over for taking such great care of her!

I have been looking for a new veterinarian for my Pugs Luna, and Spike. I really wanted to find a vet who cares about my puppies and this vet is exactly what I was looking for. I requested an appointment for both of my dogs and I got one THE NEXT DAY!! Which is unheard of from the other local vets. The entire experience was awesome! I highly recommend them. Seriously, take your babies here.

My dog recognizes where we are and gets nervous but is quickly comforted when she gets inside. Dr Monteiro and Jenna are great with her. I love that it’s small and we get a lot of attention.

Jenna is a great Vet Tech. She is very caring and pleasant to work with. Dr. Monterio is a wonderful Vet. I use her for my rabbit health needs. She really cares about each animal and is always willing to answer all your questions. If you are looking for a Vet that is going to do the best for your pet and is very thorough she is it. The best part is she doesn't give unnecessary medications or testing.

Dr. Petfixer Vet has polite staff that are willing break down and explain individual costs for those who are thrifty. Dr. Montiero has been taking care of our fur babies for years and has seen us thru losing some of our babies as well as welcoming some of our new ones. You can tell she truly loves her job and is very passionate about the care of animals. She and her staff, especially Jenna, are always so wonderful and accomodating to our fur babies as well as us humans. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Enzo loves Dr M! Every time we have needed a vet, she has always been there to help us- like the time right before Christmas and a major snowstorm and he cut his leg in the woods... or when he broke a tooth, or now this year with allergy problems. Convenient to schedule, she lets you know what the treatment will cost, and more importantly, I don't have to drag all 100 lbs of Enzo to get him through her door!

Wonderful people that really know what they are doing. Very reasonably priced and are more focused on your pets health than some other big box vets.

Our puppy was accidentally stepped on by one of our other dogs. Dr. Petfixer was able to squeeze us in and check out Grizzly to make sure he was ok. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, no unnecessary tests were ordered, and I appreciated the care & time spent with us. We will definitely return to Dr. Petfixer!

I brought my dog in for a consultation for him to get neutered. Dr. Juanita Monteiro told us about a program that they participate in called friends of animals spay and neuter. She told us to bring in the receipt of our online purchases for this certificate, and they will honor it. Two weeks later we dropped off my dog to get neutered . I brought in my receipt and they said they would take a deposit down. I got charged $263.00. A additional $74.00 I played online for this program. We dropped him off at 9 in the morning, they said we will get a call at noon to give us a update in him. Will 1 o'clock it, we get a phone call saying he had yet to go into surgery because we don't have the certificate. That we shouldn't have baught the certificate online. They can't do the surgery without the certificate . We were told by the Dr herself to bring in the receipt and she will honor it. Goes on to tell me how I'm wrong, how she would never say that and that I have to pay for the examination fee they did on him before surgery. If I wanted him to get neutered today I would have to pay a addition $74.00, i didn't want him there a second longer. Instead of the $263.00 I got $247.00 refunded. I am out $74.00 for this certificate, the friends of animals won't refund me the $74.00. I payed the $52 dollars for the exam 2 werks earlier. His arm didn't even get shaved for the IV. He looks the same as he did when we dropped him off this morning. The secretary didn't tell us that we didn't have the correct paperwork. I played the full amount when it was supposed to be a deposit. This place is a scam. I would not recommend. A complete scam.

I guess when your last name is "Petfixer" you really don't have much of a career choice in life.

Dr Monteiro and Jenna are always very caring and gentle with our cats. We would recommend this veterinarian to anyone with pets who need quality care and attention.

We have been going to Dr. Petfixer, Dr. Monteiro for almost 6 years now. She is the best Vet we have found in years! She takes time with you and goes over everything even if it is just for a well visit. She is always on time which is very important to our busy schedules. When we did have an emergency she was getting ready to go home but she stayed so we could run our cat over to check her out. That was extremely kind hearted because I know she has a family waiting for her at home. Thank you Dr. Monteiro for being such a great Vet!
