BelaCoop Animal Hospital of North Park Gibsonia, Pennsylvania

I found a stray dog while driving for UPS. The only tag visible was one for BelaCoop Animal Hospital, they took the time to assist me in finding the dogs owner and helped me get the dog on my truck and back to its home. They care enough to help me and that dog as non-customers.

Brought my GF's dog for a sudden allergy issue. Got in the next day. Staff was super kind and accommodating. Beautiful facility.

The vets and staff are exceptional. They truly care for the pets for which they provide care. It can sometimes take a while to get routine appointments because they are that good and the word is getting around! But they are worth the wait.

The folks at BelaCoop are wonderful. They're very kind and courteous and really go out of the way to make you feel your pet is as important to them as it is to you.

I really like taking my pets here. I have 3 cats and the staff has been wonderful. I have zero complaints, and have had no issues in the 2 years we've used them. They look out for your fur baby's best interest and inform you of everything going on. They don't hesitate to answer questions and ease any worry you may have. Sometimes they are busy and it's hard to get a quick appointment, but that is only because everyone wants their care! Please consider Belacoup if you have recently added a pet to your home and are on the fence about a vet. I also think they are very reasonable $. I called around for some emergency office visits and they happened to be the best care for the least $. That may not be for everything but it is nice to know they don't overcharge.

This is a terrible veterinary office. The veterinarian and/or one of her technicians damaged my cockatiels foot sometime during a routine check-up and nail trim. The biggest regret is not filing a complaint the moment I knew something was wrong. I went here because of the close proximity to my home, good reviews, and because I was new to the area. At the time of my visit the office was very clean, well decorated, extremely cute, and the staff was friendly. However, please remember even though those things are important to us, knowledge and experience are more crucial in the care and treatment of your pet. As a fellow pet owner I urge you to do as much of a background check as possible and find a practice better qualified. If you have any questions do not call them, get everything in writing via e-mail. I'm not saying you will have the same horrible experience but ALL IT TAKES IS ONE MISTAKE.

Absolutely wonderful! After I had called what felt like a million clinics for my bunny, I finally found BelaCoop! They fit us in, and were compassionate, professional and completely upfront about any costs! I will forever take my pets to them!!

Took my cat in for an X-ray as he got into a fight and was holding up his back leg. They said he had a fever and likely an infection so they gave him a shot of antibiotics and said to see how the leg is in 3-5 days. It’s 5 days later and he’s still holding up the leg so I called back to make an appointment for the X-ray. They asked if I wanted an emergency appointment and I said no since I initially came in for an X-ray last week and was not going to pay the extra cash for an emergency appointment, then said I had declined the X-ray last time! Jill got an attitude and said they have no appointments until next month if I didn’t come in today for the emergency appointment. Obviously they just wanted the extra $100 for another emergency appointment no thanks

I went to BelaCoop because my cat wasn't feeling well. When the doctor called me and explained everything in way i could understand it.. i know she had a hard time to breaking the bad news. She was very professional. Her and the BelaCoop staff were all very kind and loving. They all helped me in the process of putting my Precious Angel down.. They Handled her with Respect.. My dog Roxy was at the end and these GREAT people were compassionate, understanding, and wonderful to be there for us at the end. I have had unpleasant experiences with other vets that made, me feel guilty for making the final decision. This hospital was just great and made a very hard decision tolerable. I am still feeling sorry. I really appreciate them. THANK YOU

Sarah grooms my dog at BelaCoop. She is reliable, polite, kind, sweet, and a fantastic groomer. I highly recommend her! BelaCoop is a very clean and cute place as well!

I first came to BelaCoop when I moved to Wexford and adopted "CookieDough," a German Short-haired Pointer from a very reputable animal shelter. Within 48 hours of adoption, CD became quite ill. (Please excuse me for not wanting to rehash the specifics.) Upon taking him to see veterinarian (and business owner) Katti Stoller, she diagnosed CD with "kennel cough." The compassion and vet care provided by Dr. Stoller and her outstanding staff were extraordinary. Although CD passed only five days hence, I am forever grateful for all at BelaCoop!

Excellent experience here, as always. We have been customers for 6 years and counting. The staff are all amazing.

Both vets are amazing but hats off to Dr. Levanduski. She goes above and beyond for our dog. My one dog has general high anxiety and she is beyond patient with her. She is very scared and Dr. L sits on the floor giving her treats until she warms up to her. She never makes us feel rushed and she truly listens and wants to help our dog. She always discusses all the options we have with her medications. She is beyond amazing and I couldn’t be happier to have found them a few years ago. I will recommend them to anyone. The entire staff is awesome! Thank you for all of the help and care you and the staff have provided to my dog!

The place was ok. The vet I had did not seem she was doing. The last time I went to belacoop they were much more knowledgeable when my dog got sick. This time they were clueless what my cat had.

We LOVE Belacoop! They are great with our two cats and have been phenomenal with our rescued dog. You can tell Dr Stoller is passionate about animals, it shows every single time we are there. Everyone who works here is kind, friendly, and very welcoming. We can’t recommend Belacoop enough! We’ve also started using the Belacoop Beauty Bar which is equally phenomenal! Our dog came back beautiful and was well cared for!

Cannot say enough of how much I love this place. We have a newly rescued pug who has been through the ringer the last 4-5 months, and we felt so at home here. A great little shop, super friendly staff, and just a very calming, easing feel when you walk in. Highly, highly recommend!

Best place to work! BelaCoop is a family like atmosphere that holds high values and morals. The veterinarians truly care about thier patients and clients and only want to give the best care. The staff is made up of extremely hard working technicians, receptionists and assistants that all hold the same values and morals. It is rare to find an animal hospital that is as compassionate and caring as BelaCoop.

I was very disappointed with BelaCoop this week. I spent 700.00 in my dog surgery , and the week later I was there to remove the stitches and for 2 vacines. …

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience here. When we had to euthanize our cat, who meant the world to us, they gave us a comfortable room, they came into the room for payment so we wouldn't have to stand in the lobby, and the room had a separate exit door, so we could go outside without passing through the lobby. Everyone from the vet to the technicians were amazing.

I have been bringing my cat here for years and I have never had a complaint! They are all amazing and really care about my kitty!

My dog is very shy around people and gets anxious going to the vet. Every single person we have encountered at BelaCoop has been amazing with my dog. They are so welcoming, and never seem to mind my dog mom craziness. I can't say enough about how great my and my dog's experiences have been at BelaCoop.
