I have been coming here for years with my dogs but it has become ridiculous to get in any more. 2+ hr wait times for walk-ins and I'm supposed to wait in my car with a nervous dog all that time. Forget about trying to make an appt. Booked out for months. Was told by the staff " that's because we're the only vet taking new patients " No true because I found a new vet. Sad because I really liked it here but I won't be back.

I brought my dog in for walk ins on a Monday. The receptionists and doctors were amazing. I've been going there for some time now and my parents went before. The doctors assistant at my last visits name was Lindsey. She was unprofessional and rude the whole time. She rolled her eyes at me, talked down to me and made me feel very stupid. I had an accident so things so need explained to me slower, and I tried to explain that to her, but she was still continuously rude. Later that day I picked up medicine for my pet, and she was working at the front desk this time, and was rude. I will not be returning to this vets office, strictly for this reason. I love the vets, and never had a problem with the office before but this was not easy for me. Some people should not work with animals if they do not have patients. I know losing one person over this matter might not mean much but as a long time client I hope this issue is resolved

I can not express my gratitude for how these angels helped me through a very difficult time and how compassunate these staff members are. Dr.Bowellen ( I hope that's the correct spelling ) was WONDERFUL!!! When and if the time comes again for me to give my heart to another fur baby, I will defiantly give them my business. Thank you from the bottom of my heat for your kindness and compassion for myself and my baby girl. I know your love for animals really shined yesterday morning and again last evening. I appreciated the speedy process in bringing me my Max home once again.

Dr. Bollens and her staff were incredible. I was a first time visitor who called once our elderly cat came time to pass on. It was very sudden and slow for her. She was seizing on the ground, setting herself, crying in pain, and couldn’t move. I spent a half hour calling vets and euthanasia services all for them to tell me “we’re not an emergency service. You can make an appointment though.” As if I had two weeks to wait. One of the vet offices told me about North Boros so I gave them a call. I explained the situation and Kelsey was able to get me in right away. I immediately grabbed my cat and jumped in the car. They took us in right away and we’re able to end our cats suffering. It was breaking my heart to see her in so much pain all while every vet I called said they don’t do emergency euthanasia. Thankfully North Boros does or else our cat would’ve just suffered until she passed at some point. The folks at North Boros are so compassionate too. They stuck by us every second of the way for the euthanasia and even did a clay Leung of our cats paw with her name for us to bake in the oven at home. Then to our surprise, we got a card in the mail the other day that was a condolences card signed by everyone in the office! It even included a separate card with an ink paw print of our cats paw. It was so sweet my wife cried. I’ve been to other vets in the area and I can say that none of them show home much they care as much as North Boros. They’re fantastic. Highly recommend. Wonderful people, great service, and very caring hearts.

I am beyond impressed with the crew at this office. They run a well-oiled machine. We just moved here from Texas and have four crazy dogs who needed vaccines and the rest. They have walk-in hours Monday-Friday which is amazing if you need to get in quickly. I highly recommend this veterinary office and we will definitely be entrusting the care of our crew to them now that we live here!

I got there 20 min early before their offical closing time on a Saturday 8/14/21 to pick up my dogs prescription and the girl refused to give me our script. I was literally begging and even offered to give $20 and just keep the change. But nope. Were new to the vet and next script we needed we called them on a friday. And they had no record of our previous visits to call in his script. We had to call our old vet to fax them over records of his meds. So that they could call it in. They promised to call it in before closing after we faxed over the info. Of course it was never done and we had to go that weekend without his meds. Not happy so far with what Im seeing. I grew up working at businesses who dont close until the posted times. And not a minute before. Now I understand why we were never allowed to close early...

I tried to fill my dog's heart worm medication through an online pharmacy, which required clearance from these guys. They rejected the online order citing my dog had to be see again by them before receiving approval. When I visited their online pharmacy on their website to order the same product, I of course had no problems. Didn't even require me to bring my dog in. They're clearly more interested in making money than getting pets the care they need as soon as possible.

Had my first experience with North Boros Veterinary Hospital today, during their morning walk-in hours. The staff was caring, friendly, and professional. I’m grateful that my baby was seen and cared for so well.

My cat wasn't acting herself. I havent had her Long enough and hadn't experienced any issues with her and didn't have established care at a vet. I called 6 different vets in my area and none were accepting new patients. None could see her. Finally found here I called and lucky for me they had walk in hours and were accepting new patients. I drove 40 minutes for her to be seen. The entire office staff was friendly and compassionate. She was seen quickly. They were reasonably priced and she is back to herself.

Brought my dog in for a walk in appointment today. He's a large intimidating dog but the staff handled him well. The veterinarian gave me multiple options for medication and the appointment was quick but thorough. Will likely make this my full time animal hospital in the future.

Should update your website. Walk-ins were to be until 12:30 per your website. Was told by staff that walk-in hours had been changed and ended at noon upon our 12:05 arrival. Guess it was lunch time. The waiting room was empty and they were just standing around. Also, outdated visit protocols listed on site, not updated to current CDC recommendations.

We love the doctors and the staff there. They took such great care of Caesar from the very first seizure to his last breath. They were willing to take the medications that he did not use. I

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences at North Boros! Dr. Blauvelt has helped our cat with epilepsy so much and is always willing to take questions from this nervous cat mama! We’ve taken both of our cats here since they were kittens and we can’t recommend them enough!

We loved going there. They took care of our babies for 6 years before we moved to Florida. We do miss going to them.

Love this place! I've been taking my senior kitties here for 7 years for care & grooming. One of them has high anxiety, & the techs are so great with her. The staff is friendly & they know my girls- I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Dr. Blauvelt and the staff at North Boros were very kind to see a sick feral as a new walk-in patient. They were extremely caring and honest. Unfortunately, the cat had to be euthanized but the staff were so warm and compassionate as they helped the animal cross the rainbow bridge. Very grateful for Dr. Blauvelt and the staff at North Boros today.

They are a little spendy but well worth it! Their walk in hours are great and all of the staff I have met are very friendly. I would definitely recommend North Boros

De. Boretsky is so kind and even when I know she is so busy and likely annoyed by my emails/calls, she is always pleasant and I appreciate that more than anything. Getting cats to the vet is stressful so it’s nice to have her calm demeanor in the office.

We had to have our dog put down on 3/2, they got us right in so it was very convenient for us. They were very understanding and sympathetic with our situation. All the staff was very helpful and nice with this process, gave us all the time we needed they where very understanding with everything. We will pick up her ashes next week, we will give another review on the rest of this process. But very happy with the 1st part of this process..we picked up our dogs ashes and everything was perfect, we bought a urn and they put the ashes in, everyone there was very, very nice. Unfortunately our cat passed a few months later and we used them again and everything was very good again. Two experiences and both perfect, so they always care and give great service.

I adopted a dog and took her here for a wellness exam. It was during the pandemic so I was not permitted to accompany her during the exam. Dr. Bollens called me before examining her and disregarded half of my questions. She was in the facility less than 10 minutes and I was never given any results on the exam. They brought my dog back with a $300 bill with no other results or directions. I later called back to get my other questions answered and they seemed bothered by this. Complete lack of transparency. I question if they even examined her.

We've been taking our Flat-Coated Retriever to them for years and have always experienced top quality care. Our dog LIKES to go there! We also had them care for our lop rabbit, Murphy, until he finally went on to the Big Meadow in the Sky. Their rabbit specialist was wonderful! They have been very careful in how they have been handling things during this Covid 19 pandemic, and we have appreciated that too. We'd highly recommend them, and we have.

I just moved here and was nervous about finding a place to take my 10-year-old pup for her shots. North Boros was referred to by my girlfriend's coworker. This place is amazing. They were all fantastic and had us in and out in no time. I loved that they have walk-in hours and it made the whole experience super smooth. I've never been so pleased with a trip to the vet. It was fast, the staff was amazing, and the bill was reasonable. It felt like they actually cared about my pup and they weren't trying to nickel-and-dime me. I will absolutely continue to go here for our future needs.

I will never be going back here. Firstly, outside of the women at the front desk, nobody is wearing masks until they come into the exam room. Not even pretending to care. But more importantly, i have a rescue puppy with really bad anxiety. I told them this yet the vet dragged her across the room by her collar and showed no care while examining her. It will be days till she calms back down. I think the recent review said it well, they do not care about your pet. Go elsewhere

I don't normally write reviews about places like this, but the staff here are deserving of praise. They were extremely helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable throughout my visits with multiple animals. Pretty flexible and easy to schedule appointments, also significantly more affordable than other vets in the area. I intend to come back here whenever I need to compared to anywhere else. Thank you.

I had such a great experience here I am writing a review on yelp and google! We came in for a walk-in appointment on a Monday morning and even though they were short-staffed and busy, everyone in the office was very friendly and the doctor saw us in a timely manner. He was able to listen to us, tell us what he thought the problem was, and write us a prescription in a matter of minutes. He was also very conscious of the costs and let us know how much everything was going to be, asked us if we had any questions, and our dog has been feeling so much better since his appointment :)

The staff was wonderful in every aspect of the social distancing appointments. Dr. Blauvelt called me in the car as soon as he had our dog and was so genuine and sincere. We recently just switched to North Boros and have only been here a few times since, but right away we noticed how much happier we were bringing our dogs here. The staff is so attentive and show so much care for your pet. Thank you again for being essential employees to keep all of our pets safe and healthy too!
