My grandparents had to euthanize their beloved 15 year old lab Chessie today. As a vet tech myself, I wanted to be there with them as they've never been through the passing of a pet before. The veterinarian and vet tech were kind enough to come to my grandparent's home to help Chessie cross the rainbow bridge. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. The compassion, care, and love they showed for not only chessie but my grandparents and myself was beautiful. I am incredibly grateful to them for making the passing of Chessie so peaceful and to do it with such compassion was absolutely beautiful. Thank you so very much. I am sorry I do not remember the name of the lovely technician and doctor who helped us tonight. I will never forget the compassion Chessie and my grandparents received tonight from these beautiful people. I'm so incredibly grateful.

I took my cat to have her shaved e, they didn't do it and didn't even cut out her mats so I left a bad review now I want to change it. They called and said that they would give her a Lion cut and not charge me a 2nd time, so I took her yesterday and they did a great job thank you

Since new management this place has been nothing but unhelpful! After being there for 5 years their customer service is terrible. And the new people just don't care about animals like the old crew did.

Outstanding compassion and genuine care on the very difficult decision to place our 12yr old Lab Ripken out of his pain. Then a follow up sympathy card signed by the whole team and his footprint. Very class act.

After being diagnosed with lung cancer, my piebald dachshund, Pixie Grace, lived for 14 additional months. In the heat of the traumatic event when it was time to show Pixie to rainbow bridge, Cathy/Kathy and the vet not only made room for us immediately in their busy schedules, but made us feel heard, seen and understood. I am forever grateful for their compassion and for loving Pixie instantly, as if she were their family. Thank you for caring for us.

I came to Broadway because one of my dogs was too scared to do his appointment at Lake Road alone. That hospital showed 0 compassion for scared animals in an environment they don't want to be in. Broadway allowed me inside not only with my pup that really needed me there but also with my other pups that would have made it without me. Additionally I have a pregnant momma pup and they have helped me a great deal with scheduling appointments for her and her babies on little notice. They have a great, knowledgeable and compassionate staff. They go out of their way to help make your pets comfortable. The only con I have is that whenever your appointment is, plan on getting in a bit later than that and plan on being there a bit. I feel like the other hospital I used was priced just as high, so the fact of the matter is pet care can be expensive. I'm not counting this against them when they provide excellent service in exchange.

I would not recommend anyone to bring their animal to Broadway Animal Hospital. I’ve brought my cat and dog here for years without issues, but once they switched to VCA, they’ve gone downhill fast. The company is money hungry, they’re not compassionate about the animals, and ultimately the negligence led to the death of my dog. Dr. Chow did not do a thorough check of my dog, we told him and the vet tech multiple times that he could not urinate that day, but he said that he would be fine for the weekend and it would be an emergency on Monday. The vet tech told us that he could not get certain shots due to having a tick on him a month prior, Dr. Chow gave him the shots anyways. He missed a bad heart murmur that the emergency vet found the next day when we had to bring him in for his bladder because we were afraid it was going to explode. Ultimately after getting better care somewhere else, we had to come to the conclusion to put our dog down. When we called Broadway Animal Hospital to discuss the horrific weekend and ask them to review the appointment, Dr. Duggan called and told me that Dr. Chow did nothing wrong and we were at fault for our dog being sick. I’m disgusted with the care we received from Broadway, please do your animals a favor and take them to a vet that will advocate for them.

Pro con list. I love the veterinarians here. They are decent to get you in. The customer service is great. However, the pricing is incredibly high. 4 outta 5 stars based off that.

Thank you for getting bullseye in so quickly. He needed to be seen today and you guys said just bring him. The doctor explained his aftercare and treatment perfectly. Ellen the LVT was fantastic in keeping me updated. Great work.

Honestly love the staff but they are way over priced and I brought both my dogs there for over a year for ear problem they never could treat them correctly went to a new vet within a month my dogs ears were clear. They charged me twice for a fecal sample for my dog send me a bill which a paid and never gave me the perception for heartworm preventative for my dog.

I had to take my dog for an unexpected allergy shot and with the current situation I was afraid he wouldn't be able to get one. I called and was given an appointment for the following day. On arrival the Tech came and got him, gave him his shot ,& returned him, all with a smile. Now he's nice and comfy thanks to Broadway Animal Hospital!

I understand the covid safety guidelines but making my dog sit in a hot car waiting to get in, I don't. All the warnings about leaving your dog in a car during hot temperatures. Staff pleasant as always.
