I went only there to had ferrats I just love them so much I never pay high price for one and want one again been years sensed I raised one I went to really had albino ferrat with red eyes I bought one there over 15 yrs ago so I wanted another one

They don’t take of their animals good at all. The cages are so small. The wheels are tiny. They keep Syrians hamsters together ( they are solitary and will fight.) Absolutely no bedding in the cages, barely an inch.. I can’t tell if it’s pine or aspen but I wouldn’t doubt that it’s pine. There’s no toys in the cage either ????????♀️ All the birds just looks soooooo sad. All around horrible there honestly.

Either there is something wrong with the feeder mice up there or they sold me a parasite infested Savannah monitor because he literally just died and only started going downhill once he was given one of their mice... And they don't have the mice for the public to see them and how they are being cared for... They are in a staff-only room and the mouse my mother bought to try and feed to my snake (I won't feed live so kept it as a pet.) Died the very next day... Yeah, there was something wrong with the mice... Will never be going there again.

Great selection of reptiles and fish, and they also have live feeder mice. Staff was helpful and showed concern for their animals unlike a chain pet store.

There is an excellent choice of products available with decent prices. The variety of animals, fish and birds, etc. is adequate for most peoples needs. The service was great in regard to being present when needed and answering questions. Glad I stopped in.

Very nice place I highly suggest it prices are a little on the high side but it seems like the quality is very good abundant of inventory I love their fish room the people were very friendly the place was very clean so I highly recommend it.
