Terrible experience…they will shew you off of the phone and treat you like a number. I called to see what options they had for flea medications, mind you I took my pup here for her puppy shots, so I assumed I’d be treated with some sort of respect, that was not the case. I was cut off several times while speaking, belittled for not having my dog in on time for shots and they cared more about proving a point then giving my dog the care she needs. Don’t wasn’t your money.

Saved my dogs life when 2 other vets told me to put her down. Dr. Cummings is a compassionate brilliant man.

Vets are competent and caring. We have had consistent issues, across 4 pets, with the front desk /admin staff. Disorganized and confused. Slow. We switched to a different vet as Cummings is expensive, so we expect not just quality veterinarian care, but competent staffing.

My dog loves this place. I like how check out and check in are on different sides so you dont have to worry about pets getting to close as you come and go. Vets are always smiling and pleasant to work with.

The most courteous and respectful people I've ever met. They care about every individual animal that comes into their place if they were their own. My cat Harley Quinn loves going there. Love your animals this is where you would want to take them.

The entire team at Cummings is amazing. We were at a previous vet and very unhappy with the care, customer service, cost, etc. But EVERY experience at Cummings has been so refreshingly positive… from keeping on schedule, to the vets and techs who really CARE and the friendliest, most helpful front desk staff. You all are the BEST! Thank you for everything you do for us and our fur baby!!

The staff is so friendly , I never felt rushed . They took their time with each cat exam and answered several questions. When we got home they did not run and hide all day , they were very calm and acted normal .

With chihuahuas, their size and personalities require equally proportionate care. The doctors at Cummings are chihuahua whisperers that my boys adore. They care. They are attentive. The moment you enter you feel like a warm fur family.

Always have had excellent experiences with Hunter, Maggie and now Molly is coming in on Thursday, July 8. Your receptionist and helper Laura was efficient, helpful and patient and I thank her. In my opinion Cummings Veterinary Hospital is one of ,if not ,the best Veterinary Clinic's in the Lehigh valley. They are always on top of what is best for your pet their care for your your pet is outstanding.

Such a great experience with Dr Cummings, you can tell he is compassionate toward your pet and shows that he truly cares for our dog, who is an elderly Great Dane. He takes the time to explain exactly what is going on and the expected prognosis. You can tell he wants the best for him. Would definitely recommend this practice and Dr Cummings to anyone looking for a kind, caring, thorough and patient vet for your pet!

Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to see our pup who had a wound on her head. From the doctor to each staff member everyone made us feel like we made the right decision to visit Cummings. And not that we would put a limit on our pups health care the treatment was affordable and we're grateful we found this top notch hospital. Our pup is mending well and in good hands. I absolutely love this vet and all their staff! The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I also find them extremely reasonably priced. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new vet!

Mylo is my first dog and I happened to google vets near me and Cummings Veterinary Hospital came up and I decided to take Mylo there. I’m so happy I did! Mylo had become extremely sick at one point and when I tell you I called back to back to back and not once did I feel I was a bother, they knew I was scared and were good to him. I am so happy with them!!

They take great care of your pets. A bit expensive but I know they take care of my pet

Dr. Cummings and his entire staff are amazing. My dog had a terrible accident and needed emergency surgery and they took her right in. She is on the road to recovery thank goodness. Thank again!
