I have 3 dogs and they actually like going here. Our groomer does an amazing job and you can tell how comfortable our dogs are there. Even our grumpy shitzu. The other day she gave us a heads up on a gland to get checked out. We went right to the vet and we got medicine to get Freddy's inflammation and pain under control....such a caring groomer.

Been there 3 times so far... and I finally found my groomer for Zelda. Not only is the owner professional and polite.. But you get impeccable service with a neighborly vibe. You can tell she loves what she does and is a master of her craft. Zelda feels extremely comfortaable whenever I dropped her off. Her grooming/cleaning of Zelda is always exquisite and beautiful. 5/5 Would recommend! Wish I found Posh Puppies sooner!

The owner is very friendly and always has my dog done on time. I've been going here for years and know that my mooch is being treated well and getting the grooming care she needs. Would recommend.

I took my two Bernese Mountain Dogs for grooming here once and had a negative experience with the end result of the grooming, a damaged, bleeding paw, and abusive language from the groomer herself. I posted my review with pictures of the cut paw and it appears to have been removed. This was the only negative review I've ever posted, so it does concern me that it isn't available for folks to see.

Loved bringing my dog here for grooming IF I could ever get her to return a phone call. I have left several messages and after not hearing back, I assumed she went out of business. Now I have to take my dog elsewhere. Great work on grooming, just not too efficient in customer service.

Zoe and Madison our 2 shih tzu's love going here. They are always so happy to be greeted and never are stressed when we pick them up. We are very happy we found Posh Puppies. Thank you from both George and I for taking such good care of our girls.

Horrible customer service. Waited a month to get an appointment and I just could not wait any longer ans took my dog somewhere else when I called them to cancel they would not answer (which is not unusual for them) so I left a message. Do you believe they had the nerve to call me to tell me that they will no longer be grooming my dog because I cancelled. And then accused me of canceling several times which I had not. Unbelievable how people change and treat there customers after they get a little busy. Many other places available with the same exact service. Too bad you do not know how to value your customers. Lesson... learn how to accommodate your customers just like they accommodate you when you need to go on vacation or are busy.
