The actual doctors are great, but the front desk is a collective of room temperature IQ high school drop outs. Absolutely wretched customer service.

Update - my dog ended up passing away due to this negligence & adverse reaction. Heartbroken. Stay FAR AWAY. Confused my 2 dogs chronic conditions and prescribed a medication to one, based on the others condition. This error caused a severe adverse reaction. Business office and front desk are incompetent with teenage attitudes, business “manager” must be someone’s relative, only way I can see her in a “management” job. There are two amazing doctors there we've seen (and this is no way in reference to them - Celano & Frankel) but there is one in particular that sees them randomly who has made some very serious mistakes - 1st was a year ago - sent my dog “B” in error to ER in "renal failure"; we thought we'd be saying goodbye that night (she’s still with us, misdiagnosis), then recently gave my other “A” an injected med vs oral “because of her GI issues” - she has no GI issues, that’s my other dog “B”. This med caused severe adverse reactions. Appears some of the good reviews here were intended for Doylestown Vetrinary Hospital, and not Doylestown animal medical center.

The staff is superb with our German Shepherd, Victor. They ensure that there is no stress when performing their wellness activities so that Victor is calm throughout his checkup.

The people are great to work with, but I only worked there for 1 week and only ever recieved criticism and no opportunity to grow nor any guidance on how to do so. I was told I'm "not a go getter" after coming into work two days after getting my wisdom teeth removed and not being allowed off work despite being in pain and my cheeks being swollen. I'm not exactly sure how I could've possibly done more considering I was taking on my own appointments within one week of working there and following around my coworkers just as I was told to, but I found the overall workplace very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

We had been taking our dogs to the same vet out in Utah for over 3 yrs since they were just pups. We have moved back to PA and needed a new vet where they could feel comfortable, with it being a new place and new faces. Dr. Brunetti and team did an amazing job with my dogs and made some really helpful suggestions on how to help my dogs with their anxiety problems. We will be taking them back for sure.

Would Not recommend - the staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not allow you inside for general visits (and not because of COVID precautions). My dog always leaves stressed. When we got her spayed, they charged us for pulling her teeth while she was under but didn’t notify us prior to that procedure or call us during the consult that they’d pull her teeth. I regret taking my pup here.

Had my 11 1/2 year old female OES in for a dental scaling under anesthesia. All went very well and DAMC doctors and personnel treated her professionally and with a caring attitude. I'm having another dog have the same procedure in June (7 1/2 year old male OES). I highly recommend DAMC for any veterinary care.

The most caring doctors and staff to be found anywhere! They really care about their patients, and offer options for extended care if something is needed beyond what they do.

They were able to get me in same day for my kitten, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and informative.

Outside dining was extremely safe and warm. The food is always good here, drinks really good. The service staff was extremely attentive and they were getting a lot of exercise!

1st time here, All staff are caring and helpful, things are explained prior to doing. Plus they are very organised with Covid options to come in or wait in car.

We have been coming to them for over 20 years with our family pets and they have been amazing. They have always gone the extra mile. They have taken care of our pets from kittens and puppies to the ends of their lives. Under their care we have had cats live to 20 and dogs to 16 & 17. They have cutting edge technology and references as well as wholistic approaches like Accupuncture and all of it is with compassion and obvious love for and value of their patients.

Add caring to the list. We have been going here with all three of our Golden retrievers since we moved here 22 years ago. They have taken such good of all of them. They also have taken care of us when we had to let go of Murphy and Honey. Such compassion.

The most wonderful and caring veterinary clinic. Dr. Spencer Shelly has taken care of all of my dogs; his kindness and patience is inspiring. One of our dogs had extreme fear and anxiety and he always treated her with such compassion. My dogs absolutely love him. The practice is clean, front reception staff are welcoming and friendly, and vet nurses are fantastic. One of my pups was spayed last week and I was called immediately after her procedure and given an update, then the next day a staff member called to check on her. You won’t be disappointed here!

We have been taking out pets to DAMC for.decades. Drs. Mantell and Sporer have always set the right tone and attract highly qualified members to their group both in trems of veterinarians and staff. I highly recommend them.

The staff at DAMC provides fantastic care to my two furry friends. Their concern and compassion to all animals is their first priority. Having a reactive/nervous pup can be stressful but the staff here is SO accommodating and puts us at ease anytime we need to come in for an appointment. Dr. Drew has been so helpful, friendly, patient whether it was coming in for a quick check-up or medical issues. Long time customer here. VMDs here take good care of our Olde English Sheepdogs. Good vet techs for blood draws, lab tests. We are confident in the care our dogs receive at DAMC

I like this family practice and enjoy working with every vet. I had a couple of appointments with Dr Lauren Celano and really loved how she takes her time with stressed pets. Everyone in the practice is very caring.
