Great place for your pets very attentive and actually figured out what was wrong with my elderly dogs giving us more time to love them and have them here with us.

Horrible they charged me for a appointment i didn't accept. I said no thanks after finding out the cost then received a charge tried getting it back NEVER GOT IT BACK...HORRIBLE

Ive had good experiences, very caring and sympathetic to the lose of your pet. They work with you when possible on payments and offer the best care. After yrs of bringing my pets there I am leaving I have been waiting for a month for lab results.

All of the important things were taken care of like friendly and helpful employees. You all do important work and are very good at what you do. Thank you for being there and keep up the excellent work

Dr. Podduturi and his staff are wonderful. I had an emergency with my dog Puppers and called several Pet Clinics and the only place that took her right away was The Pet Center. She had Pyometra and needed emergency surgery. Dr Podduturi and his team did a wonderful job with her Surgery and Puppers is doing great. I almost lost my furbaby and The Pet Center saved her life. Dr. Podduturi explains every detail and is so patient, caring, and understanding. The staff took great care of Puppers and even helped me carry her out. Im so greatful to The Pet Center and glad I found a great place to take Puppers in the Future for her veterinary care

I Love this vet. My dog has never been to a vet before but I noticed a mass growing that seemed to keep getting bigger and bigger. I was worried with no history that it may be an issue to be seen but This location took her right in and was able to set a surgery date to have it removed. They kept me informed of everything being done & I felt comfortable having the procedure done knowing that she was in good hands. She is now home recovering . I want to thank everyone at this location for helping keep her up and running and just in time for the holidays !! I truly appreciate it!!

The Vet and staff are welcoming and friendly... routine check up and vaccines... we were out in less than 30 mins... very reasonably priced as well... highly recommend

Awsome Love them all nice right to business open on Saturday my dog is a Diabetic n had Liver failure .They saved my dog had everything von site $was reasonable. I will be bringing my pet back.Thank u Dr.Podduturie???????? 2 ladies at front desk very nice n helpful.n Staff 10 stars Best for ur pets.

I took my dog for a check up, shots and for flea treatment. I asked for the doctor to approve a prescription for me to get additional flea treatments from pet meds. Staff was kind and friendly and very accommodating at the visit. After I ordered the flea treatments I contacted the office to notify the that pet meds would only accept authorization directly from the office or if mailed the prescription. I asked if they could approve the request and did they need me to return the prescription. I was told no and that they would ensure it was done. Eleven days later and it was still not approved. After repeated calls and emails I was told I had to wait for doctor to sign or I could order from their referral place of Vet Tech, which they said was cheaper and quicker. I tried Vet tech and the prescription was 17.00 more expensive. I called them back, and the receptionist was clearly exasperated by my 3rd call of the day and . rudely told me she would put me on the doctor's call back list. Several minutes later I was emailed the authorization for pet meds. I asked why they sent it to me and was told they will not deal directly with pet meds . All the confusion could have been avoided had they told me on 10/5/21 they would only approve if I ordered from their referral. Pet meds are quite expensive and we all want the best for our fur babies, but affordable prices are the key.

My new vet for all of my animals couldn’t get in to our old vet cuz they was so backed up due to covid had an issue needed a vet they got me in same day they was amazing I have 4 fur babies and this is their new dr office

These people here are wonderful ❤! Even though it wasn't anything major wrong with my dog they understand the fear some pet parents have. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Thank you!

My pet needed emergency care. Pet health center got us in asap! We had never been there before. The Veterinarian and staff were great! My baby is all better. Price was right too. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful and attentive to my pets needs.

Amazing Dr and group of individuals. They took my cat right in and new what her problem was right away. They gave her meds, nail trim, flea medicine and she is on her way to a better version of herself. Not as expensive as a regular vet but not super cheap either. They took my pregnant cat and gave her the best care ever. I highly recommend Pet Heath Center. They even called me over the weekend to check on her and me.

Very clean, my dog is not good with other dogs on leash so they let us wait in an exam room. Took out my dog's staples (from surgery at another vet) and checked her over. Very professional and responsive. We have found our new vet.

Fast and very friendly rose was as happy leaving as she was going lol but then again what puppy or baby likes going to the doc lol

Kinda strange I never brought my cat in for care. I don't know why there was a review from me to begin with. And, actually had to make an appointment with them today that's where I saw that there was a one star from me (complete surprise)I never post bad reviews and,I didn't want to misguide anyone looking for a veterinarian. Dr P is good veterinarian he is understanding and compassionate. I know this because, I'm a former employee I apologize if anyone was deterred and, be assured that, Dr is great and provides excellent care for all his clients.

Pet Health Center gave me an appointment with a one day notice. The doctor and nurse were very helpful, detailed and kind. Very reasonably priced.

Great staff. All is explained in great detail along with fees upfront. I find the fees competitive and in line. My only recommendation is cleanliness. I would recommend a professional cleaning service.

Staff and Dr. are very compassionate and professional. They took the time to explain everything . And at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision . I highly recommend Pet Health Center .

we brought a friendly community kitten into our home and found she had a chronic ear infection. after taking her to the vet 5 times in 6 months, we were told she would need surgery. we took her for a consultation at the pet health center and they were immediately able to identify the problem and correct it with just a simple culture test. the doctor was friendly, personable, and super knowledgeable. well worth the drive from point breeze to fishtown, this will be our preferred full-service vet for our 3 pets from now on! thank you for your expert care!

Great experience and results. First time visited because my vet had passed away, so I was little worried but my cat had a leg injury. Now, I'll be a regular customer.

High way robbery $533.00 2 get a cat spayed eliminating flea dips is insane. $123.00 spca does everything including flea dip. At the 1week check up they didn't even remove plastic around cat's neck. The Dr. Took 3 days to call back after calling everyday complaining. Cat ain't the same something wrong and he says they will be a charge to bring your cat back in. I'm in my seventy . So if my cat dies due to complications at this vet from this procedure then what. The Dr.is MONEY HUNGRY. SPCA PLEASE CALL 1ST . DON'T GO HERE.

I don’t care for the customer service. The staff and the doctor and constantly telling me two different things regarding my kitten. They are not on the same accord which leaves me feeling very confused. This is my second time visiting to get services done for my kitten. Everytime I ask for a service and look at my bill there are 5 additional charges that I never asked for. Before they take my kitten I asked twice “I’m only getting these two services correct?” They say yes and then when I get the bill there are 5 other services that I have to pay for. Seems greedy $$$ and poor communication. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. And the lady at the front desk is acting frustrated and unresponsive when I ask questions about my bill. She seems confused also. THE PET HEALTH CENTER RESPONDED TO MY REVIEW AND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING IS NOT TRUE. THEY ARE NOT TRANSPARENT AT ALL. I NEVER ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL KITTEN EXAMS, DE WORMING SERVICES AND ALL THAT EXTRA STUFF. I SIMPLY CAME IN FOR SHOTS BOTH VISITS. AT THE END OF BOTH OF MY APPOINTMENTS YOUR CENTER PLACED MULTIPLE ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON MY BILL THAT I DID NOT OKAY! YOUR CENTER IS GREEDY AND THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE NOT ON THE SAME ACCORD. THEY WERE TELLING ME COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS FROM THE DOCTOR AND THEY GOT FRUSTRATED WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS. AGAIN TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHE EVEN TOOK A PHONE CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION AND DID NOT PLACE THEM ON HOLD BUT INSTEAD PROCEEDED TO IGNORE ME. THEREFORE I LEFT AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO CONTINUOUSLY BE ROBBED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. EVEN YOUR RESPONSE IS TERRIBLE. TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND LEARN TO VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS AND RESOLVE THEIR ISSUES. INSTEAD YOU ARE DEFENSIVE BECAUSE YOU PRACTICE TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Very helpful and sympathetic for my situation.

This office has been absolutely wonderful, kind, caring, and above all very compassionate towards my dog and I. During the middle of the pandemic my dog became ill I was panicking about where I could take her to get treated. I called here and they were able to see her that same week while the other places I had called and left messages didn't get back to me till two weeks later. The receptionists were friendly, the nurses were helpful and listened to my concerns, and Dr.Podduturi was absolutely wonderful. He was patient and explained everything from what he was going to do, the purpose of each test he would perform, what treatment options there were, and I never felt I was pressured into making any decisions. I recently had to say goodbye to my little baby and the amount of compassion he showed towards my dog and I in her final hour is something I will never forget. I stayed a little past their closing hours after my baby passed and Dr.Podduturi and his staff said to take my time until I felt ready to go. The cost of treatment for any pet is not something to sneeze at but in my opinion it was something I could afford at their vet. If I have to recommend a vet to anyone please consider this office. I hope this review has helped in some way. Stay safe everyone.
