my dog had a tumor that we had surgically removed by them. dog started having problems walking, we took her back and they said that it was arthritis. october 2019 we took her to another vet, she had a bone eating cancer and her leg was about to break in any moment. we had to put her down a week later.

Holly is a T Total Bi*ch!!!! She’s extremely rude and clearly hates her job!!!! I was calling about a prescription and she said very smugly “ Well huh that’s between you and the company. Not me!” For someone who works at an animal clinic you should really consider having that corncob removed from your A**! Seriously ???? There was absolutely no reason to be rude to me!!! I highly recommend that you stay clear of this Animal Clinic to avoid Holly with the Corncob up the A**!

Our Maltese stopped using his hind legs while we were visiting in Derry. I called Ridgeview Veterinary Clinic and got an appointment the next day. The entire staff was polite and caring. Our doctor was thorough and gentle. We're very thankful for the diagnostics, treatment, and care we received.

Took my kitten, they told us she was too young, felt her belly and checked her heartbeat and that's it. How much was that? 38 dollars.

Place helped my cat with his ear. Nurse forgot to give me the cone so my car scratched at it. But it turned out fine.

I called this vet with a pet emergency. At the time, my cat was vomiting blood and I couldn't figure out what to do. I recently moved to the area so we have not established vet services. I called with my emergency and the receptionist was incredible rude. She told us, "since you're not our clients we can't help you." We were given no directions for where to turn. She just hung up. For people that should love animals, they sure don't.

Did an absolute great job getting my cat fixed and shots, with a great price and great people and doctors. I strongly suggest taking your pets here.

Ridgeview took my dog in when she was struck by a vehicle, when no other clinics around the area would. I am very grateful to them.

I thought they were nicer till they acted unprofessional whenever I corrected myself, and the lady continued to be rude towards me. Raised her voice at me, I am how old not her child I am a paying customer.

I can't say enough about Dr. Voll-Stouffer. She genuinely cares about your pet as if it was her own. She is the only veterinarian we would ever trust with our Golden Retriever.

This is great place to take your animal they treat the animals like its there own they are always friendly and the know what they are talking about best place to go

I have taken my puppy there 3 times now and still don't have the right meds for his condition. And they new from the first visit what it is. I feel like they are incompetent people. If your puppy is dealing with puppy strangles do not take them here

We took our dog over early in the morning as he made a turn for the worse overnight. We knew it was time to say good bye to our sweet boy. We called as soon as they opened and they told us to bring him over. We brought him in and there was 3 of us. Due to COVID we were told we could not all be in the room. We were told this information by a staff member that was not wearing a mask herself. We were baffled as to why she was not wearing a mask but a family who drove in the same car could not be in the same room together to say good bye for the last time to their dog. We were given the option to go out to the garage so we could all be there and we did so. The sad part was they laid our dog on the pavement, no offering was made for a small table or anything. We had to say good bye to our most amazing dog outside on the pavement. It was disappointing that no accommodations we really attempted to be made for such a hard time.

I was definitely not impressed by the Dr. And Staff. It cost me $50.00 for office visit and the Dr was in the room maybe 5 minutes. I asked her a question and no answer. It took forever to get a quote on dental cleaning. I won't be going back. Tell you the truth I don't even think they looked at my dogs records.

Staff was beyond rude. I could go on and on but I'll just leave it at that. Currently looking for a new vet.

They were both awesome with our dog and with us. Unfortunately our dog did not make it but they treated both him and my family wonderful.
