Has some of the rudest most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered. Will never take a animal there again nor recommend to anyone. Tell you a time to be there and then completely lie when questioned about the 2+ hours that they have had your dog for a recheck of a accident injury. Then says you did it its your fault. Uncalled for! Also when busy makes comments in the parking about it being loudly and very rude makes comments about it being so busy.

Very compassionate staff. Our 16 year old rescue had to be put down because of cancer. We were allowed to have it done outside, in a woodsey area. Our vet brushed away tears as he passed, knowing it was for the best, but still sad. He had already saved this dog three times, but this final cancer got the best of him. The staff sent us a sympathy card about a week later. Their compassion and care was greatly appreciated.

Would not take my one year old sick and vomiting Persian cat. They told me they could not help me to call Morgantown or Hagerstown. What vet does that? This cat was part of my family. And still is but now his grave is in my backyard. Thanks alot. My cat appreciated your help ...not. You are a joke. I would have paid a million dollars to help him.

They are so good with our dogs. I really like the staff here.

I would not recommend going there. We sat in our car for an hour and a half.One hour after our pets appointment a car pulled in next to us and they immediately came out and took her animals inside. I had to wait five weeks for that appointment. I had other obligations so I could not stay any longer. Very poor service.

Very friendly and not overly expensive. It was less then I thought it would be.

I've been going here for years and recently moved away from the area and i was very sorry to leave this place behind. i always felt as if the prices were fair, but the main appeal is the staff. i was sad to hear Dr. Foland was leaving about the same time I moved away, but Dr. Fox is also excellent and all of the staff are always so friendly and great with the animals. highly recommend, would still be going here if i wasn't so far away.

Staff is very kind and compassionate

My cat was so well treated by his cat doctor. Prince received highest marks for condition and sleek body weight. I loved how there were a great big resident cats and dogs in charge.

Properly masked employees, checked in from my car. They were very busy and got us in and out in a short time. Great job!

They're great with pets and will work with you, main complaint is over appointing and long waits, 30 minutes to over an hour after your appointment. Don't plan on having an emergency.

Love this place. So nice and Dr. Foland so amazing! unfortunately i’m very upset right now. Called to see if our dog (who Dr. Foland says he strongly believes haves cancer) needs surgery. They lady that answered was the absolute worst! ( we usually get a super nice one and she’s the absolute best! we unfortunately didn’t get her this time ) Totally disrespectful. It’s a tough decision and we wanted to talk to Dr Foland about it. She very rudely said he was in surgery ( which we understand ) and that we need to make the yes or no decision and asked if she was eating. after the amount of attitude we received we told her just to have Dr Foland call us but i did let her know she was eating. She just said Okay and hung up the phone. i’m very disappointed in this seeing as i know Dr Foland loves the animals he takes care off. you shouldn’t have someone like that answering phones for a place that takes care of animals. super upset and mad.

My pets regular vet was nice enough to get us in as there last customer on friday at closing time thumbs up to all thank goodness we did not to wait all weekend to find out what was wrong torn acl will need surgery.

Everyone here is so nice. The vets are gentle when handling the animals. We have been taking our fur kids here for years! I whole heartedly recommend this place!

All the staff were very polite except one. She acted very ignorant and had a very bad attitude, along with giving dirty looks. If you care about your animal, I don't suggest taking them here. I had been a long time customer prior to this last appointment and have never had any issues until today. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

Very personal and not rushed through. Dr. Foland always addresses any questions I may have with detailed answers and explanations.
