We were able to get in quickly and easily. We are an established client with one dog, but this was a new dog who was an emergency case. He was treated promptly and well, considering how scared we all were!! He is on medication and will be going back for a follow up in 2 weeks.

I can not put into words the amount of gratitude I have for the wonderful staff that make up Cambria Veterinary Care. They have been absolutely wonderful with our pets. Today we had to make the decision to let our cat Mocha go do to unforseen health reasons. She was in there care for a few days and did what they could with the situation. The decision was heart breaking, but the staff's help helped more then they realized.

Absolutely 100% professional experience every time we've taken our cats to these people. We'veost two cats due to illness and Dr Vena is an absolute angel when it comes to delivering unfavorable news. This establishment is the epitome of how veterinary clinics should be run. Would recommend for checkups to surgeries to whatever else you can think of.

We had taken our cat Bells to this office for years. One morning we had to take her in for an emergency visit. She was having a hard time breathing. We received a call later that day that we could come pick her up. We were handed our cat in her pet carrier and told by one of the ladies at the desk about the medications being sent home with us for Bells while we paid our bill that was close to $300 dollars. About 2 hours later we were rushing our now dying cat back to the office. She had to be put to sleep... We were devastated! ???? I completely understand that the veterinarians aren't miracle workers but to charge us for mistakes made is unbelievable! Sympathy card was sent first to us in the mail then the a bill ($90) for putting her to sleep followed.... if that wasn't cruel enough they sent it to a collection agency. I won't ever take another pet to this office and I will never recommend them to anyone!

Hands down the best vet around, Dr. Venna and Dr. Duman are both amazing as well, the staff/technicians are extremely caring and knowledgeable.

My boyfriend and I took our dog, Hugo, here to get his nails clipped. The staff members who were there were friendly and they did a great job with clipping Hugo's nails. We'll definitely be returning in the future.

This was my dog's first visit here. I was well pleased with the care and attention given. Things were explained to me that helped understand what Molly is going through. Thanks

Avoid this vet if at all possible. Took my rat to see this vet. Her breathing was slightly labored and she wasn't as active as she normal. Couldn't go in due to personal scheduling, so I dropped her off. Got a call that she needed to stay overnight so they could treat her with injectables. Got told the next day she needed to stay another night just in case. On the third day, I was told after having to call that she was "eating and resting comfortably" and I could get her as well as some medication for an infection. Well apparently "eating and resting comfortably" means "she's half-dead". I opened her carrier and she was worse than before! How on earth does someone, let alone a vet or vet tech, see that and say that she is comfortable?! Any moron could see she was worse. My only regret was not going back there and confronting them. Took me 5 minutes of googling to find out that she most likely had kidney failure, which is incurable. If I was told that, I would have had her euthanized instead of having her suffer when she didn't need to. At least she died at home in my arms instead of that horrible place. +$120 dollars for a horrible misdiagnosis that shouldn't have happened. I will not be going back there ever and I suggest anyone who cares about their pets to find a different vet.

After numerous calls to multiple VETS in Cambria and Somerset Cty both, I was told the same thing each time, if your not an “established client” and/or “new” client , we can not take any new pets at this time, frustrated beyond heck was mildly put, so when Cambria Veterinary called me back an hour later to tell me they could take my “dog” in for an emergency ???? visit, I was beyond relieved ????, I haven’t been there in a few years but it’s still as I experienced the last visit yrs ago, kind , courteous, compassionate staff and Dr. M. Duman was incredible with my 2yr old Blue nose pittie “Kane” , I can’t say ???????? thank you enough for seeing us and treating him today. Hoping for a speedy recovery for my pooch ????, he’s family and there’s no limit to the amount of love ❤️ you show family. Much love to the sweet staff as well. You guys are awesome ????????- Nicole & Kane ????

Cambria Veterinary Care is a wonderful team of professionals who provide excellent care for our two dogs and cat. The veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and office staff treat our fur babies like family each time they are scheduled for an appointment. Thank you for all that you do! We highly recommend your group!

The staff is very helpful and super nice. The dr's saved my dogs life and have helped my 2 cats as well. I would give 5 stars except for the 2 older receptionists other staff so caring and nice, then you go to settle at front desk and are met with most horrible attitudes i have ever seen! And I've worked alot of jobs! Its just such a difference from all the caring staff to attitudes and eye rolling at front! Im only stating this because it has happened to other customers and family that I know and told me.

I was visiting Pa. And my Jahzee was in a dog fight. They took me in right away. I have never been there before. I would definitely be able to go again if I need to. Got antibiotics and pain meds. He is doing well. Thank you for taking us in, from out of state.

Recently had our 7.5 year old ferret down for some health issues he was having. Was told he was hypoglycemic and was responding well to meds they gave him. Well to pick him up and then we was told that he wasn't eating or drinking and he would only perk up a little bit when they gave him dextrose then go back down hill recommended a full chemistry work up so they could tell us everything that was wrong with him and not able to fix and to possibly consider having him put to sleep well thereupon he wasn't eating or drinking is they never took the lids of his bowls the whole time he was there the poor little guy ate and drank for 15 to 20 minutes straight after we left there and when we got him home he was running around the house like nothing was 8wrong with him. So we had to put our poor ferret down do to his health conditions he started to have a seizure and convulsions from his health condition called cambria vet was told that unfortunately Dr vena wasn't in till the following day they wanted our ferret to go threw all that cuz it wasn't stopping they wanted him to suffer threw that for 24 hours before they could get him in and be put to sleep thankfully forest hills was able to get him in and do the procedure for us even though he wasn't one of there clients. WAKE UP CAMBRIA VET YOU NEED TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE VET IN YOUR OFFICE SO IF ONE NEEDS THE DAY OFF ANOTHER CAN COVER. ALSO NOT SURE HOW CLEAN THEY ARE DOWN THERE FIRST TIME OUR FERRET WENT THERE HE DEVELOPED AN EYE INFECTION FROM THERE

Wonderful experience every time I take one of my pets to an appointment. The front desk staff is friendly and fun, the vet techs and vets genuinely care about my fur babies... I never feel rushed or "hurried along" so they can get to the next patient... Each vet has always taken their time and answered in detail any questions I might have... One of my babies is blind and diabetic, and he gets anxious out front with a crowd - they have offered many times to let us wait in the car and bring him in the side door to avoid the waiting room - such a blessing! So happy to have landed here, close to home and staff who genuinely listen to my concerns and care about my pets.

In one day, this office restored my faith in veterinary care. The staff was upbeat, personal, and very friendly. Everything ran smoothly and efficiently from puppy drop of for a minor surgical procedure to pick up later in the day. I was updated on her status prior to pick up, and Dr. Vena did a wonderful job. The incision looks pristine, and she was nearly back to normal within 1-2 days of her procedure. I cannot find anything negative about the entire experience. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice!
