The staff and veterinarians are really the best. I drive a long way to bring my doggy to see them. They were very helpful when I needed CDC certificates to bring her overseas with me. Dr. Griffith really helped make it happen and I could not thank everyone enough. I will come back regularly.

They saved my kail Kats life. I do think my last appointment they just wanted to buy flea meds tho. Kept telling me I have fleas I can't see. I have 6 cats. The doc checked one for fleas and couldn't find anu, I checked my grey tabby with a white belly, and then I went after my long haired calico. No fleas. The last conversation with the doc was her still saying I have fleas.

I have always taken my dogs here. They are knowlegeable no matter what situation your dog is facing. They even go above and beyond to research what the best step and treatment is for your pet. My dogs over the years have faced Leukemia, Cushing's disease, & congestive heart failure. The vets were so helpful in determining the best treatments to give us more time together and improve their quality of living. Dr. Folk is awesome and compassionate! I highly recommend them!

To be a small town, this is a great Veterinary Hospital. Took care of my dog in no time. Please note that this is a emergency only Veterinary.

I was visiting the Cumberland area and needed an emergency visit for my senior dog on a Saturday. The technician was helpful and I was able to get in that day. Dr Cosgrove was caring, friendly and helpful in diagnosing my dog and getting her started on short term antibiotics and diet adjustment. All staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciate being able to get in.

They are very professional and give you all of the options for treatment they think are viable. That being said they're also honest about a pet's chances and if they don't think they'll make it or if something is risky they'll tell you outright. I had a cat that unfortunately as of today is no longer with us but they saved a kitten I had recently that needed its eye removed. I really appreciate the fact that they have emergency services available because lets face it not everything happens during business hours. Overall they've been great with my pets over the years.

Dr Folk and all the staff were amazing. They were willing to see us for our small dog for an emergency visit after hours. We had called several vets in the area, including our own, and no one but Dr Folk was able to see us. We truly appreciate all they have done to help our little Mabel.

Took my dogs here in the past, spent a lot of vet's bills towards their care. When my dog was sick recently; and subsequently; had to be euthanized; this place would; or could not make the time to treat my dog; even though a lot of business was put their way in the past! Thanks for nothing.

I called over on a Saturday after hours for my dog having a servere bleed and didn’t even get a call back…. Assuming because he isn’t a patient there? What kind of emergency vet are you?

Dr. Malick and the staff of the hospital once again treated my dog Zoe with care, professionalism and sensitivity. Zoe is 11 and Dr. Malick has been her doctor for all of them. I am grateful for them all.

They fit us in with no appt. And helped us through a difficult time. Great people.

Would not see an animal in an emergency for 2 months. I am a customer at this location with one of my cats who has stress related problems but today, I needed my second cat to be seen during an emergency. No other vet clinics were open so I called this location and was told that, even though it was an emergency, they could not see my cat for 2 months because he himself had not already visited this location before (which is not true, he had visited the location as a kitten). What sort of Veterinary Hospital doesn't treat animals during an emergency? I suppose if your cats are going to have an emergency, please be sure to schedule the emergency 2 months out so the vets here will actually help.

Great experience for my English bull dog first visit. She was so happy and received a lot of affection from the staff. All of my concerns were addressed. Friendly place....

Even in the trying times of Covid, the staff went out of their way and a step above in insuring the care of ours and our clients animals, as well as taking all necessary steps to insure mine and their own health. I've been a regular client of LVH for somewhere in the neighborhood of 20+ years and have never had an experience that has ever made me question that I'm receiving their absolute best. When I stick with any business or product for this long, it's because there is no better business or product to meet my needs! Bless y'all for your commitment and care for our companions and owners.

Pretty pricey location but beats Doctor Fox's office hospitality tenfold which is right around the corner and we're I originally had taken my dogs tell I was forced to seek other services due to being so disrespected a few consecutive times even knowing I spent thousands of dollars there. I would NEVER EVER TRUST HIM OR ANY oF HIS ASSOCIATES. The absolute rudest one to me is the one with blue hair. She most certainly is a despicable human being the way to treats patrons most certainly makes it obvious she does NOT BELONG in any sort of customer service industry.

I love the people . They're a very caring hospital with Great employees n nice people who are very special when I had to put my 14 year old dog down. It meant so much to me.I will never forget those people in that hospital. Love you All.

Whenever my pets get hurt or sick, this office is always open. You'll find top of the line service & veterinarians here. The only downfall...for me anyway...is the cost. Everything is state of the art so be prepared to pay for it at the time of service. I'm sure they're worthy of what they charge, it's just not everyone can afford it. I wish there were sliding scale income based fees for health care. Other than that, it's a great place with a wonderful staff.
