The groomers are amazing here!

Good prices always has crickets for my 2 geckos and my bearded dragon.

Ordered online to pick up in store. If you do that with PetSmart, be prepared to go when it is picked. They will cancel orders much faster than other stores (3 days). Also, and treats points redeemed on a cancelled order need to be requested back. They are not automatically refunded.

Store Manager Carla shoved and abused my dog while trimming his nails. We are never coming back.

Lines were long with one cashier and then when the other one comes she had an attitude

Convenient to get a groom and shop

Love this location. They always have most if not all items I pre pay and do car side pick up. We have an aray of animals so its nice to have the diversity in products.

Linda the trainer is so helpful and nice and the staff at the front register were super helpful and kind, I think his name was will. Always a pleasant experience here in my experience.

Adopted 2kittens from the rescue in petsmart in Collegeville and North Wales. The stores are nice. A lot of stuff for whatever kind of pet you have. I like seeing the animals that the shoppers bring in too

Every store associate was very friendly and pleasant. This was my first time getting my yorkie groomed. The woman in the grooming area explained to me what was best for him at this time and educated me on why. I will definitely be returning.

Very disappointed with per smart Pet Hotel. I was told at check in that PetSmart would not be able to board my dog. Not how I expected to spend my last few hours before boarding a plane. And for the ….1 star. Would give less if I could. Customers need to be informed well in advance that service will not be rendered.

Wholly unremarkable chain pet store, with a staff that seems to have improved a lot over the past couple of years.

Great one stop shopping for your pet! My dog loves going there. Good value using Doggie day care, Grooming Salon for Chi Bath and retail purchases. Unfortunately, where they once had exit baths after doggie day care, that service isn't offered anymore. VERY disappointing bringing my dog home after a day of doggie day care not being able to get an exit bath for "longer" haired dogs and bringing my dog home clean and fresh. Trying to make a bath appoint at the end of the day is frustrating because often they are fully booked so that isn't really an option either unless you book well in advance. As this is one of the main reasons that I go to Petsmart (aside from dog food) I have to lower my satisfaction from 5 stars to just 3 stars due to this "corporate decision of eliminating exit baths for dogs with hair over 2 inches long". It's kind of discriminating really.

We bring our dog here for daycare and the PetsHotel. She loves it. She thinks it is Disneyworld for dogs. The staff loves her and treats her great, and she is so tired from running all day that I can still get work at home done when we pick her up. The staff is always willing to help with your coupons and discounts because they want return customers. I recommend this place to all pet owners!

Very unprofessional. I made a reservation at the PetSmart Collegeville PetsHotel a week before only to be called the day prior to drop off and be told that they would have to unfortunately cancel my reservation request.

The associates were very helpful with all of my questions about reptiles, their feeding, and their care.

Scheduled a grooming appointment over 4 weeks ago, they called me TODAY the day of my appointment. One hour prior to my appointment to let me know they had a scheduling mishap and my groomer is on vacation. Are you serious? You see the day of that this is an issue? A HUGE INCONVENIENCE, then they proceed to tell me if I want to reschedule it’ll be another 3-4 weeks. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service. I should get the first available appointment for youre screw up! Needless to say they are at strike 3! I should of stopped going to them after they shut my dogs tail in the door and we had to get it amputated! They don’t care about anyone’s pet. They only care about themselves and absolutely has to customer service! I highly recommend never using them!
