They are very professional and team is very friendly lovely. This is best place.

They were great. One of my ferrets was having trouble breathing and eating and they were able to see him right away and get him all fixed up and I was shocked at how low my bill was. They are amazing so happy I found a vet that actually cares about the animals they see.

My dog had an emergency situation and my own vet would not make the time for her and suggested I go to an emergency hospital. I looked at reviews for local vets and Ark Animal had great reviews! They certainly lived up to those reviews. I called for an appointment and their first one was the next morning. They suggested I take it and if I brought my dog somewhere else to let them know. Within a couple hours, they called and said they had a cancelation and could see her immediately. I brought my dog in and they were amazing! First, we could go in with our dog!! They diagnosed her and got her on meds immediately! Dr. Johnson was wonderful with our pup! Thank you to Lauren for being so sweet to follow up and get us in asap! I'm switching vets today!

These are the sweetest people I’ve ever come into contact with! They really care about not only your pet but you! My dog is 15 and I have had him since I was 7, he has been with this vet from the beginning and they have been amazing! Dr. Hollenbach, Dr. Raven and Nurse Tracy are incredible!

I've been taking my cats and dogs to Ark for about 5 years. I've only had the best experiences with my fur babies! We see Dr. Hollenbach when we come, and she takes the most careful care of everyone. Eventhough they are an extremely busy office, I feel time and care is always taken to support and care for my kids. Everyone in the office makes a fuss over my Chiweenie puppies, and I really feel their love for animals. Support staff is always nice and friendly. You guys rock!!

We recently left a practice we had been with for 16 years and registered all five dogs at Ark. our experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone, from the front desk to the vet, is kind, responsive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We were in and out quickly with excellent follow up. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Bertoldo! Thank you for making our transition so seamless.

Edit: I want to apologize for tagging the wrong place in my initial review, but I want to keep 5 stars instead of deleting. Ark was, instead, the place where we had scheduled an appointment for Midnight for a few days after his passing. When I had to call to cancel his appointment, the lady answering the phone was incredibly kind and sympathetic and gave her well wishes to our family at this time. As I told her, when we're feeling a bit more ready, I hope to use your office for our other boys for checkups and vaccines. Thanks again for the kindness!

Ollie is our fourth patient at Ark. we began with this practice in 2003, and have always felt welcomed and cared for. It was a pleasure meeting with Dr.Hollenbach last night. She was just as friendly and knowledgeable as always! I can’t recommend this practice enough! Thank you for all that you do!

Something has happened here over the last couple months. I normally set appts, receive reminders, and have a very good relationship with this company. However my latest appointment had to be scheduled 3 months in advance, to get my cat a checkup and her prescription refilled. Traditionally I received confirmation messages, ahead of the appt and generally have good interactions. Today I was called and advised I missed the appt, though I had a completely different date written down. Could be my fault, but I was really disappointed that I didn't receive the reminders I normally get. On top of that the person who called me was simply rude and uncaring. They acted as though I was merely an inconvenience and made me wait for a call back to get a possible reschedule date. When they called back there was no sympathy, no understanding, and instead she advised me they were going to charge me a $75 No Show fee. I mentioned I didn't get a reminder or anything and I had a different date, but she just paused and continued talking about the fee and didn't even acknowledge what I was saying. I did get frustrated and became a bit rude back asking if I could charge a fee for not getting a reminder, and that was uncalled for I know, but she didn't even reply to that... which simply frustrated me more. I told her I will take my pets elsewhere, as I can not deal with the poor customer service. Update: I did get a call back from someone else who was very nice saying they would wave the fee, however I already made my mind up to contact another vet. Sad, as the doctors have been great to my pets (which is why I am giving them 2 stars) but I deal with the people more on the phones than I do the doctors, and I have too much going on to deal with apathetic schedulers who simply do not care about the people or pets the company services.

We’re new here but love it so far. They keep to their appointment times, are responsive, are flexible with televisits, and seem to care.

I, like others, got a COVID puppy and I was rather nervous about taking him to a vet when so many aren’t allowing the owners in. I had a bad experience with a previous dog that I had and wanted to do my research on vets in the area and Ark came in with top reviews. I made an appointment before picking my puppy up, brought him in the same week I got him and they started all his puppy visits! Not only was I able to go into the facility with him and be there to express any concerns that I had but the vet and the techs were all so helpful and just love my boy. I also really enjoy their app and the rewards you can get! We will be trying out their grooming services soon and I’m sure it will be as great as the vet care. Highly recommend to all pet owners!

The doctors and the staff are wonderful and are gracious during the appointments. My pet is not very welcoming of strangers, but does well with at Ark Animal. Hours of operation allow for evening and weekend appointments.

All the doctors here are great and have always been helpful and caring. My little one, Peanut, has been seeing Dr. Stover for the last year and she has been so kind and knowledgeable.

The staff here is always so amazing Nd kind. The vets are knowledgeable and friendly. The lobby is clean. They always treat my animals with the utmost respect and I always feel they are in great hands. I always recommend this place to people who are looking for a new vet.

I can't say enough good things about Ark Animal Hospital! We have taken our 2 cats and rabbit here for years for routine visits and emergencies and have seen various vets and techs. Every person from the front desk to techs and vets has been amazingly responsive, communicative, compassionate, helpful and kind. Even with the passing of our rabbit they showed so much empathy and support, we cannot thank everyone enough and will always take our pets here. Highly highly recommend this veterinary practice!

My 3 year old rescue cat got frequent painful UTI's the first year we had her. The vet was able to see her the same day both times to treat the infection. We were very grateful for their care. Recently I tried to schedule both my cats for a well visit. I was told that in order to see them both together I would need to call and place a deposit fee up front. In the past I simply scheduled two appointments back to back. For some reason having to pay this isn't sitting well with me. The well visit will be two months from now and it just seems strange.

This place takes in all kinds of injuried and neglected animals. They work from donations and volunteers. They care for all domestic and wild animals doing great work.

They are great. If you have any problems they address them and our wonderful to all animals. They treat your pet like it was theirs. Highly recommended.

My family has been taking all of our fur babies to Ark for years. They are compassionate and care for them like they were their own. You could not ask for a better Animal Hospital.

My wife and I just moved into the area and my dog was having stomach distress over the weekend. I had not found a veterinarian yet for her and we were able to get an appointment with Ark to see her. I was so happy we took her there. Dr Armstrong is wonderful, so thorough and caring as are all of the staff that we interacted with. We also thought the intake and payment processes were very well thought out. Could not be happier and we have our permanent veterinarian now!

Every single person that works here genuinely cares about your pets. They want to know every detail of what your concern is/ whatever happened. You can hear in their voices that they feel sad when your pet isn't feeling well in the same way that a close friend would sound. I feel so lucky to have found them & know that my dogs will be treated with love.

Doctors, nurses and staff all are caring professionals. Great teamwork.
