Always pleased with my visit...The staff is wonderful, professional, and kind. It was Anola's first time going there, so she was nervous at first but before we left she was wagging her tail and happy to make new friends.

They are really wonderful with my fur babies! The dogs act like they are visiting family. The cat . . . Well, she's a cat. Good medical care and maintenance for all.

They take great care of my pets and comfort all their needs. Both my dog and cat are very nervous and the staff here takes great care to soothe and relax my pets during the exam. My dog got Dx'd w Lyme disease today and the staff and Dr at Schultzville were very thorough with the exam and explanation of treatment options for my little guy. I'm very happy using Schultzville Animal Hospital for my pets health care.

I had an emergency that my vet of over 15 years would not see because there was no time. They actually told me to wait for my dog in pain to go to the animal hospital that wasn't open for another 2-3 hours. 15 years of referring other people, selling their extras like the Thunder Shirt that was difficult to get elsewhere at the time, I was disheartened to say the least. I called Schultzville Animal Hospital and was squeezed in even though I had never been there before. Dr. Abby and the entire staff are compassionate, skilled, knowledgeable and amazingly kind. So glad I was referred to their practice. Your fur baby is in good hands here!

Live down the road from them and they have never been able to see my animals even in emergencies... Was told the vet wasn’t in when my dog was passing away.. many different excuses to not be bothered apparently. Was told today for the first time since they have been open! We aren’t taking new patients ....Oh my how simple that would have been all the times I called !!!

I can't say enough good things about Schultzville! Their staff is AMAZING. It means also much to me too because I have a dog who is absolutely terrified of the vet and is not easy and barks the whole time and can be hard to handle and they are beyond patient with me and him and don't treat him any differently. I will never take my animals anywhere else ❤️ Thank you guys for always caring for my crazy Bowie so wonderfully!!????

My children called me to alert me that our six year old Terrier suddenly took ill. She also started to exhibit signs of lethargy. Additionally, Nobody could touch her without her screaming in pain. The following day, there was no improvement in her condition so at 10:00 PM, my husband and I rushed her to the Schultzville Animal Hospital. There, she was evaluated, accessed, and then we were told by the attending Physician that she had Lymes disease. We were given medication from steroids to pain medication. Per request, If she got worse, we were to bring her back for further evaluations and testing. The following morning, I administered the medication as Directed. However, I still couldn’t touch her as she screamed even louder. I phoned the Schultzville Animal Hospital. The staff members said, it will take another day. Keep administering the medication and she will be fine. I did everything as they requested and also relied on my own training as both a veterinary surgical technician and a emergency care technician. The medication was clearly not working. My terrier went in to a lethargic state so I phoned the Schultzville Animal Hospital for the second time. Only to receive the same and casual response. She’ll be fine. Just keep administering her medication. The following morning at 6:30 AM my Terrier screamed so loud, out of of professional and personal life, I’ve never heard anything like a scream like that and then died. Gone just like that. I notified the Schultzville Animal Hospital. They apologized and that was it. In three days, my beloved Terrier, my anniversary gift from my husband was gone! I was shocked, angry and in disbelief! How could this happen? It wasn’t Lymes disease as the attending physician had stated. AND FOR ANYONE, LET ALONE A DOCTOR TO SAY, your dog will be up and walking in a couple of days, she’ll be fine, was not only wrong but such a very egregious act! Committed by both staff members and physicians! YOU DO NOT SAY ANYTHING LIKE THAT TO A PET OWNER, without fully knowing what could be wrong with the pet! Because it provides something called, false hope! My beloved baby girl, died 19 days after my father died affecting me, my husband, and our children in the worst way. My children even knew that to even make a suggestion such as that was wrong. Oh how my dog suffered before and when she died and I can forgive the hospital but I will never forget what they did to my dog! (May this be a learning lesson to others as well.) The Schultzville Animal Hospital will surely be quick to take as much money as they can but their general lack of care for an animal, SPEAKS VOLUMES and for that, find another hospital If you don’t have a lot of money and if want your beloved pet to (survive) meaning, LIVE! It’s all about the Almighty dollar over the value of a animals life! Sad but true!
