Friendly service with my returns and online pickup was easy!

A great place too get pet food and accessories but a little bit on the pricey side great place to get big juicy crickets for your reptiles

I'm not sure why we purchased fish at Petsmart I knew better but $20 later we were on the way home with 4 female and 2 male guppies and my kid was very excited to watch her fish have babies. They were properly acclimated for 1 hr before going into a 5 year established tank with very few fish fatalities in fact our fish survive much longer than they should. I left the light out on the tank for about 2 hours. When I turned it on they were all swimming around and I noticed babies already! Out of my 4 females 2 were pregnant and 1 gave birth. By the next day we were down to 5 fish. The next day 4 then over 2 weeks down to zero. So lesson learned Petsmart fish aren't properly segregated to prevent pregnancy and they all died within 2 weeks unfortunately we missed to refund window because I had to travel for the holidays. On day 13 we were down to 1 and she passed over night the day I left. The other two fish we had prior to adding the guppies are fine they are 5 year old Glofish. There was no evidence of fin nipping or fighting the fish were likely just sick.

As soon as you walk in, it smells. You know you are in a pet store.

We take our toy poodle here for grooming. They do great work!

Having this location so close gives me the ability to pick up what I need either on my lunch break or right after work.

I come here a lot being I have two dragons turtle a dog and two ferrets today however I was standing around waiting for 10 mins waiting get crickets,then I couldn’t use my points because Ashlee place a under trained employee on the cash register the teammate didn’t even understand that he needed to press the number lock key to use the numbers if this happens again I’ll just find different place to get all my animals needs.

Took our dog for grooming today. Dog came home with all of it’s nails chopped and split, ears completely filthy. Receipt says groomer was Felicia.

Unfortunately Pet Smart hasn't had most of the food I buy... Friskies...the shelves are bare.... pretty much...I run a cat sanctuary and spend over $500.00 a week and it's very disappointing when your local store doesn't have stock...

Love the friendliness. I wish for future ordering they will have more Large and Xl sizes in dog outfits.

It was clean & well stocked...even with Halloween costumes! Lots of food varieties including the pricy kind vets recommend:)

This place is good to get some toys and cheaper bones than Petco

Horrible DO NOT BUY REPTILES FROM HERE. I purchased a Bearded Dragon from them gave it an 80 gallon paradise...treated it with love and care and got attached to it for him to die 28 days later after purchase. I called about a refund or even credit and they hit me with a 14 day garuntee...so they sell me a sick lizard give me a 14 day grunted and it dies 28 days after my purchase...thats a Racket. They just lost a valued customer...

I will be either shopping on amazon or petco from now on. I had to return a bag of sand, because an employee told me that it was ok to put the SALT water live sand in my FRESH water tank. I'm glad i googled it when i got home, it would have killed my fish!! But when i returned it they gave me a gift card because i didnt have my receipt but it was in the system under my phone number. So the receipt was there in their system. Now i have spent tbousands in that store. But no more. Im done with Petsmart !

Always a fine time here. Always stocked with what we need, great with my dogs baths and trimmings. Cute kitties to play with while u wait!

My pups are beautifully groomed and staff are very nice and professional.

Customer service is great but the prices are too high.
