Allen Road Veterinary Clinic Carlisle, Pennsylvania

Our dog has crazy anxiety issues at vet offices, and his last vet visit was a bit traumatic for him. The staff at Allen Road were incredibly sweet and accommodating, and it was the first time our pup had stayed mostly calm at the office! It definitely made us feel way more at ease knowing how patient and sweet they were with him despite his bout of craziness. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back in the future!

The entire staff is friendly, professional and very caring. My Husky had a routine visit for an exam and vaccines. He was also evaluated for some chronic wounds. The staff sat on the floor examining him and loving on him at the same time. Options were clearly explained and all my questions were answered. They made me feel comfortable and confident with the plan of care we chose. I would recommend Allen Road Veterinary Clinic to everyone who has a four legged family member. They are the best and their prices are reasonable.

Found after calling multiple pets in area, Allen Road Vet Clinic was the only one that cared for rabbits. They did a great job and our bunny is fully recovered.

I have been taking my dogs here for years. The staff are very helpful and caring. My dog does not even mind going to the vet. The service we receive here is great and the live and care they show to my dog is great. If you want a great vet this is the place to go. I love that they have more then one location so if you need to be seen fast they can get your pet in.

I've been taking my four legged family here since 2004 never going to stop, amazing, gentle, respectful, etc... you know what I'm getting at! Just very beautiful minded people.

Everyone is very nice and courteous. My favorite doctor is Dr Scott. He's takes his time and knows what's best for your pet.

The practice is always reliable before, during and after covid

Have used this practice for over 10 years. The vets are all very knowledgeable,caring and up to date on latest treatments for my dogs and cats. Staff is always responsive and friendly and helpful. My senior dog loves going to visit the practice to see his human friends!

As far as vets go, this place has been great. There isn't anything specific they do that stands out, but I know that our dog doesn't fight us when we walk up to the door, so Dr. Klueber and her team must be amazing! Also, when we first moved here, we must have tried 6 vets in the area before we called Allen. They were the only one that could see us in under 6 months. Not sure what the issue was, but we certainly appreciated squeezing us in. If you're a military family and time is short, certainly give Allen Road Clinic a shot!

They stay on top of my cat's records and are constantly in communication with me about updates and what she needs to ensure good health.

Had great experience from the first call. The people there feel very warm and eager to help out! Being a new pet owner, it was so helpful and reassuring to have such supportive and positive staff! The first visit, they swooned over my new kitten, and clipped his nails for free. He got the standard exams, vaccines, and they were able to recomend a great flea and worm treatment. They were able to answer basic care questions over the phone, which helped me out a lot. Saved me a visit, and calmed my worrying mind. My cat is very healthy, and and i feel so confident in his health after taking him in to the vet. They were also very flexible and just an overall great experience! Have had 2 visits so far and will be continuing with them for the life of my pet! Just a great

Friendly staff and good location

They are good with customer service but absolutely horrible with the hours that they are open. They say they are open until a certain time literally the day before you get there 20 minutes before that time and they are close with no one around. It is extremely frustrating getting ahold of them at the physical office as this is the Second time this has happened in the span of 3 months. I will be finding a different and more reliable vet office for my animals or at very least a different location because I’m done with the unprofessionalism in this office.

When we needed a loving, helpful had with our older lab, they were available when we called and seen him right away. We have been very happy with the service and kindness given to our fur babies!

Worst place. Couldn't get me an appointment and my dog was doing really bad.

Everyone was very friendly and explained the process of bringing my dog in for the first time clearly. Even though my dog wasn’t happy with being examined, the staff were accommodating and patient. I’m happy to bring my dog back!
