After over 25 years of bringing my pets. It has been explained to me, By the doctor that unless you frequently shop as a customer, They prefer not to work on your pet. Since I did not frequently bring my otherwise healthy dog to see them Often enough, Her life was not a value to them.As they all stated staff and doctors preferred not to even see her and when they did finally see her it was not of any importance to take care of a life threatening issue. We had multiple issues while waiting two months for surgery , that we had to call. We were put on hold and told that they would call back. Never happened. We have since lost her. We had called numerous times to be in put on hold, or leaving messages that this was life threatening, just to be told, we'll leave a message and have the doctor call you. Never did. So, remember, if your pet is in a life threatening situation. You better hope you spent enough money there, or your pets life is not of their concern. They are to busy to deal with customers (as the doctor refered to our pet) to save her! You need to frequently spend money here to have your pets health and life valuable to them.

Set up an appointment for my dog to be seen. Had specific instructions for the employees as my dog has anxiety if we are around when he is seen. Staff bullied the person I had bring him there into doing what they said was marked three times in his chart not to. I wanted curb side service. He stays calm that way. They made my gf come in and stay inside the entire time. They did not inform her on what was going on simply asked questions that had no purpose being asked. Then when they finally called me the way they were instructed to the vet went to lunch and couldn’t answer the questions I had. They just wanted payment from me that they had already received. Really sad that they lost the only decent employee they had. Ever been to a used car side mechanic same basic place. Thankfully my dog is going to be ok cause I took him to a dog vet the next day who diagnosed him properly. Best of luck to anyone who takes their animal to this place. I hope you don’t get the same service I did!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital. I had taken both my cats there before Covid and they have since passed. I now have a new puppy. Covid protocols are in place now but all of the support staff and the vets explain everything and have always answered any questions that I’ve had in the past. I would not go anywhere else in the valley.

Been going for many before and after the move across the street. Back in a day they were really great. But anymore not too good! They don't follow your instructions and honor your wishes. Even after repeated conversation AND a written note handed directly to them.

DO - NOT - GO - HERE! Absolute worst vet I’ve been to in the area. I thoroughly looked through the reviews before I went and decided to give it a chance. Every bad review on here is true. I recently got a new dog from a friend who couldn’t keep him and wanted to take him for a wellness visit. You know, get his weight, ears checked, teethe checked, all of that stuff. The vet called me after they took my dog back and decided to tell me every test that she wanted to do on him that she thought was necessary, and they wanted to draw blood. Without even asking me, she was telling me what needs to be done and also insisted on me getting him fixed. When I decided to tell the vet that I needed to get a print out of every charge for each thing she wanted done, I received nothing but an attitude and said she would call me back (which she did not). The tech came out to my car and my bill almost came out to $300 when I was there for a WELLNESS exam. The vet decided to step out after the exam and never call me. They never told me how much he weighed, they didn’t bother to look in his ears when I told them he was persistently scratching them, and they never looked at his teethe. I had to actually call AFTER I paid and got home to see if I could find out what the hell I paid the $121 for. $30 & $30 for shots which is okay, but, what the hell was done to justify $61???? Nothing. I shouldn’t have to call back after a visit with questions. After losing my dog Rocco in February, getting a new dog and finding a new vet should have been a great experience. Not one that made me NEVER want to come back. I have a lot of friends in this area that have all recently had a fur baby added to their family. I’ll be sure to share my experience on every platform as possible so NO ONE goes through what I did.

14 years ago we got this gentle soul. He had the respect of his 2 other siblings. And his owners love. The Drs and staff are the most compassionate and professional I have had the pleasure to deal with. This was the last of our eight dogs over a 38 yr expierence. Yes pets can be expensive, that is why it should be a huge consideration before you get one. This facility hands down is the best price and care anywhere. Even with covid practices they eased the pain of saying good bye today. Love your pets they give so much more back then we deserve.

Friendly staff but extremely high prices. Medication as much as $.45 higher per dose than other local valley veterinarians resulting in a two month supply going from $111.60 to over $167!!! Unfortunately, I will be shopping around again.. Still the same money hungry organization. Tests, tests, and more tests equals money, money, and more money. Referring me to another pirate in the pet care industry on top of ridiculing me on my financial means to have the plethora of tests administered. Stay away people. This place will play on your heartstrings and wallets for the life of your pets and will justify outrageous rates because of schooling.

They’ve been our vet for many years, and we couldn’t be happier. When our youngest cat needed surgery, my daughter forgot to say “I love you” to Gimli, and was starting to meltdown. The nurse kindly brought him back from the prep area to help my daughter through a rough time. We’ve also had several vet emergencies (dog ate raisins, dog ate ham bone, etc), and they got us in to be seen (even once on a holiday weekend).

This place only cares about MONEY - I brought my puppy in on 5/30/19 and they prescribed a 2 week supply of cloravox so i decided to buy from Chewy. Chewy contacted me today and said your Vet only prescribed for 1 week but yet in the office they wanted me to buy two weeks worth !!! #GREEDY
