They are way too over booked and understaffed. They book for one time and have you sit and wait for 2 hours. Needs better management. They never call back. I had a pet with a respiratory infection and needed antibiotics and called multiple times with no help.

Some vets there are better than others, but once you find the good ones you’ll never want to leave. After a not so good experience with another vet, we got Dr. Epik. Dr. Epik was an amazing vet, and made us feel very welcomed and cared for. Throughout the whole process of our dogs illness she always recommended the best course of action, consistently gave prices, and kept them in mind. She always was great with answering questions, and doing so much research. We were at the vet or in contact with the vet so much, and she always responded and helped us. You can tell she cared, and that made such a big difference. Not only did we love her, but so did our dog. Not only her, but all of the receptionist and other vet techs loved him as well. Being there for so long, 8 years, the receptionist where always so kind to us and our dog. We would go back there again in a heartbeat.

We have taken our two Jack Russels here for 15 years. they have always been accomodating and given us great service and care for the dogs. They have always been concerned about keeping the costs down and the care high. We drive 30 minutes to to take the dogs here. Everyone has been great.

They would not put my dog down in the comfort of our own home over vaccination status. Ridiculous.

Although a bit pricey they do take care of my animals which I’m very thankful for.

Alpha used to a good place to go to. Not anymore. They're rude and take way to many patients than they can handle. They need to step up their game.

The Vet and office staff were wonderful! I appreciate the care they gave my pet!

This place is AMAZING! Coming for years with my cat. Kind, compassionate, excellent care. I would highly recommend to anyone. The doctors, Techs and Staff are wonderful. My cat is 17 and they have taken excellent care of him for many years.

Excellent staff, quality care for your pets! Reasonably priced. Different procedures due to pandemic; I like it better BC you don't all have pets in waiting area. I hate that about going to vet BC my dog was NUTS with vet anxiety. The vets are friendly and know your animal once they start treating them. Very trustworthy people. There's a reason they're a busy clinic. Highly recommend

I find them to be not only caring for your pets, but also for the pets owners. I personally witnessed the caring on my last visit when a gentleman brought his cat that had been with him for I believe I heard him say 20 years that was at its end of life and he was concerned that it would not suffer. Ms Dr Fry took him aside and comfort him with a truly assurance that the cat would have dignity it its end.

Love the way they care for my doggies. I have 3. The oldest is 13 and when there is a problem, they are there and care ????

The people who work at this establishment are angry unprofessional and have no compassion for the animals. Took my dog here to get her nails cut and they barely cut them and there were even nails that were untouched. They never ask permission before they do stuff they always seem to be trying to make money not actually caring about the animals. They included a shot with a nail cut appointment and my dog has been sick ever since. Everytime I take my dog here she is very traumatized and upset by the time I get her back home. They do not even give you a paper to tell you what they have done. I will never take my dog here again.

Only went to then a few times. Was pleased with workers there.

You have no business asking people’s vaccination status…you’re a vet, stick to your job. Very unprofessional!

I called today to see if they could see my elderly cat sooner than her scheduled appointment on Monday because she is breathing very rapidly and has gotten very thin in a short amount of time. I was told by the vet tech, when making appointment, to call if anything were to change or had any concerns, so I did. I was told that they were not taking any emergencies and to call Harmony Animal Hospital. I couldn't believe my ears. We have been taking our pets there for over 25 years. Have had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment due to emergencies on more than one occasion (which was fine because emergencies happen) but now that I needed an emergency appointment, they couldn't fit me in. However, in all honesty, even though I am very upset, they are a wonderful veterinary care facility. I am just so shocked at how they easily dismissed me.

Would recommend them highly. Very good Doctors. Also compassionate.

We have used Dr. Frey with our pups for 10 years. The staff are very accommodating and their office is always clean and presentable. Our pups are always in good hands at their office.

I 100% recommend Alpha Veterinary Care. They are very affordable and not at the expense of your furry friends health or care. They are kind and compassionate and treat your pets as if they are their own. If your fur baby needs to stay overnight they give you updates by phone and explain everything they do before it's done. I wish I had found them sooner!
