I cannot thank Simmond’s enough and Dr Cougar for taking care of Oreo during this emergency situation. They took outstanding care of him and his treatment is working and he is a much happier senior bun. When my home vet and other vets wouldn’t take an appointment, Simmond’s was glad to help even though they were extremely short staffed. I cannot thank them enough! Great Team!

In the past, my dogs have been patients at Malvern Veterinary Hospital (Chester County), Ocean View Vet Hospital (Cape May County), and Eco Deco Pet Hospital (Miami Beach). I can assure you Dr. Cougar will provide the utmost care and compassion for your companion. As far as price, they charge similarly to everyone else. As far as overcharging or mischarging for services, that has NOT happened to me. The new location is between Wegmans and the 309 overpass on Tilghman St directly in front of Parkway Manor School.

Was VERY nervous but they took care of my Gus and he got a CLEAN bill of health AND A complimentary manicure!! ????????

Dr. Cougar & staff are very kind and compassionate. I always know my animals are in the best care possible. Dr. Cougar has been taking care of my pets for years and I simply can’t thank her enough for all she’s done for them.

Amazing compassionate caring doctor and vet tech. My rabbit was injured and no other vet would help. I was told she was an exotic or pocket pet and no one would help me except to euthanize her. Cried my eyes out all night. No lie, I must of called 50 vets and hospitals. Called this vet and they were willing to sqeeze her in. I drove over an hour to get there. Saw her right away. We did not have to put her down, what an incredible relieve. Vet tech explained how to give the meds and also showed me. Doctor was great too. Explained everything and answered my questions. I highly recommend them.

Not sure why the reviews for this office are high. The veterinarian came into the room, never introduced herself and seemed judgmental about where I bought my dog. She didn't properly close out the visit. She just left and never returned. The front desk receptionist was very nice and professional. Not worth the money I paid.

We have lots of reptile that needed Dr. Cougar's help and she has done a wonderful job. Now we got a dog and your helping us to make sure that our dog has everything she needs. We have recommended you to our friends. we hope you stay in the area and keep our family happy by taking care and concern with our pets. Thank you Vicky and Courtney Smith

Very kind,caring, and personable. They took their time with my Azule and explained in detail everything they needed to do to figure out what was wrong with him, went over the results in detail, and his after care. I could not have felt more relaxed to have him in their care. Thank you Simmonds for helping my Azule.

I love my vet, because she takes very good care of my Luli... im so glad I found her! I highly recommend this vet, customer service is AAAA+++ they are helpful, the office is very clean and safe.. Dr. Cougar is the best I've met so far!

Dr cougar and the girls are absolutely amazing and take the best care of all my pets

My sister brought in Bolbol, her 9 year old cat; he had dropped an obscene amount of weight in a matter of weeks. They were extremely accommodating, getting him in a matter of several days. I wasn't there, but per my sister, the vet tech (MA?) met her curbside and took him in. The vet had suggested blood work, but once she felt his tummy, she opted for an X-RAY. It was bad news, she found a cancerous obstruction in his intestines. He will be put to sleep this week, but my sister wanted him to have a few days at home with the kids to say "Goodbye". I just want it to be known that, despite not being able to come in the office with Bolbol, I believe he got extraordinary care, and my sister was NOT taken advantage of. If I had taken him to my vet in NYC, not only would they have pushed unnecessary blood work, they would have charged at least double what my sister paid, knowing that when someone is in such a vulnerable position, they will pay anything. I give Simmonds Veteranary 5 big stars.
