Had a great first puppy appointment yesterday with Dr. Meyer and her amazing techs! This pup will love going there with all the attention he received!!!!

I once loved this hospital, and deep down, I believe I still do. Dr. Meyer was a favorite to both of the cats I had at the time, but scheduling sick-visit appointments with her became increasingly difficult. One bad experience can ruin one's perception though, at least temporarily, and I had a very painful one. I allowed them to perform a dental on my cat when an aggressive abdominal mass was the real culprit. It still hurts, and I even feel guilty, knowing I put my cat through a dental when he was already in so much pain. They did send a sympathy card when they learned he had passed, and I'm trying very hard to distance myself enough to leave an honest review in spite of my loss. We're only human, and mistakes are made. I wish I could have spared him the additional pain of having teeth removed, but deep down I still love Dr. Meyer and respect even the veterinarians who missed the signs. They weren't bad people, just human. I do believe all of the veterinarians there truly felt my loss, and I'm trying not to let my pain get in the way of recommending them when I'd trusted them for so many years. I believe my trust is still there. It's just trying to push through some lingering grief. So though I'm crying like a baby writing this, yes, I would still recommend them. I think he would have wanted me to post this at some point, and now must be the time. None of us are perfect. None of us are God. I just miss him terribly. I'd give them 5-stars. I'm just not there yet. Anybody who has lost a beloved pet understands the feeling of wishing humans were all-knowing miracle workers like God.

I went Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital since I moved back to this area. I loved Dr. Meyer. I never had an issue. Now I have lost all respect for her and the practice. My was diagnosed with a mass on that spleen. Needed a ultrasound. But of course they do not so it there but have traveling one that comes in. I was waiting on that but in the mean time I got an appointment at Quakertown which was a few weeks out. The traveling one never worked out so I kept the other appointment. They kept calling me and trying to guilt me into taking her to Valley Central immediately for a cost of $900. I love my dog and would do anything for her. I needed to save the funds for the surgery I knew was going to have to happen. Well she had her ultrasound on a Friday afternoon and was determined she needed surgery. Monday she was not feeling well and I stayed home from work Call the office as soon as I knew it was open asking for Dr. Meyer to see her if possible that day. I weighed it from 8 o’clock till noon had to call back again at noon asking all they said was she’s very busy today finally at 4 o’clock I get a call from the office stating she was too busy to see me and that I should take her to Valley Central. Then proceeded to tell me Dr. Meyer is too busy to do her surgery and I need to find another vet. What kind of care is that. I’m done with this facility! Thankfully Eastern Pennsylvania Emergency Vet took care of her. No thanks to Lehigh Valley Animal Hospital. Here is the best part…Dr Meyer never checked on her!

Been going there with my dogs since I was 19. Ten dogs later had an emergency today and the girl tells me 2 weeks for an appt. Bye

Last night we made the difficult decision to euthanize our dog. Dr. Meyer, Shannon, Kathy and the staff working met us with professionalism and compassion. They always do. Our little dog was not nice to the staff over her 14+ years of seeing them. I asked them to muzzle her every time and they never implied that she was anything but a sweet little girl. We knew the truth. We know the hours and appointments are long and hectic but thank you for slowing down and assisting us through this time. A special thank you to Kathy N. for talking to our son during our appointment and easing his mind. You all made this easier for us.

Worst experience EVER! The owner doesn’t care about anything except his $$$$$. Very expensive and would have felt better and received better treatment at a hospital in a 3rd world country???????? Called the vet on way over to let them know that we had an emergency..... had to sit in the open front office for 3 hours! My dog started bleeding through the nose and became unconscious and then we were finally moved to a treatment room. Honestly, this was only the beginning of our worst experience EVER☠️☠️☠️ . Don’t go here, stay away please! She wasn’t helped here at all! So we took her directly to VetCares and loved them.

The doctors here and the care my pets have received have all been good but they haven't been able to be seen in months. Twice now I've been referred to emergency facilities (which for the record Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center is excellent) but today takes the cake when I had to euthanize my cat, who is an established patient with them, elsewhere. Called for an appointment this morning, originally offered one next MONTH (seriously?) then after speaking with a different staff member was told she would check with the doctor on staff about fitting me in. After hours go by with no word I call again to check on the status of my request and am told by a different staff member that the answer is no, they cannot euthanize my cat today (or tomorrow) and am to go to an emergency facility. I then go back to Eastern Pennsylvania Medical Center to euthanize my cat and as I am waiting in the exam room I get a call from the staff member I spoke with that morning saying the woman I spoke with an hour and a half ago was mistaken and I can bring my cat over right away. Too little too late. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this group and look elsewhere.

We love Dr. Gregory. She's kind and thorough. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It went smoothly even with the Pandemic guidelines in place. Our dog Ozzy was treated well and happy when he came back out to us after being seen.

Dr. Meyers is the best! She gives you honest and detailed answers while saving you money anyway she can. I take both my dogs and cats to her.

Thanks to wonderful Dr. Gregory for her meticulous work and skill in helping Dinah through her challenging leg amputation surgery with a young cat that was also just diagnosed with heart disease. Dinah had a great recovery postop also. So thankful!

Such a good place for our Dante - a true blessing! This facility is very different from any other place we have been. They are always on time, very clean, extremely professional, and super loving! The vet techs and the vet know exactly what they are talking about. You can be sure you're in good hands.

Very easy to get an appointment, excellent and knowledgeable staff and doctors, and fair prices. They were not pushy about any specific treatment and simply gave us the facts and options. Follow up was very appreciated as well. It is obvious they really care about the animals they treat.

In my lifetime, I have had many Vets care for my dogs. Never have I met one of the caliber of Dr. Joanna Hersh !!! Professional, personable, thorough, knowledgeable, & truly cares about my dog Oliver. She enjoys Oliver almost as much as I do !!! Thank you Joanna for being the Vet & person you are ! Good experience not pressured into unnecessary tests or surgeries but still very thorough and informative and patient Dr Gregory and staff were great with Diesel.

I needed to get our two dogs ready for boarding In a short period of time (first time ever boarding). The whole team did a great job in accomplishing what I felt was the impossible! As always our two dogs were treated with the best care! Thank you guys very much!!!! One of the many reasons I have been a customer here for so many years.
